We had such an incredible vacation in St Petersburg thanks to Phillip’s home and hospitality! It was a great location and quiet neighbourhood, and the home was big and clean. Phillip went above and beyond by providing so many amenities, we had a stocked fridge and lots of snacks, which was really great to walk into after we arrived late. We had the pleasure of meeting Phillip, and he had great recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. Thank you Phillip, we hope to visit you again!

Dana was extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire stay. When I had questions she responded within 20 minutes. The house was amazing and had a lot of things to do.

We had a wonderful time with the family at Karolina‘s house and would book it again. Especially the pool and playroom was awesome for our kids. To enjoy beautiful sunsets on Honeymoon Island was a highlight for the complete family and we also enjoyed all the stores and restaurants nearby. Communicating with Karolina worked fantastic and in a very quickly. Our family had a great time at this house and we can recommend this house to any family who is looking for an awesome vacation experience!

This house was very convenient to so many attractions, beaches, restaurants. You could be off the plane and into this house in 30 mins. I went to 4 different beautiful beaches. When it was time for dinner I googled what I wanted to eat and multiple places came up close to the house. We were there mainly for a swim meet @ North shore aquatic and it was only 10 mins away. I flew down early so I could enjoy the beaches . I did paddle board and kayak another day. The art museum downtown St.Petes is a great place to visit. When I needed something from the host, they responded within 20 minutes. It was wonderful.

Caroline’s place is so warm and inviting. Such a beautiful space, I wanted to spend all my time there! Highly recommend!

The house was great for our needs. we knew the family staying in the second house on the property, so it was basically an extension of the three bedroom house as we were able to easily meet up on the back patio. the volleyball court is full size.

Thank you so much, we are very excited by your hospitality and the comfort of your home, highly grateful. We should have bought mosquito killers, there are many, but the rest is spectacular, close to the beach, close to markets and restaurants, cozy and the pool is great, 5/5

We loved the house so much we are going to stay again for our next trip. We are both big fisherman & my Dad caught a HUGE bass from the pond. Had to be 5-6 lbs. It was very peaceful and quiet on the deck and we enjoyed bird watching. Beds were comfy and we felt at home. Larry- the host- is very friendly and great at communicating! Can’t wait to go back.

We loved love it. Lovely spot easy to get to other activities. Right on the beach with BEAUTIFUL sunsets and plenty shells if you like collecting. Kathryn was wonderfully attentive. Highly recommended.

Mike and Alex’s Airbnb was clean, up to date, and exactly as described in the listing if not better! A short walk to the beach that’s totally doable with kids. The pool area was so nice and the kids loved the playground being close by. We had a wonderful experience and would totally stay again!

Lovely cute little apartment very close to a lot of places. The beach is super close to it. Very comfy and affordable. looking forward to stay here again one day.

We had a great stay at this very clean, comfortable home. Really nice neighborhood to walk close to the water with beautiful views and by the marinas.. Quiet area. Walked to Orange St. for good food at Molly Goodheads and Ozona Pig. Live music at the brewery was fun. 20 minute drive to Tarpon Springs. Niko's Grill has delicious fresh, authentic Greek food and the National Bakery is excellent for Greek bread and cookies. Dunedin Main St. is about 12 minutes away, nice to walk around. Carvor's Fish House has delicious, fresh seafood! Also had amazing fresh sushi at Seawhip Sushi Bar in Dunedin. Honeymoon Island is a very nice beach with lots of shells. We will definitely be back!

I would need more than 1000 characters to describe this place and how wonderful it is and the owner and her family and the people that you communicate with are fabulous. It looks just like it’s pictures even better in person. The beach is literally a block away and you don’t have to worry about bringing any of your beach gear with you. They have chairs they have umbrellas. They have wheels. They have everything. It’s so amazing that I am already booking my trip for next year and you should look at her other places as well. They’re great.

A Slice of Paradise in the City I had the most relaxing stay at this charming Airbnb studio! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how thoughtfully everything was designed. The highlight for me was definitely the tropical-themed patio — it felt like stepping into a private little oasis. Surrounded by real flowers, string lights, and comfy seating, it was the perfect spot to sip my morning coffee or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine. The studio itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked like a charm, and I appreciated the little touches and combinations in the room that added to the vibe. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips. Whether you're in town for work or a weekend escape, this place strikes the perfect balance between convenience and a touch of the exotic. I’d absolutely stay again!

We had a lovely few days stay-what a secluded little Oasis. The apartment had all the amenities we required. The pool and hot tub was a bonus and was lovely to just sit around and just relax. Dunedin is a very nice place to visit with lots of quality places to eat

We enjoyed our stay in one of the Cabins near Lake Seminole. The evenings at the dock were peaceful. These cabins are located in a trailer park and the community was quiet. The Cabins were actually purchased from Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort as Disney is upgrading with new cabins. The cabin was comfortable and functional. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Very easy check in and out process. Owner was responsive to all questions. Pretty place on the lake.

Jays place was very cozy and comfy. The view off the front porch of #406 was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and enjoy a cocktail in the evening. He was very responsive and everything was available that was listed. I would stay again if I end back up in Seminole.

we loved our stay so much we wish we could live in it full time. We had everything we needed and more. instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would stay again in the future. Area is super quiet and private as well.

I stayed here for about 7 weeks on sabbatical. It was a wonderful, rejuvenating experience. The cabin is cozy and serene. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The lake was a 30 second walk away. Less than a 15 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to the grocery store, tons of restaurants nearby. Any issues were promptly addressed and Jay went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay with easy access to Indian rocks, Beach and Madeira Beach. The place was very comfortable no problems at all.
