It's 12 minutes walk to Kendal's many independent shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes to our local pub, the 'Riflemans Arms'.

Close by are picturesque strolls along the river, and walks into the hills are literally just up the road. A great base for the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales .
