This was a great experience all around. The place was quiet and CLEAN!!! Pool was gorgeous and there are so many restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic experience and definitely plan on returning to this AirB&B. Highly recommend! The host was very outgoing and very polite. Can’t wait until next time!!

This place was exactly as described. I was a little worried about the noise factor at night from the road, as others had mentioned, but I never heard a thing. So happy we found this little gem. It was maybe 20-30 min to get to the Mardi Gras cruise port and park. I would definitely stay here again.

Erin’s home is the perfect spot to vacation to when you are in the mood to be near the beach. Within five minutes, you’re dipping your toes in the sand while watching the sun rise. This beach stay was by far the best one I’ve ever had, and I felt at home the entire time.

This location met every need! No need to get back in your car! 30 second walk to beach bars, 5 star restaurant and beach. It felt like a total immersion in Cocoa Beach life style. Apartment was very clean and had all amenities. So much fun!

Great spot by the Melbourne beach. Just walk across the street (crosswalks available) and you're there! You can rent lay-out type beach chairs with giant umbrellas a little further down the beach, just bring cash and give them a random (fake) room number lol. There is a full-size fridge and a microwave, but not much else in the kitchen (kinda set up like a huge hotel room) so if you prefer to mostly eat out and eat cold stuff from the fridge this is the perfect spot for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend to weekend stay there. Our favorite eating/bar spots to visit were Squid Lips...and especially The Shack. The Shack has great vibes and everyone there is just there to have a good time, I suggest trying the strawberry daiquiri if you like sweet. If you love amazing pizza and cheesy bread I highly suggest this small eat-in pizza joint "Straight Outta Philly" Melbourne, 4250 N Wickham Rd. I picked it because they had the best internet picture, did not dissapoint!

Ken's place is in a great location; everything you need is within walking distance: the beach, a gourmet market , new breakfast place next door (Rockies Cafe) and fine dining at Dijons. The bed is amazingly comfortable, and the area was very quiet. Would definitely recommend to other folks looking for a pet friendly, well situated AIRBNB!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Cocoa Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great bars and restaurants. The place had everything we needed, and the washer and dryer were a huge bonus. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, which made our beach days super convenient without having to buy our own. They even included a pizza gift certificate, which we didn’t get a chance to use, but it was such a thoughtful touch. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Walking in was a true relief--smelled good, super clean, exactly like the pictures! We were able to have a comfortable space to unwind and relax while attending USA Softball Trials at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex. We were in a great location being close in vicinity to training and then also the beach, providing us some much needed downtime. The description was accurate and met all our needs. Washer & Dryer were a blessing! The extra snacks were a hug--my daughter loved them! We would definitely recommend and will stay again.

We enjoyed our 3 days here! The location is excellent- very private and peaceful. We loved watching the lizards play on the patio and how accessible the beach was. Some of the furniture and the bathrooms are dated and/or show wear, but we knew it was the location we were paying for. You can’t beat the views of this unit. We loved everything in the loft. It made a great area to hang out at night! The couches were very comfortable and there was room for everyone to stretch out. Nari is very responsive. The unit washer was died prior to our arrival and he had a new one delivered within 24 hours. We really appreciated that as we were counting on a washer. He answered every question promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Great place for my family and I to stay before our cruise out of Port Canaveral. The playset was a big hit!!!

Carisa Starfish house iy was very good. Close to the beach restaurants and more. The house it is very quite (something that o enjoy a lot, nice back porch and the house it is very cute. I recommend and i will be back. Thank you

This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. It’s extremely comfortable, with many modern amenities, very clean and a great location on a quiet beach. We hope to return again.

Great experience, very clean, wonderful host. The location wasn’t as private as I thought it was, the unit is part of a 4 unit building and the backyard is a common space for everyone. If you are looking for somewhere more private, seek elsewhere. Location was amazing directly on the beach though. I would stay here again! It would be helpful if the parking lot had designated parking spots.

Great location. Easy access to beach. We were lucky we could check in early and use the beach that day. Good communication with Lori and she had everything ready for us. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful stay! The condo was just as described and pictured. A wonderful view from the balcony of the ocean. The people at the condo complex were so nice and friendly. The pool is heated and just felt wonderful. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pool. The beach access is an easy walk and the beach is heavenly. We even saw a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. The condo is easy walking distance from a Publix and Winn Dixie. So much to do and see.

This unit was beautiful and perfect location! Just over the dune to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very close to Cocoa beach activities & restaurants. Very clean & updated, very comfortable from kids to seniors. 10/10 would love to return in the future!

Beautiful, perfect location and very clean condo. Lihua is very responsive and thoughtful. We had hoped to use the pool which is closed, so that would have been nice to mention (not sure if it is seasonal and looked like construction) but otherwise the location is perfect and price very fair. We hope to return again!

Loved the location! The beds were so comfy! Very clean! Right on the beach! Close to restaurants! Easy parking, easy to find, location great for getting around. Older unit, but clean and well maintained. great views! Would highly recommend and visit again. Melanie is responsive, and the location can’t be beat! 🌟
