Uncle Bucks was exactly as pictured and described. The location cannot be beat either, having walkable access to the beach was perfect. A lot of amenities at the cottage as well, the hot tub being the best in my opinion. I had a nice relaxing week, which was the goal of my visit. Thank you again!

This was a great place to stay and was exactly what we expected. The house is set in a residential neighborhood, but felt private. Definitely have to drive to get to the beaches, but it was not far (maybe 10 minutes, more during the busy season, I'm sure). Everything was clean. Check in was simple and easy. They do not bug you, and since everything was simple, I had no reason to contact them. Dog friendly, but so clean you wouldn't know. Fenced in back yard was perfect for your dog. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating area - although, 7 adults might be pretty cramped. Maybe 2 families max. Will definitely stay here again.

The house is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Laura made everything simple, including easy check-in and good local tips. It was perfect and fun for four, but would comfortably accommodate more!

I was a bit skeptical at first because I've never booked a hotel room through airbnb. This experience was great. The suite was clean and I was able to have my pup with me. Located close to the beach and attractions. Great stay, would recommend.

The place was perfect for what me and my guests were looking for. Great location with a great host, Rebekka. The home is secluded but still close enough to get to anywhere in the area with a short drive. The description, amenities and pictures of her place, are spot on Rebekka was very friendly, responsive, gave tips for things to do, and was just very easy to deal with. It was a hassle free stay and would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again.

Laura and Red were great, the ice maker was not working properly before we arrived and they dropped off a bag of ice to tide us over until the machine was back online. The location is great, close to everything and also easy to get to. If you know Rehoboth, you know it can be complicated when you need to make u-turns every time you want to go somewhere. This house has easy access to a grocery store without having to get on 1. Hot tub was super clean and there are shocks provided to keep it that way through the week. Nice touches like sound machines in all of the bedrooms to drown out any outside noise. Great spot!!

What a great home right in the middle of the Ocean City and Berlin areas! So cozy and super clean!!! We definitely enjoyed that it was pet-friendly. Super responsive hosts who also provided a lot of extras like extra linens and disposable coffee cups, etc. We hope to come back to stay!

Beyond amazing! Susan's home was perfect for our family! The home was clean, with a beautiful deck and a nice, fenced area for our pup. The layout of the home was incredible and suited our family! Our adult sons used the lower level, which had two bedrooms and bathrooms, sitting area, a foosball table and small refrigerator. The kitchen upstairs was fully equipped! We made many visits to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and fishing at the pier. There's so much to offer! We enjoy staying in Northern OC as it is less hectic and crowded. We were comfortable, happy and relaxed! Susan was very responsive and kind, absolutely awesome! When leaving, we inadvertently left a bag. We contacted Susan, and the cleaners found it. Susan was kind enough to go above and beyond by mailing it to us! Truly a blessing to experience such kindness, honesty and care, going out of her way when I was at fault. Susan, you are a wonderful person! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! We hope to return next year!

You can't beat this location for a family vacation. Super quiet neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. Very dog friendly as well. Quick drive or walk across the highway to the beach. The only thing about the house that could have been better would be the dust. The surfaces that aren't used all of the time looked as if they hadn't been dusted in quite some time, including the fans. Otherwise very nice and comfortable accommodations. Plenty of room for everyone and the pups.

Matt is one of the most responsive hosts I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Minor (issue) upon check in, his response time was literally within 10min (amazing)! I called instead of messaging and he was pleasant, kind, personable and overall just easy to deal with. Our family values simplicity and personability, all of which Matt is. We will undoubtedly be seeking another stay at this location for our next summers family vacation to the area.

Loved the Middlesex Beach vibe. The house was mid-century modern which was why we were interested. The neighborhood had a number of mid-century houses, originals from the 1960's development. They seem to be disappearing as larger houses are built. That character should be preserved. Enjoyed our stay in the house and environs.

This cottage was a perfect stay! We wanted to be close to Ocean city and Assateague island and it was the perfect distance between both. Walmart is down the road which was very convenient. The cottage was warm and cozy, felt right at home! The airhosts made sure to keep the place clean and tidy when we got there. The restaurant that is walking distance down the road “Crab Alley” had really good snow crab. We recommend this stay to anyone!

Great spot for a couples trip down to the beaches. Prime location & walkable to everything.

Our stay was perfect! We had a wedding to go to while down there and everything was no more than 30 minutes from us. Cindy and Dave were fantastic and friendly. They made us feel right at home. The house was in the perfect location and made us feel right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Our stay at the Vacasa Cottage was outstanding. The location was perfect. Everything that was stated in the profile we found, and it was totally accurate. The cottage was surprisingly quiet despite being in a high traffic neighborhood. We absolutely got our money's worth and then some out of the visit. The only concern that we worked thru was the lack of parking availability. There are 3 units for the address, but I believe only parking for the front unit. The driveway can totally accommodate 2 vehicles at a minimum; possibly 3.
