We had a great stay! Perfect location in Georgetown, and excellent communication with the hosts!

Absolutely gorgeous home. ALL the amenities! Master bedroom is HUGE. Master shower is superb!! All bedrooms are nice sized and all have their own bathroom. Basement is really nice too. Can’t say enough good about this home. Would definitely rent again!!

Everything is exactly as pictured. We felt spoiled staying here! Quiet neighborhood. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and this provided a relaxing atmosphere . Couches were comfortable for lounging and we slept great in the master bedroom. Very conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go. We would definitely recommend .

The place is exactly as pictured and listed, very cozy for our group of 3 small families. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating with all our requests, and there were lots of conveniences such as extra towels and blankets, coffee beans and grinder, toiletries, baking sheets, kid related supplies, and more. Dining and lounge areas will be a tad short on seating for a max group of 8, but we adapted just fine to that. It was below freezing for much of our stay but the house stayed very comfortable for us. We found the area to be quiet, but we aren't sound sensitive so YMMV. There's a large grocery store and quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. DEFINITELY hit up Cafe Dear Leon if you can, it is a bakery in walking distance and all 8 of us raved about every item.

Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.

Check-in was easy, and the motion-sensored lights were a nice touch when returning to the apartment at night. The pictures matched exactly, and the space was very cozy and comfortable. I had a car and was always able to find a nearby parking spot on the street, no matter what time I returned. The neighborhood was beautiful—there’s a park nearby with bikes and scooters available, a charming coffee shop with small bites, and a great Italian restaurant within walking distance that the host recommended. My stay in D.C. was delightful! Would definitely stay again!

I would give Jose 10 stars if possible. This is probably the nicest and cleanest Airbnb we have ever had in the DC area. Jose is a superb communicator. The water is hot, beds are super comfy, internet fast, apartment quiet and immaculately clean. Couldn't ask for more. Recommend most highly.

Mark’s place was perfect! It was just what our family of four needed for a last-minute getaway. The house is beautiful and unique and we appreciated the basket of goodies. Location’s convenient to Harper’s Ferry, Charles Town, Frederick, Shepherdstown. My husband loved the sauna! Mark was super kind and responsive. We had a wonderful stay!
