Louise's place was perfect. Louise was so easy to communicate with, super responsive, kind, thoughtful and truly appreciated that she had the option of flexible dates (instead of so many sat to sat or sun to sun requirements in summer). The cottage was cozy, cute, spotless & well stocked. My teenage kids loved the hot tub (as it was a bit chilly in the evenings) and I loved the outdoor shower. We loved having the bikes to take rides around the Island and loved the location. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay there longer! We will definitely try to stay at Old Snuggler again!

Ivana and John are the most wonderful hosts! This was truly like staying at a family cottage and everything was just beautiful. John greeted us upon arrival and even had a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday! We loved staying here from the city because it was only a little over a hour to arrive and less than a hour to South Hampton where we had dinner. Also the little town is so so cute and we were able to walk over so quickly! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Ivana and John!

Lil Nauti was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were adequate, with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The wardrobe space and drawers were great as we had a long stay with a lot of baggage! Jason has absolutely everything you could possibly want or need for a stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. Cute cottage and delightful private garden.

We loved our stay with Audie from the moment we reached out to make the booking. Audie was immediately responsive, kind, flexible and super helpful. Audie’s hosting was fantastic, and the house was even better! We’ve stayed in plenty of houses in the Pines and the Grove and we all agreed it was our favorite and well worth the price. There was plenty of space for the four of us to hang out, and the house had all the amenities we could ask for - a huge pool, cozy hot tub, a beautiful rooftop deck to watch the sunset, grill, perfect kitchen and steps from a great area of the beach. Audie’s instructions to get inside were clear and easy to follow. And again, Audie was extremely responsive whenever we had questions during our stay. We loved our stay here!

Tabitha's place was perfect for our group stay. Right in the middle of town and perfect for what we needed for the week!

You are immersed in a neighborhood here, with a friendly and professional host living next door. Lots of local eateries rather than chains, and good proximity to Atlantic Highlands, Sandy Hook and Sea Bright. Reminds me of my childhood summers at the Jersey Shore. The place is small but clean and well thought-out from the guest point of view.

Perfect for our weekend getaway. Very clean and relaxing and close walk to a cute little beach. We would stay here again!

We had a great experience staying at Melissa’s cottage and would happily recommend it to anyone else! We were in town from Florida visiting family in Rocky Point for Christmas and chose Melissa’s property as our place to stay. Very comfortable. See through shades in bedroom and living area needed to be not so see through. Also could have used a dresser in the bedroom. Hard to get in and out of the driveway. We had a pickup. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing, quaint beach house just seconds from the water. Hosts were great, answered any questions I had immediately. We are from town and stayed while work was being done at our home but will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family who come to visit.

I booked this cottage for my family quickly and only a day or two in advance, barely looking at the listing beyond location and sleeping arrangements. When we arrived, we were all pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and lovely this little home was. I have never encountered such a thoughtfully designed rental. I was recovering from a surgery, had two weary young children, and we were in town for an unexpected funeral. From the games to the beds to the toiletries, every aspect of this cottage soothes and welcomes. Our stay made a difficult time a little easier, and I am very appreciative to Lise for creating such a hospitable and lovely cottage and sharing it with others.

Christie was an excellent host! Her house was warm and welcoming, with a wonderful outdoor space. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your stay. The location was great, we loved having a private beach just steps away. All the neighbors we met were so friendly and kind. This property was perfect for our family of four. We highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for a calm, peaceful beach vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Honestly cannot think of any way to improve on this place, which was perfect for our needs — and perfect for just about any scenario I can imagine. Well appointed, well located, and immaculate. I used to live in Rye, and felt immediately at home in every way. Just great.

As always, Robs place was perfect. It is our go to spot to stay when we visit my family on Long Island. I’m sure we’ll be back again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was a perfect size for our family and our son had a great time playing in the yard and the playground right next door. Our hosts were super responsive the couple of times we needed something. We'll definitely be back!

Staying at Fabiola's was a dream. This place is very homey and welcoming. We had a lovely stay for Christmas with family, walking to the beach in the morning and cozying up around the fire in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and our dog loved the fenced in yard. Would love to stay again.

I was looking to get away for a few days and The Enchanted Cottage was just what I was looking for. The cottage was perfect for myself, had the most beautiful backyard, and was so quiet and peaceful. Bill responded to all of my questions very promptly and gave me a lot of information on walking trails around the house as well as getting around New Haven. I am very much looking forward to staying at the cottage in the future. It was the perfect getaway. Thank you.

Mark’s place is a gem, and we loved staying there. It’s very peaceful and also very close to the shops in Katonah and the train station. It’s squeaky clean and has everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook meals. But even better is the cool artwork and the books - for sure a writer’s peaceful slice of paradise. Mark was SO nice and always quick with communications. Thanks so much for having us!

Jim’s place was an absolute gem for my inaugural trip to Black Rock! The Loft is incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness, attention to detail, and beautiful furnishings. Jim's communication was top-notch, making the entire experience seamless. One of the highlights was the extensive music collection, perfect for setting the mood during my downtime. The bed and furniture provided a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. Nestled on a serene, tree-lined street, the location couldn’t be better; it’s just a leisurely stroll away from delightful restaurants, charming shops, food markets, and more. I can’t wait to return for another stay whenever I’m in the area!
