We were coming in for a college visit and couldn't be happier with this place!! Very close to everything, yet peaceful! The lot next to the house is wooded and fun for animal viewing. Huge windows in the kitchen are amazing and fun for animal viewing! Host was very responsive and gave local recommendations - very nice! Everything seemed pretty new as well. The fire was fun and we loved that we got Disney Plus to enjoy Moana. We would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Amazing spot up in the mountains near Roanoke. Perfect for hiking and enjoying nature, place was exactly as described.

The home is absolutely beautiful! Our entire family was extremely comfortable with lots of gathering places and games to keep us entertained. Julie was very communicative and responsive. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great time here over our Spring Break. There is so much to do there you don't need to leave!! We loved the dock and boats, and the younger kids in our group loved the floating play mat. When it was too windy to play outside we stayed busy with ping pong, movies and PacMan. The huge kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Stephanie was super helpful and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay with our two dogs. It was a 5 minute drive to town for restaurants, breweries, trivia, and music, and we found very nice hiking within a half hour or so. The place is very spacious and pleasant, easy for dog walking, and quiet at night. Elizabeth was very nice and always responded quickly, and self checkin using the code was simple.We would definitely stay here again

We were so blessed to stay in William and Erica's log cabin. The cabin was warm, welcoming and homey! Also, the cabin was very clean and stocked with cooking and eating utensils. William and Erica were kind and welcoming. We also enjoyed connecting with them. We would highly recommend this Airb&b for rest and restoration. We found it close to lots of historical sites to enjoy and very close to our venue for the concert. We will gladly choose this destination again when we come back to Virginia. Communication with the host was very responsive and transparent. As I was traveling with two trucks with boats attached and worried about getting in and out. The driveway is very suitable to get in and out and location to the State Park couldn't get much better. The home was very clean with all the accommodations we could have ask for and beyond. They have went out of their way to make the stay comfortable, from back porch screened in seating to snacks and ice available. If traveling with pets' accommodations were made for them as well. I will 100% try to reserve for a stay there again in the future

I booked this for a weekend retreat for my boyfriend's birthday and Rocreek cabin was everything we could have hoped for!! The location was secluded, serine and just LOVELY!!! The small details in the cabin were soooo perfect and just added to the experience. I love that she labeled towels for the furbabies and also had bowls for them. Our favorite part was the waterfall out back!! Having the window open above the bed and being able to listen to that while we slept was soooo relaxing!!! I also got Rhonda to bake a cake for my boyfriend's birthday and it was delicious!! $25 well spent and it was waiting in the fridge when we got there. Loved the area, as there was so much to do and see! Hiking sharp top, which was 15 mins away, was AMAZING. We also enjoyed the D-Day Memorial, which was also within 20 mins. Bedford is sooo quaint and cute!! This property and the area is a must see!!! Thank you both for being such AMAZING hosts.
