A beautiful, relaxing and peaceful setting and a quick and easy trip to town. Great views and house was perfect with tons of amenities and perfect to bring our dog. Host was fantastic and so responsive. An amazing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again ! Close to the many wineries and cute towns, and peaceful and comfortable to come back and relax at. We enjoyed the fire pit , the view from the dock of the changing tree colors and the flow of the kitchen. ❤️

I cannot say enough amazing things about this house - our stay was absolutely sublime. The decor was immaculately curated, the house had all the supplies required to cook family meals, the sunset was to die for, and we had an absolute blast at the pool. Communicating with Dan and Tabitha was great, very professional and responsive. I would highly recommend Melissa's place in Jamesport. It was a great location with room to enjoy with some family members including children. It was perfect with some toys and a big outdoor area (and a private beach!) for us all to spend some time together while visiting family in the area. Melissa was accommodating and clear in her directions and gave us a warm welcome with a greeting basket, information about the area and coffee! The location is lovely and everything about the house was fun and comfortable. Thanks!

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

We spent Thanksgiving in the beautiful Joshua cottage. This was one of the best Airb&b stays we have ever had. The hosts were wonderful- making sure we had everything we needed. The spot directly on the water is magical.

Wonderful beach cottage. Exactly what we had expected with great charm and beautiful view. The beach cabana was definitely the best part. Suzanne was a wonderful host- very responsive and helpful!

The house was so peaceful and quiet. The deer were just walking around and calming to watch! The backyard is better than the pictures and would stay there again! My only issue was with the lack of privacy in the house. The doors are similar to shutters to allow airflow, but you could here everyone in all the rooms. Not a huge deal unless you have loud kids!

What an incredible experience! Was a bit hesitant after reading pets were allowed as one of our friends is allergic to dogs and cats - the cottage was super clean and no sign that a “furbaby” had ever been there. Had a personalized welcome letter for our party of 6, and favorite beverages thanks to advance questions and special touches from Mickey. Loved listening to the waves, reading by the fire and getting in a game of ping pong at the outdoor table. Every detail has been considered from the 3 charging stations to the guidebook and more. There are positive quotes and signs in the cottage and we were so relaxed and recharged. Will definitely book again. 5 stars all around! Thank you.

Christie was an excellent host! Her house was warm and welcoming, with a wonderful outdoor space. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your stay. The location was great, we loved having a private beach just steps away. All the neighbors we met were so friendly and kind. This property was perfect for our family of four. We highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for a calm, peaceful beach vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Erica was always available with any questions or concerns and the location was perfect for walking to the wonderful stores and restaurants, which were pointed out in the welcoming basket. The backyard was extremely spacious and I can imagine how useful it would be in the warm weather, with the barbecue, nice eating and lounging area and many outdoor games. All in all, it is a lovely place to stay.
