Thanks to perfect instructions, we had a wonderful stay!! If you’re local-ish, bring your own pillows 🫣 but it was a great set up, parking included, and trader joes/target right downstairs for anything else you need!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and near public parking, which made everything super convenient. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! We had to book VERY last minute after the place we had booked fell through. And by last minute I mean 10pm on check in day lol The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always quick to respond, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They even had a handy PDF with links to YouTube videos explaining anything you’d need to know. Really loved that! The place itself was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. Highly recommend staying here! Very new modern building. There’s a gated parking garage that leads straight into the building which makes you feel very safe. Hollywood is Hollywood and I have never felt as safe as I did staying here VS other places. Building also has security and not accessible to anyone not staying there. Definitely a great place to book. You’re also right near all the Hollywood attractions and dining within a block that is open late.

The place was a corner unit and was able to see an amazing view. Retrieving the key was an experience in a comical way bc once you go inside the apt you're blown away. Alex was helpful and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Jayden place is great. Squeaky clean, close to everything. Exactly like the pictures. Jayden was very friendly, kind and flexible. We truly appreciate his great communication. We were a family of 4 adults that loved the place and had plenty of space. Thank you Jayden and team!

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

Sara's place was great, and served our needs very well. As others have said there is nothing special about the exterior of the house but that did not matter to us. Everything that mattered was fantastic - the house was very well designed, clean, and functional. The beds and the couch were very comfortable, the kitchen was fantastic (especially if you like to cook!), and the big back yard was a bonus. It proved to be a great place to stay with young kids. This place was perfect for us! We loved the Pierpont community vibe. The beach was a 5 min walk away and there was a wagon for us to use which was wonderful. Instead of bunk beds like the listing photos, there were twin beds, which also worked great for us. We felt super at home and the host was extremely helpful when we had any troubleshooting to do. We would love to stay again!

Fantastic location for easy beach access. House was quiet and private. Loved having the bikes available for the nearby Shoreline bike trail. Brent checked in often and was immediately helpful when there was a problem with one bike. Overall a great stay!

A Perfect Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at this charming rental! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was cozy, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail. Every comfort you could think of was thoughtfully provided—from the fully stocked kitchen to the soft, luxurious linens. The beds were incredibly comfortable; we all slept so well! The whole process, from booking to check-in, was seamless, and the owners were a pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. It’s clear they’ve put so much care into making this home a special place for guests. Although it’s conveniently close to the beach and some great restaurants, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the house—it was just that lovely and relaxing. All the extra touches truly made this feel like a home away from home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

This house was amazing on every level! The location was fantastic for our week-long stay on Los Angeles. SO many things close by and Travis was th best host we have ever experienced! He was so responsive and flexible and the house literally had so mnay things if you needed them. Our stay was so top notch i want the corporate people at Airbnb to model everything the way Travis does it because it was just so spectacular The location was amazing and so close to everything! THIS HOUSE IS A MUST RENT, it was a fantastic experience!

Great Studio apartment with great amenities and very clean like a hotel! About a 10 min walk uptown from the main Ventura strip and beach. Cars can be loud but closing the windows was enough to make it quite, if anything it added to the experience of being apart of the town! Lovely experience overall and the hosts were very helpful in any case. Will be back! Thank you!

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

This was a great place to use when I had additional family in town. Dave was responsive, helpful and very easy to work with.

Excellent one bedroom unit right on the beach with the perfect location. Exactly as described and ideal for a quick weekend away. We will be back soon I’m sure!
