The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

Great location within walking distance of University of Chicago and in a safe neighbourhood. Basement apartment with 2 bedrooms. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows & blankets were provided. Toilet & kitchen facilities were slightly dated but functional. Appreciated the use of washer/dryer & complimentary coffee/tea. Very hospitable host!

I would definitely stay here again! Walking distance from Wrigleyville bars, restaurants and stadium. Comfortable, clean and quiet.

The neighborhood had plenty of food options and was close to downtown. The place itself was clean and comfortable, loved my stay! The host had great communication would definitely book again.

I had a great stay at Newell’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with Newell was quick and helpful the whole time. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and I appreciated the extra touches like fresh towels, local recommendations, and a fully stocked kitchen. This hotel efficiency was a lovely and welcoming space. It was clean and quiet and located not too far from Lake Michigan. the town is small, but there are wonderful breweries and some good restaurants. I would be happy to stay here again. Nicole was very responsive and her instructions were clear.

My family and I stayed for 4 months and enjoyed every bit of it. A very quiet neighborhood. Host is also super responsive and friendly!

Colin's place is cute, clean, and VERY convenient! Just a short walk to the Fullerton or Armitage L stations. Tons of closeby restaurants, and a very good coffee shop/diner just downstairs below us! It is on a busy corner, so be warned the traffic & evening pedestrian noise can be loud, especially in the corner turret bedroom, but the heater makes pretty good white noise. Thanks for a perfect homebase for our girl weekend away!

We enjoyed our stay. John works hard to offer the best experience to his guests. The place was super clean and welcoming. Photos are matching. Close to everything with UBER. Some restaurants are located in the block. I recommend this appartement.

We had a great stay! The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. There are tons of nice touches throughout, and we definitely relaxed when we were there! The only issue we had is that ubers kept getting the wrong directions/address, but when we used the gyro shop as a pick up/drop off spot, we were fine. The location is in walking distance of Wrigley Field, and great restaurants and thrift shops, and public transit. Highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Chicago!

We had a very good stay for a friends wedding a few blocks away in Chicago. As it is very modern, cozy, and clean. Alex's response time is very quick to whatever may arise. We would highly recommend staying there. Thanks for the stay!

We loved our stay here. The place was very comfortable and spacious. The area was close to restaurants either walking distance or a short drive. Parking was super easy and Susan was very accommodating with us having 2 cars. Would highly recommend this place!

Met expectations in every way. Clean, well maintained condo. Great location with several restaurants within walking distance, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach gear was provided. Well stocked kitchen amenities and board games. Host responded quickly to all emails. Very well run. Easy all the way around.

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

Katherine was absolutely amazing! Very quick to redoing to questions. She gave great instructions, along with a lists of recommendations. Her unit was spotless and cozy. So comfortable that we decided to stay in instead of go out.

The place is super cute and cozy, the bed is comfy and the area is quiet and peaceful. I felt safe and right at home as I was here for an extended stay! I 100% recommend!

Great place to stay if you visit your daughter or son at Northwestern. The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable, super quiet, walkable distance from commodities. Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Ben's chalet! The location can't be beat, with 2 small private beaches just steps away, restaurants within a few minute drive and downtown St Joseph only a 15 min drive away. When we arrived the chalet had not been cleaned (miscommunication with his cleaning crew), but I messaged Ben and he promptly had someone come out to clean the property and refunded us our cleaning fee. Also the view from the back deck at sunset was breathtaking. We would definitely recommend this chalet!
