We had a great time staying at Tim's house this past weekend. The home was clean, lots of extra linens and kitchen items. Backyard was amazing. Home is about 5 minutes from a few grocery stores and plenty of restaurant. Tim was also very generous and communicated with us everytime we had a question. Hands down, a wonderful option if you're staying in Palm Springs.

Garrett, was very helpful and timely with any pending questions we had. The WiFi went out and Garrett walked us through the issue over the phone.

Great stay! Responsive and very clear instructions. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable retreat. Highly recommend for a weekend away or for any stay in the palm desert area!

The house is very spacious and comfortable, well stocked, great master shower, updated bathrooms, great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. The backyard is beautiful, pool and spa were lovely and we really enjoyed the views of the mountains in the daytime and stars at night. Jerry was very responsive to all our questions. The only con I would mention is that the house is near the airport. Our first night there were quite a few planes coming in to land at PSP, flying low and right over the house. Jerry mentioned this is pretty unusual, and the rest of the stay planes were noticeable but did not fly directly overhead. Would definitely still recommend, and would stay here again.

The house is beautiful, we were a big group that visited Palm Springs to attend Coachella. Ideal for it, very close to the shuttle, clean and spacious for a big group. Hosts are very hospitable, prompt on text and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

This is hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve had to date. The home is BEAUTIFUL. **Big, living room & dining room, nicely appointed kitchen with all the amenities one could imagine. **The two primary bedrooms were both spacious. **The VIEW from this home is unparalleled in all the community in my option: golf course, water feature and the majestic San Jacinto mountains..as if you can touch them. All this while still feeling a sense of privacy while lounging by the pool. The Desert Princess Community was so fun. We did a lot of walking around the community, enjoyed happy hour at the clubhouse & the food/service was outstanding. My husband is vegetarian & it was nice to see some mindful options. **The location is better than any other neighborhood in Palm Springs as it is a 10-minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs and to the PS Airport. Easy!! The owner & the property manager were so very attentive to our needs & we feel so fortunate to find this gem. We will booking again!!

We had a lovely stay at Claudia’s. Really beautiful home, spacious rooms, fully functional kitchen, and an amazing backyard. It was big and comfortable enough for our group of 5 adults and 3 children. The casita was perfect for my mom who joined us as she was able to have her own private apartment while still being attached to the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible property, definitely recommend for those who would like the desert experience in a beautiful, thoughtful space

Jenn's place was absolutely perfect. We were minutes from grocery stores and downtown Joshua Tree, while feeling very secluded. The scenery and view of the boulders and Joshua Trees from the property was a major plus, and the pool/jacuzzi were luxurious. Jenn was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

There’s no way to describe this Airbnb other than magical. Everything was absolutely perfect. The home itself is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need to have the greatest getaway of your life! In addition the home, the beautiful scenery you get to admire feels unreal. I strongly recommend you stay here if you’re looking to get your zen on and to find time to appreciate the beauty of California!

Great place to stay! Wonderful amenities, clean and comfortable. We saw a few windy days but I think that is normal for this part of the desert. Overall a fantastic experience. We’ll be back again soon!

Great place! Looks exactly like what is advertised. Very clean and had enough space for everyone to lounge and relax. The kitchen is also very well stocked. Julien was a wonderful host and very responsive. We didn’t have enough paper towels and Julien sent some right over. So we didn’t have to go get any ourselves. Would definitely stay here again if we ever travel to Palm Springs.

Great place, great location, better people. By far the best part was Sunnie. SUPER responsive, and generally got back to us within minutes. We had an issue with the door lock code at check in, and she fixed it within about five minutes. We've stayed at a ton of rental homes, and her responsiveness stands out. Home looks just like the pictures. Plus, it has a couple hikes of varying difficulty and distance right out the back. Was delightful place to come home to after a day of adventures. Location is great, in terms of being off the road and quiet and secluded. Has access to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. Only negative is that it is not in either of those places, so driving is a thing. But that is the deal with any place in the area. Already recommended the place to some friends.

Really great house! Check in was easy and communication was efficient. Hot tub first evening never felt “hot” but I assume that it has to do with cold pipes overnight because it got much hotter the next day/evening. Ample towels and the throws in the closets were a great touch for the night we stayed in.

Traveled from Texas to visit family. Armen and Suzy's home had everything we needed and the pool was great. I would absolutely book again.

Basil was extremely accommodating during our stay - they were always responsive to any questions we had to make sure we had the best experience during our time. The location was perfect for our use. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Additionally, the home was very comfortable, well stocked with amenities and we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others.

My friends & I stayed here for Coachella and this place was amazing! So spacious & perfect for a big group, plus the pool and game room made it extra fun. Location was perfect for the festival too. Thank you again Ravi for letting us stay here!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this BEAUTIFUL home that we stayed at for our Coachella weekend! Not only did it look exactly like its photos, but the home felt even more spacious in person. It easily accommodated 14 of us with extra space. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, cups, mugs, margarita glasses, wine glasses, etc. you name it Lilit had it! Arcade room was also a great addition for the boys. highly recommend taking FULL advantage of the heated pool and the sunset shots from it because god DAMN, visiting from NY, that felt like a surreal cinematic scene! Also thank you Lilit for being such an amazing host and helping us with our last minute adjustments/accommodations. You made our college reunion and Coachella experience such a seamless/memorable one! Definitely one of the books because of this gorgeous home that we comfortably came back to each night. 11/10 would recommend :)

Great location, close to everything especially if you are in town for the Indian Wells Tennis tournament. It's literally 2 miles away. Very convenient. Well kept property with a very responsive host. Kitchen is well appointed with all appliances and utensils.

We had an amazing stay at this 3-bedroom house in Palm Springs! The home was incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group. The games room was a major highlight — so much fun and a great place to hang out. The backyard was beautiful and perfect for relaxing or spending time outdoors. The living room was also fantastic — cozy, stylish, and great for gathering together. Everything about the house made us feel right at home. We would definitely book again!
