Margaret and David are warm and welcoming hosts and made us feel instantly at home. The property is super comfy and is ideally located to easily explore the Coogee area and beyond (bus stops are only a stroll away). There is also a convenient parking spot outside if needed. Everything was clean, tidy and super homey....we could not fault our stay and look forward to returning sooner rather than later....thanks Margaret an David.

Wir haben zu dritt drei Tage in dem Apartment verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war bei unserer Ankunft blitzsauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage – gleichzeitig war man mit dem Bus in nur 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch Restaurants und Cafés waren fußläufig gut erreichbar. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Es gibt keinen klassischen Esstisch, aber auf der Veranda steht ein kleiner Tisch, den wir gut nutzen konnten. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

I had a great experience staying at Steven and Peta’s place. I was personally greeted by Steven upon arrival and felt very welcomed. It was quite easy to come and go from the cabin and I was very comfortable staying there as it was clean, well equipped, and secure. The location is quite close to the airport as well as nearby public transport, and I found it very convenient to travel to central Sydney and surrounding areas. I would love to stay here again if given the opportunity :)

숙소는 조용한 동네 있습니다. 주인 가족은 2층 저는 1층을 사용했으며 독립적인 출입구가 있습니다. 그리고 동네에 Compus coffee가 있습니다. 제가 제일 좋아하는 시드니 커피숍입니다. 멜버른에서 시드니로 왔더니 날씨가 조금 추웠습니다. 호스트 난로를 즉시 제공해주었습니다.

My partner and I stayed at Jane’s place as we were attending a wedding nearby. Jane was a great communicator and the check in was easy. The space it self was clean and comfortable and close by to the beach, coffee shops and cafes. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s house. The space is big and well lit by natural light with gorgeous views over the bay. We greatly enjoyed the swimming pool which was regularly cleaned. John was very responsive and helpful and we felt we had adequate privacy. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. We felt it was fairly priced compared to other listings as the property was spacious and had good amenities.

Great location, 15min walk to beach and Terrigal main St. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Vivienne the host was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Perfect stay for our family of 4, would stay again.

Very much enjoyed an Easter weekend away in Tip's studio. First thing we noticed when entering the studio was a clean scent and the studio was presented so beautifully with thought out interior matching towels and pillows with colours features on wall prints. We were welcomed with a lovely little message and a bag of Easter egg chocolates and enjoyed giving pats to t her cat Tiger. The studio was in a great location, not too far away and would recommend a walk to the RSL club for dinner with countless dinner options available from various restaurants inside and a nice Courtyard bar environment. Hope to be back again some day.

Such a lovely stay! Cosey, but spacious, practical, and everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Comfy bed. Curl Curl Beach and some great cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Quiet little cul-de-sac location. To top it off, warm, friendly, flexible hosts. Highly recommend :)

Frances was 100% the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. She responded to any queries, all minor, within minutes. And the place was lovely - spotlessly clean, little chocolate treats and fruit on arrival, the fridge and pantry was stocked with breakfast goods (she even asked what type of milk we’d prefer before we arrived). And the views out over the Pacific Ocean were stunning. This is the perfect place to spend a relaxing few days - watching the ever changing sea, going for coastal walks, taking in the local markets or whatever floats your boat. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at.

I would recommend all of my friends and family stay here if they came into town. It’s been such a peaceful and tranquil getaway. I’ve already booked again :)

We spent three nights in Kylie’s stylish studio over Easter and just loved it. Simple but stylish (and even some thoughtful Easter eggs!), this property is only a short 10 minute walk down to Avalon Beach where the beach is perfect, all amenities are there, and the restaurants are plentiful. We didn’t use the car at all, just enjoyed the big lounge on the deck for wine and nibbles and wandered down to the beach twice a day. We highly recommend this delightful property for a perfect getaway.

We had an excellent stay. Easy access to public transit for central Sydney, grocery shopping within walking distance, and beautiful walks in Flat Rock Gully. Gary is a great host. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Right from the start (time of booking), Michael was extremely helpful and proactive with information to help make the check in and stay enjoyable. In particular, Michael went above and beyond, assisting with a medical issue during our stay - his communication, calmness and willingness to help is something we will forever be grateful for.

Conveniently located, and very clean. Great communication and very accommodating. Amazing views with brilliant sunrises every morning. Will definitely re-book here on my next visit to Sydney. Thanks Joanne and Zoe!

If Chey’s spot is available, JUMP ON IT! It’s a relaxing & serene private space for a great price. Her home is easy, and a private to get in & out of easily. I also loved her dogs, and even got to meet Chey. She & her dogs are LOVELY! Would definitely stay here again.

Will be coming back

All I can say is what a great opportunity it was to stay at Bruce and Kay's place! I felt so lucky to have found this wonderful place and to have the most attentive hosts! One of the aspects that may not be mentioned in the description is that the studio is very near Butt Park. At night, you can hear the waterfall right outside the window. It brings such peace to staying there. Wonderful hosts. Wonderful spot. I would highly recommend it! My only lament is that I didn't get to stay longer!

We enjoyed staying in Ian’s apartment as it was close to so many amenities- beach/ ferries/ restaurants. The apartment met our needs for a bolthole from which to further explore the area- Hunter Valley+ Blue Mountains. Ian + Kathy are such a lovely couple - they took time out to show us some beauty spots in Manly + were keen to ensure all was well with the apartment. I have no hesitation in saying Ian is a super host.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Sally’s house in Chatswood. The place was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and exactly as described—a perfect little retreat with a lovely garden view. We especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was, with all the appliances and dining wares we needed. It allowed us to enjoy a cozy date night with homemade roast beef and broccoli, which made our stay even more memorable. Sally was a thoughtful and responsive host throughout our visit. A special thank-you to her for kindly helping me find my ring during the post-checkout cleaning—we truly appreciated the care and effort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Sydney!

We felt right at home and would love to stay at his place if we come back for a return visit to Sydney. The location was ideal for accessing downtown Sydney by ferry.
