Really enjoyed my stay here. The actual place looks better than the photos. The view of the beach and pool from the balcony and bedroom was awesome. The place was clean. Easy check in. And loved the beach chairs, towels, and cooler that was provided. Loved all the amenities and will definitely be returning back. Thank You.

Sylvette was a wonderful host! She really felt like a mother figure, always open to conversations about anything. Her warmth was especially evident when she spoke about our son back home. Peaceful and perfectly located—this stay offered a quiet retreat surrounded by friendly locals and close to all the main sights. During the Puerto Rico blackout, the host went above and beyond to make sure we had power. Truly appreciated!

Excelente ubicación, es un vecindario tranquilo y algo céntrico lo cual es bueno porque no tuvimos malas experiencias con la electricidad en nuestra estadía. La casa cuenta con lo necesario en la cocina (sazones), baño (papel, toallas, jabones y shampoo), habitaciones (sábanas y aire acondicionado).

I have nothing but a great wonderful experience. Me and my 3 daughters loved your home and have made beautiful memories. Your home was magnificently clean and with everything we could need and want ! We had such a nice peaceful week. The house was so nice, great a/c, plush towels, good water pressure, comfortable beds and sofa. Peace of mind knowing there’s back up electricity by solar & batteries. Loved the deck used it in the early mornings to do my exercise. Washer & dryer is a great bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with even an ice maker. When Kelvin came to help with our flat tire other neighbors joined in to help too. Very quiet neighborhood!!! We will definitely be back!!!

We had a great stay at Edith’s! Plenty of space for 5 of us, nice small beach nearby (the house has kayaks!), cute friendly neighborhood animals, and a very budget friendly bakery a few minute walk away for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!

Sebastian’s place was perfect for our family of 5 adults with more than enough space to spread out after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare meals and having 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus when trying to get everyone out the door for tours or dinner reservations. The location felt very safe, and was close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, the grocery store, or beach. I highly recommend this home for your San Juan stay!

Great location—close to lots of great restaurants and more importantly, the beach! The bed was big and the apartment has the bare minimum. It could use a few more cooking tools. I had to purchase food that either required minimum cooking or just to heat up. I was working remotely, and the internet was strong during most of my meetings. If you don’t need much, this apartment is perfect!

Apesar de algunos inconvenientes tecnicos fuera del control de Aileen, la eficiencia y atención de ella logró que la estadía valiera la pena! El apartamento muy bien cuidado, comodo y extremadamente limpio.

Stayed with my daughter to explore San Juan for a few days. Walk into old San Juan was about 20-25 minutes, though you can rent a Bird scooter and easily go back and forth. The beds were *very* comfortable, everything was super clean and as described. Easy to just park on the street around the building. The building is classic vintage art deco and very cool. We really liked staying here!

My daughter and I just loved your place!! And Old San Juan!! You place is in a perfect location…so easy to walk to all the local restaurants and sights to see. We loved the terrace! Being on the 4th floor was very doable, as a matter of fact it was nice to get a little extra walk in after eating so much delicious food!! BJ was extremely responsive and helpful the whole week. Can’t wait to come back!

It was worth every penny very reliable, very convenient minutes from most attractions and countless bars and restaurants. Great host and great location. The host was very welcoming, very helpful and attentive! I can’t wait for my next stay in Puerto Rico I’m staying in the same location!

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!
