Best bnb experience ever had! Stayed for a week and everything was perfect. Outstanding home-feeling place with great location. Sandra and Simon are super friendly and helpful. Enjoy the amazing breakfast and chats everyday in the morning. Will come back when next time visit Torbay!

Fantastic accommodation for our needs. We were walking the SWCP and stranded by the ferry stopping. Keren picked us up and dropped us the following morning to our start point. Lovely welcome and spiced apple cake was a bonus! The accommodation was spotless with our own bathroom. We had a healthy breakfast with home made bread and preserves. Keren & Mal we’re incredibly supportive and helpful on our trek.

As ever Jan was a fantastic host. Lovely rooms with a great view and excellent breakfasts.

The room was everything we could have asked for and more; the personal touches like tea & bottled water in the room, bath robes and slippers, and the exhaustive breakfast options, all made for an enjoyable & restful trip to Lympstone. The house is clean and quiet, though a little hard to access without a vehicle. All-in-all, it felt like coming home to a family!

Nogle dejlige rolige dage i et historisk interessant sted i landlige omgivelser. Princetown er et godt udgangspunkt for vandreture over heden. Det er muligt at spise aftensmad i Princetown, som ligger en km fra Tor Royal Farm. Hyggeligt at bo på en gård med køer, får og venlige hyrdehunde.

We had a great stay at Rosalie’s. We stayed in the cat and the fiddle room. It was a large sized room and the shower was great. The grounds around the house were lovely and the views were amazing. Rosalie’s a lovely host and it was a great base for us to travel around and see South Devon.

We had a great time. Kimberly made us feel right at home. The property was clean and comfortable. It has a nice garden with a little stream flowing through it. Location was nice and peaceful. Great place to stay if you have your own vehicle. The local town was close by and there were several food options available. We planned our day with Kimberly's advice and she was always spot on with what we should do each day.

I had the most amazing few days at Julie's. Totnes and surroundings are beautiful and great cafes. Julie's place is so calming and pristine . The breakfast was delicious and the bed very comfortable. Julie also was very helpful with suggestions for places to go. Highly recommended!

Sophie is a great host Very helpful and very thoughtful Her home is Very clean and furnished beautifully. Lovely comfortable bed. With the added bonus of fresh flowers in my room. Fresh coffee and warm croissants for breakfast. Highly recommended Sophie’s place Lots to see and do in Exmouth.

Another lovely stay at Joella and James's place - everything was perfect as ever and I'd love to come back for future trips to Devon!! Joella offered me several lifts to and back from the surrounding area of Dartmoor which was so kind. Lovely breakfast as ever, quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Highly recommended!!!

It was such a gift to find William and Fran's place. They go above and beyond to welcome guests into their home from the moment you arrive. On the final morning the sun was shining bright so they cleared the table on their decking to have breakfast outside. It was a little taste of heaven! Such delicious food, comfy mattress, luxurious bathroom. Thank you so much!

Joanna is a very friendly & welcoming host. The guest bedroom & bathroom were spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very quiet room so had peaceful nights sleep. I was there to visit friends in the area, I’d stay again. Thanks Joanna!

I arrived tired after driving through lashing rain. I was made to feel immensely welcome. Everything was very fine indeed and Rachel had put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The room is very comfortable and quiet and both Rebecca and her gorgeous dog Tess were welcoming and charming. It's a lovely homely place to stay. I would've loved to stay longer.

What a delightful old-fashioned B&B. Lovely, friendly hosts, comfortable room (it's old and quirky but that's clear when you book) and the cooked breakfast was simply delicious - made with care. You even get home-made marmalade and toast with your tea in china cups. The pond and ducks complete the scene. Thanks Rosemarie!

Our stay with Anne & Jonathan was perfect. They both made us feel very welcome and we loved exploring their farm. Anne is also a wonderful passionate cook, we were spoilt with her delicious home made food. Many fruits and veggies were grown on their land. The standard of the accommodation is also very high with a fine attention to detail and wonderful old furniture. The stay suited us perfectly and really look forward to staying again with them.
