Beautiful spot, farm house beautifully restored, great kitchen, great porch, wonderful hosts

Beautiful decorations very appropriate to the area with incredible attention to detail. Absolutely everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen especially appreciated. The central location makes for a perfect home base to explore the Camden and surrounding areas, restaurants, shops and activities. We’ll be back!

This is an awesome house on East Pond. Dock, swimming platform, kayaks, paddle boat, fire pit. View of distant mountains from the dock. East Pond is clear and large. We saw several eagles. Osprey and loons are ever present. Mark was a great host with excellent communication. Arrival was quite flexible. Home is comfortable and well equipped.

Excellent farmhouse cottage on prime Owl's Head. True Maine living. Kerry is a perfect host, with great communication and easy to talk to. Her home is very dog friendly. It was spacious and entertaining enough for a family of 4. I recommend this home if you want to visit the area. It is well equipped with anything you might need. Thank you for a great time.

Hello Hector, I cannot thank you enough for a very relaxing, peaceful and just a terrific vacation. This is my 2nd time, I have the same room I have the first time I stayed, and it was priceless. The view was amazing, the sunset is spectacular, and the mornings are serine and simply peaceful. Just what I needed and why I come to Maine and choose to stay at your place. I also wanted to " Thank you Billie Jo, your caretaker, she made sure that my stay was amazing, the place was clean and quiet, I was able to cook some breakfast and enjoy your beautiful enclose screen porch which I spend almost every breakfast and dinners. Thank you for accommodating my small dog, Soliel, she definitely enjoys her time waking up in a very quiet and serine place. She definitely misses Macy. Thank you all for making my vacation very relaxing, peaceful and making me feel at home. My room was cozy, and the big chair made my meditation more enjoyable. I love my room. Thank you. I sure hope to come back. Fall.

Lori’s is exactly what we need while visiting family over a holiday. She is very gracious to host us over Thanksgiving as the last occupants of the year. Even during a snow storm, her place is cosy and beautiful. This is our second year coming, and we love it every time. We would recommend it for those looking for a charming getaway from busy life. We were exhausted but finally got to the yurt & it was incredible. Felt like 100 acres all to ourselves / our dog! We slept most of the time but the little exploring we did / our dog was just beautiful, quiet, relaxing!

This was our second time staying with Maine forest yurts. Last year we stayed at the zen den and this year at fisher ridge. Just like last year the yurt did not disappoint! We love the friendly hosts and the beautiful area in which the yurts are located. Fisher Ridge yurt is very clean and spacious. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing in the ponds! I even caught a pickerel! My first freshwater fish (after getting my Maine fishing permit of course)! Jess and I want to make our visit to the yurts an annual experience and I cannot wait for next year! Thank you again!

I had a great time at JC's place. The location was near the national park but it felt private. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The wifi was a little spotty, so don't expect to rely on it for anything serious, but I was able to do enough research about my hikes every day. During my stay I also ran into an issue with the water heater every day, but JC was very responsive and got it fixed promptly. I'd stay here again.

We had a great time, nice tucked away cabin, hot tub was fantastic, and the space is super cute. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

This was my second trip to Loons Calling Eco-Cabin and Homestead and much like the first time, it did not disappoint! I brought my husband up this time, as a forced vacation, and have not seen him so relaxed in a long time. We spent most of our stay at the cabin fishing, kayaking, or swimming, and when we weren't on the water, we bicycled and took long walks around the pond. I've stayed at many AirBNBs, for different types of family vacations/events, and Loons Calling Eco-Cabin and Homestead is by far the most peaceful and serene place you could ask for when you just want to get away from it all! The host, Holly, and the caretaker, Taylor, are really friendly to communicate with and very responsive when you have any questions. My husband and I will be returning to the cabin, when time permits, to enjoy some more peace and quiet and to just sit and listen to the Loons.

Rachael was the PERFECT host!!! She had the home nice and cozy waiting for us when we came in from the snow!!!! She had board games and puzzles and then the dart board and pool table were the perfect additions for us to have fun inside where it was nice and warm! The perfect place for a girls getaway with some peace and quiet! We would definitely stay again!!!!
