Two nights over Easter spent at this beautiful riverside cottage, has everything you need here and an added bonus is the hot tub, would definitely recommend 👌

Had a brilliant stay for my partners 30th birthday! The cottage was really cute and cosy and the hot tub was brilliant too. Really comfortable bed and a 20 minute walk away from 'The Shears Inn' pub which is great for a drink and we also had a lovely dinner here. Lorraine (the host) was very responsive via messages and was prepared to go the extra mile for us at all times.

Thank you Jenna for a lovely stay! Nothing was too much to ask and Jenna was super helpful and friendly. We visited as a little get away for my partners birthday and Jenna helped to decorate the living area with a banner and balloons! Was nice little surprise. Thank you again - we felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay!

This is a beautiful cottage with a huge hot tub me and my partner had an amazing stay here with all the amenities you could want and more it was so clean and felt right at home here 5 stars from us we will define be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a very lovely stay at the cottage. It was exactly what we wanted. The cottage is absolutely beautiful in a gorgeous setting. It was so peaceful and relaxing. There is so much wildlife around which was beautiful to see. There is plenty of room and the hot tub was amazing. Keith is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble, he was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending this place and would stay again.

Beautiful cottage, Sat Nav brought us straight to the location no problems! Cottage was beautiful, Wendy treated us with a bottle of wine & strawberries, 🍷 🍓 The children loved the hot tub and pool, very clean and private! Wendy directed us to nice places to eat! The breakfast in the farm was beautiful, also the roast dinners were delicious! Would definitely visit again! Thankyou Sian & John

Great stay, the hosts were great at communicating information, the location was peaceful and tranquil. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get away from there busy lives to truely unwind. Would love to stay again

Charming thatched roof cottage in a quiet village with wonderfully landscaped grounds. Ample off street parking and tennis court. Excellent location to nearby sites, castles, archery and local restaurants. We highly recommended staying at Jane’s cottage!

Perfect little find for our trip to the Cotswolds! The cottage was lovely, very well laid out, nicely designed interior finishings and felt very homely. Clean and tidy place and looked exactly as described. Ideal location for us to stay. Despite being on a working farm we found it very quiet and peaceful. Clear instructions for entry and Caroline was very responsive

What an amazing Cottage there was everything you could wish for. Spotless clean lovely decorated and very comfortable the bedding and beds were amazing really comfortable. The kitchen and dining area was very spacious. A massive plus for us was parking and the outside enclosed for the dogs they were perfectly safe . A nice outside sitting area. Location was perfect with a shop close by and in walking distance to Stratford Town we also drove approximately 30 minutes to the Cotswolds which was beautiful. 100 percent I would recommend and would return we didn’t want to come home. It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Deer View cottage is was absolutely gorgeous! It’s a traditional cottage, so the stairs are steep & takes some getting used too, however do not let this put you off. There is a secure garden for the dogs, however a public walkway right across the road through a wooded area & fields which lead to the village green & cafe! Perfect for a morning coffee. The cottage was extremely clean with everything in place ie towels, hand soap, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets & toilet rolls (including spares). Bathroom & separate shower was perfect when sharing with family or couples. Definitely recommend Deer View cottage, it catered for all our needs including our dogs & the surprise views in the back garden was totally unexpected! Hosts were perfect!

Really gorgeous home for a short break, lovely decor and all essentials you need. The fresh flowers were a beautiful touch. Would definitely recommend and visit again x

An oasis of peace and tranquility. Judy’s house was tucked away behind a gate and accessed via a secluded courtyard, perfect for a morning cuppa or sundowner. We had a very relaxing stay, communication with Judy was prompt and helpful. We were able to park in the nearby disused pub which is a short walk away along the country lane.

Loved Little Pippins. Cosy with it's wood-burner, comfortable Superking bed, well equipped kitchen - and gorgeous views over Avening. Great location, friendly & helpful host.

We greatly enjoyed our brief retreat at this nice and charming Cotswold Cottage, off the beaten track. Very nice accommodation, immediately felt "like home". Very well equipped (though we didn't make use of the cooking facilities...) and also top regarding heating, insulation, internet access ... And the recommended "King's Head" pub around the corner was excellent (with the unexpected benefit of live music on Saturday evening...). Nice hiking/rambling options, too.

We had the most amazing stay to celebrate our Honeymoon. The cottage was beyond our expectations - felt like we were living in a fairytale. Martin had left lots of useful information about the local area which we used to plan our days and get the most out of our time in the Cotswolds. The cottage itself had everything you could possibly need for the most relaxing, peaceful stay. A trip we will never forget! Thank you for letting us experience a little cottage life with such breathtaking views all around! We cannot wait to visit again!

We had such a lovely stay. The place was beautiful, and we loved making use of the cosy fireplace. It had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated being walking distance from a couple pubs! Just wish we could have stayed longer 🤗

We had a lovely stay. If we could stay longer we would. Everything is available in the cottage for a pleasant stay. Full fridge, good kitchen if you wish to cook a meal, coffeemachine easy to use with enough nespresso cups in the cupboard. Beds are comfy with good quality bedding and sheets. Rachel is a kind loving person who likes to help you when needed. Pubs, small supermarket, restaurants on walking distance. But more towns around like Egham, Virginia Water, Staines, Sunningdale. Walking into Windsor great park and enjoying the view on the long walk towards Windsor Castle. We had a really nice stay and will return when visiting the UK again.

Great place to stay, and very comfy throughout. staying there again next week for work as everything was great so why change it.
