We enjoyed our stay. The pool is great. Everything was clear on instructions on how to get in and it was very clean. I did ask to check in a little earlier due to being in town early and could not due to cleaning crew still there, which was understandable. Then asked if we could park there and just take the golf cart to the beach since we were early and that was declined as well. Was a little disappointed in that as I do feel that would have made our first day there more enjoyable, plus the next two were rainy so we missed out on a perfect beach afternoon.

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and we pretty much had everything we needed for the week. Emily was always very good about communicating. The outdoor showers were a favorite. The kids loved the pool and the deck was the perfect place to relax. The screened in porch made the perfect spot for breakfast/coffee. So many beach toys available and the bunk house is super cute. Beds are very comfortable. Only downside was the lighting isn’t great but that wasn’t really a problem for us.

Beautiful house, in front of the pool, feels like your at home. You have everything for your stay. Perfect for my guests.Very clean & spacious . We have some much fun.

What a great house for a reunion of seven high school friends as we celebrated all of us turning 75! We all had our own beds (and those mattresses won some praises, too), enough bathrooms for a bunch of women, and a large kitchen for making meals together. There was plenty of space for groups large or small to gather for conversations -- living room, gathering room off the dining area, on the two porches and in and around the pool and hot tub (worth the fee to have it heated at the end of April/early May). The home's name, Art of the Beach, was well reflected in the plethora of artwork, too! The proximity to the beach was perfect -- an easy walk but away from traffic noise. Have already recommended it to a friend looking for a family gathering sight, as it would be excellent for several couples with children (who would delight in having the top floor all to themselves).

Iva and Greg were great hosts, they were very helpful and fast when we needed help with a few things. The house was very clean and is very nice. Great place to stay with family or friends. The pool is so nice!

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

We had a fantastic week! Kids loved the pool, ping pong, and cornhole! We had everything we needed and Matthew was fast to respond to any questions. We had a lot of fun taking golf cart on drives around town as well. Highly recommend this place!

We've been vacationing along 30A almost two decades, and this our favorite home and location to date. Easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, super quick golf cart trip to Cowgirl Kitchen, gorgeous home, and a private pool. It smells and looks brand new. :)

We totally enjoyed our stay at The Coral Sea Cottage! We had 8 adults + 10 kids and this space worked out really well for us. The neighborhood was lovely, the pool was great and we had everything that we needed at the house. We had a couple so small maintenance things that we reached out about and Graham was very quick to reply and offer assistance. We are already looking at trying to book again for next year!

Wonderful Stay at Miramar Beach! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb in Miramar Beach, FL! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area and the well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay at Kaley’s place. The house was beautiful and had lots of space. We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom connected to it. Perfect for our group of three different families. The kids loved hanging out at the pool. We also appreciated all the beach chairs, towels, and toys.

I can’t speak highly enough of this house and the hosts. The pictures are what you get, and it’s beautiful. Fully equipped with what you need, clean and so much space. Plenty of amenities. Personally I liked staying a little out of Seaside, but still close enough to walk to the main center. The beach across the street is amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

Clean and conveniently located with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed having our own pool as well as having access to the large resort-like community pool. Only 2mins from beach in the included golf cart.

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The kids spent hours on end in the private heated pool and also took advantage of the community pool which was just up the road. Restaurants were within walking distance. The beach could have been as well, but we chose to use the golf cart to haul the provide chairs. Beach had beautiful turquoise waters. One of my favorite places to vacation in Florida. Would definitely recommend!

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

The house and location was amazing! There were 10 of us, and it fit all of us perfectly! It was in an awesome location, really close to the beach, and we enjoyed the privacy of the house and the neighborhood. Michael was very communicative and helpful with any questions that we had during our stay! Awesome week!

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.
