The place is was very nice and clean! Price is worth it and it’s also very relaxing. The hosts were very nice and welcoming too! Would stay here again if in the area!

We loved our time in Chicago, and staying at Andris’s place made it even better. The apartment is adorable, well laid out, and very comfortable—especially the bed! Having a parking space with a charger was a huge plus. Andris was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Both the host and the place are 5 stars. We’d definitely recommend them!

AG was a great host.We had clear instructions about how to get in. All was clean and orderly. We were given a great deal of info about the area and the space. It was stocked well. We really enjoyed our time there. It is a beautiful neighborhood.

Amazing stay, so comfortable and clean. Great location and very walkable. Hosts were communicative. One recommendation for travelers: bring eye masks for sleeping, as the drapes/curtains are not blackout at all, so it's VERY bright in the morning.

My guest and I truly enjoyed our stay for the weekend celebrating my birthday! The location was perfect for where we wanted to be and the place we booked looked exactly as advertised. Their communication with us before, during, and after our stay was exceptional. Any questions or concerns I had were answered in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend booking with them!

Staying at Mary’s place was wonderful! It had everything we needed for the holidays and she was easily available for any questions. Only a 5 minute drive into town! I would definitely stay here again.

The host was the most responsive I have ever had. The amenities are complete. We needed nothing else. We had a wonderful vacation and that was because the house and host was perfect.

The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. Beautiful house situated on a wonderful tree-lined, quiet and safe street. I spent my mornings in a wonderful coffee shop, less than a three minute walk from the property - absolutely fantastic location! The property itself is exactly as pictured - four wonderful spacious double bedrooms and two big bathrooms, both with underfloor heating. The kitchen and lounge area are wonderfully decorated throughout and again, exactly as pictured. Excellent attention to detail throughout the property, including laundry facilities and bathroom amenities, which we were super grateful of. Honestly, I was very sad to leave, and would move in tomorrow if I could! Highly recommend this home to anyone!

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

Great location to drive into the city and suburbs for the various meetings we had. There are good cafes within walking distance. Strongly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

This has to be the best AirBnB we have stayed at. The apartment was like home from home, super clean and exceeded our expectations. The location of the apartment is a short walk from the L, has everything you need within a 5 minute walk and is in a great neighbourhood. John, the host, is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and he gives some great recommendations of local restaurants/ activities. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are in Chicago - we are sure to be back!
