My family enjoys staying here because of the quietness of the area (even with hurricane repairs) and that it is on a canal with a boat dock. Very convenient location and they're very helpful if we have any questions. We will be trying to rent this place every year - at least once a year.

We enjoyed our stay at Neya's place. She was accessible by phone and text to answer our questions. The place is very private since it is a small house that is separate from the main house. It is located in a rural setting that is very quiet and peaceful. We used the patio and grill at the rear of the house quite often. There was a nice view of the pond, a woods and the various farm animals that they have. The separation from the main house means that one has to carry his/her belongings a moderate distance from the parking area. The kitchen had utensils needed for cooking and eating. There was also adequate refrigerator space. The living room had a large TV with access to many channels. WiFi service was very adequate. We would consider staying again if we are ever in the area.

Rudy was such a wonderful host! Accommodating and proactive in reaching out to us! It was so nice talking to a person and not a robot :) Definitely would recommend! Beautiful house with great amenities and such a great location!

Nick’s place was wonderful, clean and bright. The screened in porch was a perfect spot to enjoy a good book. Nick was responsive to the one small problem we had.

My family just left this awesome home of Chandra’s. The house was exquisite in decor, design and amenities. We were greeted with a welcome basket of goodies and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time fishing from the dock area and actually caught some fish! There were 2 eagles that we watched every morning! The swimming pool and lanai area was beyond words. We spent most of our time out there. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Our second stay at Mr. Martin’s house was better than our first. Once again we enjoyed the very clean and modern accommodations, its proximity to the Arcadia Rodeo, and the wonderful hospitality. Five stars. We hope to make it an annual tradition.

Tom was friendly and provided easy instructions. The house is as described, it's a fishing community and awesome. The house is clean, on the canal, it doesn't get much better!

I would stay again. It was clean, comfortable and the pool and Lanai area was great. Lots of pool toys. The beds were comfortable except the murphy bed in the office, but it was ok. The only negative was the day they came to mow the lawn, they blew the grass into the pool, but he offered to clean the grass out and did an ok job, but had we been in the pool at the time, we would have had grass and stuff in our hair. He should have had the grass blow the other direction. But it turned out ok. All in all it was a great stay and we all had fun and loved the house. The host was very attentive and responsive.

Jeanne, Robert and Wes treated me like I was a part of their family. I’ve never rented a room before but this was the best experience I’ve had with AirBnB. They invited me for multiple meals in the home. They took me out to dinner one night for my birthday and got me a little gift bag out of the kindness of their souls. The pool and hot tub were top notch. At times I just laid out back and listened to the waterfall meeting the highest level of relaxation. This was the trip I needed for an escape from the stress and busy life of work in my hometown. If I could rate my experience higher than 5 Stars I absolutely would. I plan to come back with my partner later on to enjoy the company and room that the Bolton’s provided. 10/10 room rental experience; if you are second guessing on booking a room don’t do it. Just book it; the family will provide a privacy screen and the privacy you want as needed. Thank you all for the experience it was everything and more!!! -Sean :)

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was adorable, bathroom was clean- loved the rain fall shower head! Breakfast was out the next morning by the time we asked and it was fresh, hot, and delicious! Also, in walking distance Publix. Would recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone staying in the area! Thank you for your hospitality!

Diane's hospitality is an 11 out of 10... don't pass up on breakfast and just sit an enjoy the company, the birds, and the view! We were only in the area for a one-night stay but were able to enjoy two local restaurants and grab a coffee from a local coffee shop before heading to our next destination. Our next visit to Matlacha will be a longer stay!

Amazing extremely clean accommodations! The owners are so Inviting and caring! Breakfast was the best! Seriously worth every $$ spent!

Found this wonderful place at a last minute! So wonderful! What a blessing. Place was well thought out, very accommodating for any sort of needs. Very dog friendly. Hosts (as well as other guests) were very sweet and and really enjoyed getting to chat at breakfast with all. Breakfast was always warm, delicious and wonderful. Wonderful homemade rolls every day. Great way to start your day. Very close to the beach as well.
