We all had an amazing time staying at Transfer's Haven. The AirBnB was super easy to locate, get inside, and matched the description. The space itself was super clean and accommodating, and the area was perfect. I would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful Stay in Tampa! I recently had the pleasure of staying in Ryan’s fantastic 4-level home in Tampa, and I can't say enough good things about it! The neighborhood was vibrant and welcoming, with plenty of nearby parks and local shops to explore. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a clean and spacious home that exceeded our expectations. Each level offered ample room for relaxation and socializing, making it perfect for our group. The decor was modern and inviting, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tampa. I can't wait to return!

Valeries place was AMAZING! Words and pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice. The condo was cozy and very clean. It had everything I needed for a five week stay. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony, watching dolphins and boats go by. The sunsets were spectacular, a perfect view from the balcony. I had an excellent experience renting from Valerie. It was exactly as depicted. I would highly recommend staying at Boca Ciega Resort in Valerie's condo. You will not be disappointed!

The most unique air bnb stay we have experienced. We loved the outdoor setting and how colorful it was. Very fun for our bachelorette group to celebrate. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our questions/needs. What some people do not understand about some air bnbs is that not everything is going to be perfect and that is perfect enough for us :) So for the few negative reviews on here.. seems like people are just complaining so they can try to get money back for no reason. If you don’t want to spend the money, go find a dirty cabin to stay in for cheap 👍🏻 ☺️. This was such an adventurous spot and we loved it. Especially after learning the history of the area, it made it even cooler. Thank you to our hosts!!! -Rachel

A few things really stood out to us in the best way possible! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches we didn’t expect—like complimentary drinks, a fully stocked bar with the essentials, and even mini cupcakes! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The binder of recommendations was super helpful—it included great local spots to eat, nearby attractions, and things to do in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the pool and hot tub heating system. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! P.s. you might find a hidden secret treasure too! I did 🏴‍☠️

We had a great time at Matthew and Melissa’s place. It really was the prefect spot for a getaway with our kids. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a convenient spot to explore the rest of Tampa and the surrounding area. It was amazing having such a nice park and playground literally a stone’s throw from the house. And the house itself was classy, comfortable, clean, and our kids never wanted to leave the pool and patio area… a pool to swim in, a nice shady table for snacks, AND a TV for the occasional Bluey. What more could a kid ask for? And Matthew made it so easy for us: great communication and incredibly helpful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

We have stayed at the oasis at Boca Ciega quite a few times. The condo is pleasant, with everything you need. If not, Russel is very responsive. There's a nice balcony and the view is spectacular. Pictures do not do it justice. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the other guests are friendly. All in all, it's a great environment to relax and enjoy the sun of Florida.

We stayed for 6 nights while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Lovely historic home! Was spacious and clean, with nice little extras in the kitchen. Perfect location.

We had the best time at the Rustic Cottage in Dunedin. It was the perfect size for us and our small dogs. The location of this place is excellent. You can easily walk to the middle of downtown in 10 min or less. We enjoyed having the pool that was set at a perfect temp and the backyard is like a little oasis. We met Matt the property manager who gave some excellent recommendations for dinner and things to do around town. Another thing to note is the house had a supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and even coffee pods. Also, the place was squeaky clean! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Peaceful treehouse in the heart of Hyde Park. The location is great, bed very comfortable and we enjoyed the screened porch .

We enjoyed our stay at Beth’s place. The house was squeaky clean and we felt at home. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We had our dog with us and she was welcomed in Beth’s home and we really appreciated that option. It is the perfect location for a visit to Tarpon Springs. It was an easy walk to town which has a couple local coffee shops, restaurants and even a book store; And an even shorter walk to the Sponge docks.

A friend and I unfamiliar with the area spent one night to attend a concert. The place was as described. It had off street parking. Was quiet and comfortable. St. Petersburg was charming. It was in a historic area with some brick streets and alleys. Beautiful homes large and small. A vibrant area with access to so much. Loved it.

My husband and I had a great stay at the bungalow. Nice, clean and homey. The location is good for downtown and neighboring restaurants. It was nice to walk my dog with such friendly neighbors. I recommend the bungalow if your in St. Petersburg. - Gayle & Rob

Josh and Joy were incredible hosts! They made us feel right at home and were great to work with. The check in process was seamless, home was as described, and within walking distance of local attractions. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing view for sunsets. The unit was as described and had everything I needed for a quick stay. Great location that’s super quick to get to after flying in, and is rather central to the region.

This Tampa, Florida house was so beautiful so peaceful shopping places was very close by the beautiful backyard the swimming pool very peaceful area me and my family really really enjoyed it. We were there for a Cheer competition and it went wonderful I would go back again. I am looking forward to come back and visit and visit their house again. Me and my family loved everything about it beautiful clean neat everything that you’re looking for if you’re trying to go to Tampa Florida for a vacation the hostess was very responsive and very pleasant. I enjoyed my whole day.

We had an amazing stay at Mad Beach Cottage! The location is unbeatable—just 60 steps to the sand with no streets to cross. The cottage is cozy and perfect for families, with plenty of space. Everything in the cottage is well thought out for function and convenience. There are plenty thoughtful amenities like a well appointed kitchen, a pack-n-play, and beach toys. The heated pool and BBQ area were fantastic, and we loved being so close to John's Pass for dining and entertainment. The sunsets from the property were amazing! The host was the most responsive host I've ever communicated with on Airbnb. He was able to answer our questions in advance of the stay and provided almost immediate response when we had a question about parking at the property. There was a folder with clear instructions and information about the property, making check in and out a breeze! The host has clearly thought about everything, making this a stress-free, enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property!

Christina was very helpful as we were in town for a cruise and they kick you off the ship at 8 am and Christina accommodated us in every way. Loved the place and the balcony. At night they start a fire and light the tiki lights and you can sit out there and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the rocks will your toes in sand. If I’m ever in Tampa I would stay again.

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Came down here for my boyfriend and I’s 2 year anniversary. We’re all the way from New Jersey, so we really needed a break from the cold and to get some sunshine! I lived down here a few years back, and it’s just as beautiful if not more. The weather is insane!! We love it! We spent most of our time at Clearwater Beach which is just an absolute blast, and definitely worth going to!! It was my favorite when I lived here years ago, and it still is. Thank you for such a wonderful, calm stay we had an incredible time◡̈

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

House was set-up well for multi-family stay with kiddos aged teenager to toddler. Lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfy and cozy! Appreciated items for the beach and for kid play! Lots of space and options for sleeping and areas to hang out indoor and outdoor! Everyone one slept well and complimented that it was a great space! No issues and host was responsive for any questions👍 Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tampa and we would stay here again!!
