This stay was actually better than we expected. I stayed with my teenage daughter and 2 dogs and we all loved the place (dogs included!). The photos really don't do the place justice. It is beautiful inside and the garden is spectacular and really peaceful. The layout of the house is really nice and easy flow throughout. Lots of space for clothes, pantry items, etc so it worked really well for a longer stay. The kitchen was fully kitted out. They really did have everything-- plenty of utensils, cutlery, pans, etc-- even a Nutribullet. There are several shops within walking distance. Being able to walk down to the pick n pay was actually really nice (very short walk). I could be there and back with my items within 10 minutes. Coffee shops, restaurants, takeaways and large shopping center (Kenilworth Center) all within walking distance. There was some slight noise from cars, but it was gentle enough to be more like white noise and didn't bother us at all. Highly recommend.

Very clean, neat and tidy. Everything you would need and more is there. Anene is a fantastic host and always helpful. We had an absolute wonderful stay and would Definitely recommend anyone to stay there. Although we asked to take pets we ended up not taking our pets but you can take your pets with, there is also dog bowls provided. Lovely place and very peaceful 😊

An amazing fist time experience for myself and family. Everything was made easy for myself and family. The place was beautiful, fancy, safe, accommodative to load shedding and my brother loved the game room. Even when i forgot an item, she made sure i got it back. I noticed after two days i did not pack it but when i contacted her, she took a few minutes to respond and the next day, my item was available for pickup. Thank you so much Simone. It felt like a home.

I rented the house for my wife, two kids and some friends. We had a very great stay and a good time at the house. Everything was as expected and described by the owners. We had a very good communication with them before and during our stay. They are so lovely and helpful. Restaurants are close, also grocery store and a mall. The beach is just 7 minutes away by car and around 20-35min to downtown depending on traffic. Also once a week the house is cleaned with no extra charge. All together 5 Stars from us! Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Philip's place. The house is very spacious and the location is great. It was easy to communicate with Philip and he was very flexible. We stayed for a bit over a week at the beginning of our South Africa trip, and booked again for our last night as we liked the place so much.

Super friendly and accommodating hosts... the premises were spotless on arrival and well thought out amenities and grocery cupboard. Will not hesitate to stay again when in the area.

We spent 19 nights at Lake Haven. Maisie was an excellent, helpful and responsive host. The home is really fabulous - tastefully decorated, well appointed, and with the most exquisite view imaginable. The property is fully fenced and secure for even the smallest furbabies. We had the best time kayaking, swimming, watching the birdlife on and around the lake, and going for long walks around the beautiful and safe estate. It is centrally located to shops and excellent restaurants. One of the best Airbnb properties I have stayed in. I cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house itself was spacious (even more so than the photos), clean and beautifully presented. The beds were comfy and with lovely linen, there was a well equipped kitchen, we loved the outside fire pit area and we really enjoyed the views. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants, but just far enough away to be quiet and private. We would definitely recommend this Air BnB and hope to stay again.

Claire and Mike were nothing short of fantastic, loved our time at their place and will defiantly be back!! Highly recommend Mount Pleasant to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Cape Town.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the mountains from the garden. Was super easy to walk to start of Two Oceans race. Be careful when pulling in as drive is narrow. Overall great!

Guinea Fowl House was over and above our expectations. It has a rustic African feel and is extremely private and peaceful. Kylie and David are great host, making us feel very welcome. On the very few occasions we had to ask them anything, they responded straight away. Noordhoek is a brilliant and safe area, and the village is a short walk away, with lots to do and places to eat. Overall, we would happily return and would highly recommend Guinea Fowl House.

Accommodation is 5-Star. The house was spotless and the array of items at disposal was great. It is private and this provides lovely quiet evenings. Views are fantastic. The host(s) are responsive and provides great communication. Easy to checkin and query anything.

We had a lovely stay at Luc place, felt right at home. Everything as per the description and excellent spot for families with kids. Luc and his wife were great hosts.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, bietet viel Platz und liegt traumhaft in der Natur. Der große Pool ist wirklich toll und sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Our children loved the swimming pool and trampoline. The location is good and is a few minutes drive from Lions Head and the cable car station of Table Mountain. The property feels very safe and secure. Cathy is very proactive with her communication and very responsive to messages. I did find having to monitor and top up electricity usage a little inconvenient whilst on holiday, but Cathy was always on hand to assist with this.

We had a wonderful 6-day stay. I was working remotely, and the internet speed was more than enough. Communication & responsiveness were excellent. The neighborhood in Gardens was quiet at night, and we especially appreciated the comfort of the bed and the soft cotton bed linen. We slept incredibly well We would definitely come back! 😊

Ett mycket trevligt boende som ligger bra till utifrån de olika sevärdheterna runt Cape town. Både rummen och trädgården var större och rymligare än det ser ut på bilderna. Rent och fräscht. Lite oljud från tåget men inte så att det störde på nätterna. Rekommenderas varmt.

Het is een prachtig huis met een hele mooie tuin waarbij het enorm genieten is. Chris zit zelf ook in een eigen huis op het terrein wat het gevoel van veiligheid verhoogd. Chris is erg aardig en attent en ook de tuinman en de schoonmaakster zijn hele lieve mensen. Het is een plek waar je nooit meer weg wil.

Beautiful house and well kept large garden- enjoyed my stay. Host was helpful if/when needed and the house was well fitted, linen and towels were changed weekly. Stayed with a pet and the host provided welcome gift of snacks and a toy for my pet which was a nice touch 🤍 Would definitely stay again

We absolutely loved our stay. The area is beautiful, and peaceful with lots to do within a short drive. The house and all amenities was great, everything was neat and tidy. The house had such a warm and homely feel, and the welcome note added an extra special touch. Would highly recommend Joanne's place, and will definitely be back.
