Definitely a 10/10! The place was beautiful. Great vacation spot for a couple days. The pool was great, the kids were respectful and didn't splash us(loved that!!) had a nice cookout near the pool. Quiet at night. Totally coming again when I come back!

We booked this unit at the last minute and received a response in less than 15 minutes for same day check-in! We found it exactly as listed, extremely clean, and easy to access. The area is very quiet and family friendly, with shopping and restaurants options within 5 miles. Great access to the airport and about 30 minutes from the beach. Our expectations were exceeded when walking in and a little snack basket and thank you card greeted us. The response time from start to finish was prompt, helpful, and friendly. Five stars all around!

Il y avait tout ce qu’on pouvait souhaiter : un lit super confortable, un équipement complet et en excellent état, et surtout, une propreté irréprochable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver des petites attentions : des chips, des popcorns et des biscuits, c’était vraiment adorable et délicieux. La communication avec l’hôte a été excellente : toujours rapide, claire et très agréable. C’est sans hésiter l’un des meilleurs appartements que nous avons loués durant nos vacances, et sûrement l’un des meilleurs Airbnb que nous ayons jamais eus. Merci encore pour ce séjour exceptionnel !

Perfectly decorated . Clutter free. Bed and furnishings were comfortable. Air was ice cold. We seen a deer and 2 fawns while sitting on the balcony at dusk.

From our first communication, Glenn and Kelly they were very nice very responsive the whole process of checking in went very smoothly. The place was absolutely beautiful and very very clean. It was a very nice area. We felt very much at home and It was far enough out-of-the-way to be private, but very close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend Glen and Kelly as hosts and we would also recommend the property that’s a beautiful place to stay in Saint Augustine

Nicki is a great host. Her place was spotless and absolute beautiful. The pool and grounds are pristine. It is a relaxing place to be and in 30 minutes you can be in downtown St Augustine then drive over the bridge to the beaches. We look forward to staying here again!

We've stayed with Jordan 2 times now. It's a lovely home and in a fantastic community. It is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, walk, golf, and close to St Augustine if you want to take a short 15-20 drive to town. It's close to shopping, and everything you need is within minutes. I'd highly recommend it.

This was one of the best units we have ever rented in Air BNB. The space, the view, the feel of home, the location and the pool complex were superb. The gated community and buildings offered top notch security!! We could have stayed for months and were so sad to leave. The reclining seats in the leather sofa were such a luxury! Beautiful kitchen with everything you could possibly need for your stay! The dining table seats at least 8 for dinners for family and friends!! The washer and dryer in the unit were the best and a huge plus!! There aren’t enough positives about our stay!!Thank You, Edie for sharing your home!! It was lovely!! We’ll definitely be back when it is available!!!

This is one of the best Airbnb places my husband and I have stayed in. Linda was a wonderful host. It was just as described and pictured. We recommend it to someone who wants a quiet, relaxing stay.

Great location. Very nice place. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and spices, made cooking easy.

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

Came down for spring break with my wife and 3 daughters. Neighborhood is great with community pool and playground. Lots of kids around which kept my kids entertained. 25 minute drive to St Augustine and 20 minute drive to Mickler's beach, which I recommend if you're traveling with family. The area has a lot of stores going up so anything you may need is a short driveway. Have saved this location for next year

We really enjoyed our stay at Theresa’s house. She was flexible for us to check in easy and wonderful kitchen amenities and abeautiful. We would recommend anyone to stay there. The pictures match the space and the space was clean and well kept.

Fantastic house in a beautiful part of St. Augustine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the pool and garden are ideal for relaxing. It’s within walking distance of a great coffee shop, restaurants, and bars. I would highly recommend this property.

This place was great for a guys fishing trip! Plenty of beds and room for activities. Just down the road from Palms Fish Camp Restaurant (walking distance) and not far from the bait shop (Brown's Fish Camp). Would definitely stay again.
