It has it all, and just in case you would miss anything, Boris will get it for you! All packed in a great architectural house, beautiful and tasteful interior. You’ll enjoy this classic Dutch villa. Free parking! Location is perfect. Inner city walkable, great restaurants nearby. Truly recommend this.

Eine gute Anlage, die offensichtlich als Ferienwohnung gebaut wurde.

Heerlijk een paar dagen kerst met de familie gevierd. Huis is perfect voor een grotere groep en de pooltafel en dartbord waren een succes. De woonkamer/keuken zijn niet heel groot, maar door de extra Bar ruimte is het helemaal goed. Wij hadden leuke dagen!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Charlotte is super aardig en communicatie was zeer goed. Het huis was erg mooi en lekker ruim. Zeker aan te raden!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Het huis is super ruim wat fijn was met twee gezinnen. En toch heel erg knus. Van pepernoten bakken tot spelletjes spelen bij de haard. Kom vast nog een keer terug!

Excellent and beautiful house for a family group. Space enough for all, despite the 3 levels and inside stairs. Even with small kids, all was great and comfortable. We really enjoy to stay in and the garden area it is fantastic. Kids burn a lot of calories running all over around. We highly recommend to stay here. Das Haus war einfach nur Toll, wir hatten wunderschönes Wetter und konnten den riesigen Garten, Sauna und Grill nutzen. Am meisten hat uns der Essbereich gefallen der gemütlich gestaltet war mit Glasfronten und Blick auf den Garten. Wir können uns gut vorstellen nochmal wieder zu kommen. Patrick war sehr aufmerksam und stand für jede Frage parat.

Everyone who stayed with me and everyone who visited were in awe of this house. Easily the nicest AirBnB I've ever stayed in, and despite feeling like we were in our own beautiful world we were actually very close to everything you'd need in Zeist. Brenda was also an amazing and very communicative host so overall a 10/10 stay.

We verbleven met een vriendengroep van 16 man in deze villa. Het was in april dus helaas was het water van het zwembad niet warm genoeg om erin te zwemmen. Maar, het was een fijn verblijf, de kamers waren ruim, de bedden en slaapbedden lagen heerlijk. Heel fijn dat er een aantal badkamers zijn zodat we niet op elkaar hoefde te wachten. Ook als er al mensen wilde slapen en een deel wilde nog een biertje doen, ging dit gewoon qua gehorigheid. Ool wilde we graag de boodschappen voor 16u in de koelkast zetten, en in overleg kon dit ook! Dat was heel fijn gezien de activiteit die we gingen doen. Het was een fijn verblijf!!

We stayed here for 9 nights with three generations - parents, grandparents and two children (1.5 and 5). The house house is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners even kindly provided a cot and highchair. Our 5 year old daughter loved her room, which was decorated as a lovely girl's bedroom. The contained and shaded garden was great for the children to play in in the summer heat, especially the inbuilt trampoline. The layout of the house also meant that the 1.5 year old could stay in a separate wing and didn't wake everyone in the family up at 6 am. Just be mindful of the fairly steep stairs to the top floor (bedrooms 5 and 6). The location is great for visiting Efteling and it's a nice stroll into Vjijmen, which has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short car ride away are nice towns like the fortified Heusden, and a fabulous bathing lake with a sandy beach and other facilities is within walking distance. Nice quiet and leafy neighbourhood with interesting houses. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and provided a useful welcome booklet (as well as some delicious local treats). We will look back fondly on our stay!

We hebben met ons bestuur een heerlijk weekend gehad. Een erg mooi en fijn huis met een geweldige tuin om overleg te hebben. We zouden zo weer terug gaan.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Een prachtig huis waar je je meteen thuis voelt. Het huis is nog mooier/ruimer dan de foto’s tonen. Communicatie met Mieke liep vlot! De kindjes / honden / volwassenen waren allemaal gelukkig. Voor iedereen was er voldoende ruimte en activiteit. Wij denken eraan terug te keren!

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

supermooie lokatie echt iets om compleet tot rust te komen . super mooi zwembad dat keurig werd onderhouden, geld ook voor de tuin . Dat wij het iets te stil vonden is dus puur persoonlijk en heeft niets met de accommodatie te maken , dat is zeker een aanrader
