Great place for a family vacation. Great location - close to pickleball - swimming pool - shuffle board. Highly recommend. Host very responsive!

We enjoyed 6 days here and were so sad to come home. We didn’t want to stay downtown in fort Myers beach area and wanted something a little more quiet, this place was perfect. It’s situated in a great location, 15 min from fort myers beach and 10 min from Bonita springs if you want to get out and explore. Also right next to lovers key state park which was a must see. The condo was just as described and the views were amazing, we saw dolphins almost every morning while eating breakfast, it was magical! Very spacious bathroom and kitchen area. Bonus points came with beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t have to worry about renting at the beach. We would definitely come back to this rental!

We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

Had a wonderful stay at this fabulous place! This was my first experience with an AirB&B and it was great. I’m really picky about cleanliness, and I didn’t find one thing I had to “re-clean” myself! Location was awesome - we walked to Sam Snead’s restaurant in 2 minutes. This unit has everything you could possibly need - every kind of utensil, pan, glassware, etc. Every outdoor thing you might need - umbrella, fishing rod, pool tools, you name it. It was quiet, it was safe and I’m already rebooking for next year! Terrific place- would totally recommend!

We needed a last minute place to stay & this place was amazing! I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnb’s & this was by far the cleanest/nicest. Check in was very easy. It was spotless, stocked with everything you need, plenty of toilet paper, towels, detergent, toiletries, extra blankets. There was beach towels, a cooler & a nice backpack to use. They even had a couple snacks and water bottles for us. The view is amazing, so peaceful & quiet. Even the linen smelled amazing lol. Tiki hut was so cute & the game room. The hosts answered very quickly to one of my requests & were very accommodating. Definitely found my new spot when visiting family. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about our stay at Josh’s place, unit I152. And Josh was an amazing host with great communication. The condo unit itself was great and delivered on all promises of comfort detailed in the listing. Spacious, clean, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen, and convenient WiFi and tv. And loved the screened in patio with views of the pond and palm trees. We felt like at home from the second we rolled in. The Park Shore Resort property was also a great experience and we took advantage of all of it . . . Amazing resort style pool, onsite restaurant, gym, patio area with grills, and pickleball & tennis. And when we did decide to leave the property, there was easy access to amazing shopping, restaurants, and beaches anywhere from walking distance to short Uber ride. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Park Shore Resort unit I152 and highly recommend staying here or any other property hosted by Josh.

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit sowie die bequemen Betten, die für erholsame Nächte sorgen. Auch die Strandausstattung hat uns begeistert: Von Tennisschlägern über Beachball-Schläger und Strandspielzeug bis hin zu zahlreichen Handtüchern war alles vorhanden, was man für entspannte Tage am Meer braucht. Der Trockner und die Waschmaschine funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet – wir haben sie gerne genutzt und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage des Apartments ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Der gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Pool, der Whirlpool sowie das Fitnessstudio sind in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und tragen maßgeblich zum hohen Erholungswert bei.

Condo was very comfortable and in a great location. Greenlinks is a very nice community and the pool area is beautiful. Location is about half way between downtown Naples and Marco Island and local stores are convenient

We have used Naples Vacations a few times in the past and they have always been proactive and responsive. We had no issues with our stay and Jennifer was friendly and reached out personally before our arrival to provide check in and access details .

Nicely furnished and plenty of room for four guests. The screened in porch was larger than expected and where we spent most of our time while there. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and Mary was very responsive, would definitely recommend!

Over our Christmas stay at Marcela’s place. Great location close to beach and shopping. Beautiful location with lots of trees and vegetation.

Amazing location; beautiful accomodations; gated security. Beach within short walking distance (not too close; not too far); pool proximity great. Amazing sunset views. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet building with very good gym, commons area, security.

Nataliya was a fantastic host- super responsive and courteous when we asked to check-in early. The place was clean, the garden and pool in the complex were lovely, and it’s about a mile and a half from the beach. We had a great time and would come again!

We had a great stay and are already dreaming of our next visit to Sivys’s. The house was full of essentials, nothing was overlooked. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to so many local attractions. Beautiful outdoor area where we spent most of our time. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all great sizes. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. No detail was forgotten, a true gem!

Dani’s place was amazing! The Pool, (and we did not have to pay extra for heat) was amazing! The Pool Table was a huge hit! the Hot Tub also amazing! Close to everything! We would recommend Dani’s place to anyone. The only suggestion I have is to get a Pizza Cutter and Chalk for the Pool Sticks. We had some serious competition going on! 😊. Great hosts, great neighborhood, great location. Townhouse had plently of space for 6 people with the 3 large bedrooms. Quick walk to all ammenities. Hosts were great at communicating and allowing for early check-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for resort style pool and quiet and safe neighborhood.

This was a great place to stay with my family. We had my 4 month old grand child with us and having the home with the pool was perfect flexibility for a baby's schedule. It allowed us all to relax and enjoy the pool while the baby was sleeping. The home was well-stocked and was easy to relax in and have home-cooked dinners. The pool was beautiful. A little more space around the pool and in the backyard would be nice, but we worked around that. We would rent again. Ivan was also very responsive and thorough in his communication.

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The space was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Having a pool was so great for the kids. It was close to everything we wanted to do like the zoo and children’s museum. It was also a short distance from Marco’s Island which allowed us to visit for a day. Hristo was very helpful. I couldn’t locate a few things in the house and he quickly responded. I also needed a couple of things and he had it sent to the house. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing! The location was not only beautiful but so peaceful! Gorgeous scenery, and the yard is so private you forget there are other houses around. The heated pool and spa are a joy and the master suite feels like a true get away (I never want to leave that bath!!!). Sebastian and Naomi are the most responsive hosts and their goal was to make our stay as stress free as possible - and they excelled at it! Highly recommend!
