Amazing location to switch off and relax. The place is pretty basic which is fine but it needs a bit of TLC. Would be great to have the wood at the house and not having to ask for it all the time. Worth visiting for sure for the location and views/walk around the private estate.

Martyn’s place was perfect for us as we were visiting the International Centre. We forgot to get milk and I googled where to go and we were sorted within 5 minutes. We had a fab Chinese delivered and had all options and tastes available to us. The house itself was a home from home and the beds were like clouds to sleep on. We relaxed on the sofas with wine and beer and chilled on the evening we stayed ready for our day the day after. I would definitely recommend and will look to rebook again next year when our conference returns to Telford.

I cannot even describe how comfortable and at home me and my 4 children felt here. Both were very accommodating and kind to my children, we will absolutely will come again. Such a special place, the sea air does you wonders. Thanks again

We absolutely loved staying in the 'fairy cottage' as our children called it. It was a magical place which exceeded expectations. We used the cottage as a base to go walking in the mountains (about 30mins to Snowdon) and there were beautiful walks directly from the house into the local countryside. We will definitely be back! thank you for a wonderful stay

Lovely little cottage, literally a stones throw from the Aquaduct and the cottage comes with the free use of kayaks saving us £100 paying for hired tours!! The canal in less than 30 seconds from the cottage, ideal for long walks with the dogs down the canal… stopping at pubs along the way! David and his staff is the best host ever. They went out of their way to accommodate extra guests even at a very very short notice! Highly recommended place to stay.

We were a family of 8 and had a great time. Charlie communicated well and we had no problem settling in. The house is very charming with lots of character and we had everything we needed. We walked to the pub in 20 minutes but i wouldn't recommend it for kids or elderly or in the dark. We made a nice little easter egg hunt for the kids in the grounds and enjoyed playing on the Dennis court do. We would definitely come back again.

I have given this place 10 stars if they allowed me to – a source of Shangri-La tucked away a mid Welsh mountains, with ducks, chickens and beavers to boot! Perfect hosts, who helped us light our campfire, and even posted our forgotten stuff after we left … can’t wait to come back!

I only stayed the night where from booking, instructions for arrival and check out where all fantastic. It's a lovely home in a brilliant location. I wish time would have allowed me to stay longer. Definitely recommended.

I didn't meet Nick. His house is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Full use of the kitchen is offered which is good.

This place was really great. The rooms were spacious and light, plenty of living room space to spread the family in the evenings. It doesn't mention it but you can walk to the local playground using just footpaths and playing field. The location is nice and quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shop. Driving around the island provides everything you could want on a holiday within 30 minutes. Castles, forests, stately homes, more beaches, the famous train station of Llanfair PG. Loves it. Nice garden space to play games with the children. Kitchen is large to cook meals and big dinning table to get everyone around.

Tudor cottage was the most idylic , peaceful place to stay with stunning views . The cottage had all we needed for a perfect weekend away .

A girls night away in the cabins and we wanted to stay forever longer! When we arrived we were so shocked by how stunning it was, so quiet with only the sound of the river and the most stylish cabins and good sized hot tub. It had everything we could've needed and a very high tech air fryer. Anthony was very responsive and friendly and came out in the evening to fix a lightbulb for us. The hot tub was beautifully clean and a lovely temperature. I have sent links to all my friends and family because you must see this place! Thank you so much, and we will be back! Xx

I loved my stay at Riverside Cabins it was beautiful and peaceful and everything we needed! We are going to make this our annual anniversary because it’s just everything you need for a romantic stay! It was so clean there was absolutely no faults what so ever!

We stayed at Riverside Cabins as a surprise for my husband's birthday. From the time of booking, with help to have balloons in the cabin prior to our arrival, to organising the hot tub to warm up quicker as we were only staying for 1 night, everyone was so friendly, accommodating & extremely helpful! I couldn't recommend this place enough! The location is no more than perfect! It was a freezing cold night (-2 i think) which gave us the beautifully clear skies on which to view the stars from the hot tub. I couldn't think of a better place to have been on such a perfect night! Luckily we live local so will definitely be staying again and I have already recommended Riverside Cabins to my family and friends. The cabin was clean, warm and cosy, well equiped & beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed. Loved it! I would say more but I'm running out of the allocated number of characters! Quick you need to book before you miss out on experiencing such a perfect location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is an excellent place. Anthony has gone to exceptional lengths to make this the kind of place that he himself would have wanted to holiday in. The grounds are vast, the chalets are well spaced out, there is a sense of real peace and tranquility - the sound of running water from the nearby river, birds chirping, nearby woodland, stand up paddle boards and sit on canoes available to borrow free of charge to meander down the river with. The accommodation itself is very well thought out and very good quality. Even in the compact chalet which we were in there was a large walk in shower and plenty of covered space outside in which we could have our meals and relax. Hot tub is well maintained and was already warmed for our arrival. We came here to have a base from which to take part in the Ultimate Triathlon at Ellesmere. We'll certainly come back and stay here again next time.

What a gem to find! This is the best cabin we’ve been to yet! Even though you are just a stone through away from the house the place is so private! They provided so many ways to entertain ourselves, movies, books, scrabble, playing cards, boules and more! Communication was great and we can’t thank Katie and her partner enough! X

Sian was a wonderful host, was great to be placed on the small holding and seeing the newborn lambs. Our part was three 40-year-old guys on a walking holiday together. Sian was really friendly and was great to have a couple of chats. Sian was really helpful and gave great recommendations for local activities. The caravan is great fun, great location for Snowdon, Penmachno is a lovely village and the local national trust with William Morgan’s house was equal parts beautiful and interesting. We loved it.

I would recommend this site to anyone. the host was super accommodating and very nice. the privacy and view were 5 star
