This was the second time I've stayed here and it's always the greatest place to relax. Beautiful backyard, comfortable room, and just close enough to all the best restaurants.

Gorgeous place located conveniently at one of the entrances to the park. So stacked with amenities that you would still have a great time if you were to only stay within the vicinity of their property. Hosts were responsive and welcoming - couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Joshua Tree.

Such a perfect spot for two people! Has everything you need and very clean. Deena is great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Joe's home is absolutely incredible. A surprise awaits you around every outdoor lushly landscaped room. Perfect for relaxation or socializing. Jacuzzi, pool, grounds and common areas make your mouth water. Fantastic location in old Movie Colony and Joe was an excellent on site host. Our stay was fabulous! The location, the pool, hot tub, everything was lovely. Great communication and lovely hosts! The only thing i would have liked was a wine glass but no biggie. Would recommend:)

Had another great experience staying here for Coachella weekend. Room was exactly as described - clean and quiet. I love walking (and even running) around the area. Lauri is great communicating with me. I plan on staying here next time I'm in the desert!

Absolutely incredible stay! We went to Joshua Tree for my girlfriend’s birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Echo was a phenomenal host — super welcoming and full of amazing recommendations for things to do in the area. His energy and hospitality really made the trip special. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring the desert, and the views of the night sky were unreal. On clear nights, Echo even brings out his telescope so you can stargaze like never before — such a cool and thoughtful touch. We’re already planning to come back. If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it. Echo is awesome, the vibe is perfect, and the whole experience is unforgettable.

We stayed here for Coachella weekend and it was the ideal location. Everything is super close by including food, shopping and grocery stores. Aside from that, the location is only 7 minutes away from the closest shuttle stop to the actual venue which was super convenient (Hampton Inn & Suites). The casita was super clean all the way from the bathroom to the sheets. There’s also a mini fridge with a freezer which was super convenient for us. Beverly was also super responsive and quick anytime we had any questions. Overall, would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfy stay or if you’re looking to book the weekend for Coachella.

This place is what airbnb used to be. It's an adorable "bed and breakfast" feel. Super clean and comfortable. IT gives that "hotel feel" with all of their thoughtful touches like offering a nice robe, incredible bed sheets, stark white clean towel. You wouldn't believe how many airbnbs I have stayed in that have funny smelling towels, so these days the bar is terribly low, but this place is truly something special. Thank you for offering this gem! The only downside is that it's marketed to sleep 4 ?, but I think the space is only reasonable for 2 people max. But a very comfortable stay for 2 people. Feels very spacious for one person who needs a quick stay.

This Airbnb was one of the best I have ever been to. Ricky’s house is amazing and it was even more beautiful in person. The entire trip Ricky was communicating with me and making sure I had everything I needed. The location is peaceful and really close to fun activities in the area. I went to Coachella Music Festival and the airbnb was minutes away from shuttles that take you right to the event and about 15-20 mins driving distance to the actual event. Ricky was beyond 5/5 stars host and I will definitely be booking with her again when I visit the area again. Do not listen to any of the bad reviews that are listed in the review section, they probably did not respect Ricky’s house rules or guidelines in the listing. Thank you Ricky for being an amazing and perfect host and I will 100% be coming back!

My husband and I were able to stay here for weekend 2 of Coachella. We’re on the chill side so it was nice to be in a peaceful neighborhood after the festivities. Michael’s place was perfect for what we needed and everything was as described. Michael was also a very responsive host and we ended up running into him. Super nice and was ready to give recommendations if needed! The place was easy to find as well. Thank you Michael! :)

Honestly such a stunning place to stay at. My girlfriend and I were amazed from the views of the mountains and the beautiful neighborhood surrounding it. Check in process was so easy, was truly private and quiet and couldn’t have had a better experience. Most definitely coming back! Thank

We loved this stylish and comfortable mountain studio...great design, expertly thought -out use of space and layout plus included amenities such as fully equipped kitchenette with coffee, tea, creamer and milk along with some staples. Jill and John are excellent hosts.

Place was great. Close to everything around that we ended up doing including Coachella shuttles pickup that was 5 mins away.

Tony was a wonderful host! Very responsive and accommodating! His place was the perfect spot for our fun weekend! It was so convenient for Coachella! I love that it was about a 5-minute drive to the Palm Springs Convention Center shuttle stop! There is a park conveniently located across the street with EV charging and an area where our dogs can go to the bathroom fast! One of the Desert X installations was across the street, too! The retro items in the house were very unique and we enjoyed having the Pac-Man machine and pool table! The dogs really liked running in the backyard and front yard, too! If you need to use the microwave it's a bit high, so I would suggest having a stool. Be aware there may be bugs since the place is in the desert and a bit older (encountered a grasshopper thing and spiders) luckily there was pest spray! :) Overall, great place for Coachella attendees!

Linda, is a great host. We came to go to the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. Her place is just 15 min through town to the Tennis Garden. The apartment had a lot of space for us to spread out and had a separate entrance. It was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again if we come to La Quinta.

Stayed here for Coachella. It was a great place and had fast communication. Very clean and fresh. Woodland definitely come back.

This was a fantastic Airbnb experience - simple but with all the things you need. David and Sal were great hosts and we loved their backyard and got to hang out with the poodle. Easy drive to downtown Palm Springs. And a surprise bonus was an awesome park with a lagoon/palm oasis right across the street. Also loved that there were bath robes :) Highly recommend!

Amazing stay! Would definitely consider booking again as I don't feel like I had enough time to really enjoy everything. The AirBnB was just as described. The place was clean, spacious and beautiful. It was peaceful and I loved how it felt very private. Our host, Bruce, was very friendly and responsive. I requested to have a later check-out time and he had no problem accomodating. Bruce also provided some local recommendations. One of the highlights of the trip was the Palm Springs Aerial Tram. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area. It was only 15 mins from the AirBnB. If you're looking for a peaceful, private, beautiful, clean and spacious casita/studio in Palm Springs, definitely book this AirBnB with Bruce!
