Great lake house for adults and children! The kids loved the zipline and kayaks. Sunsets on the kayaks were amazing. Easy drives to Little Rock, Hot Springs and crystal mines.

I can't wait to book another stay here! It was an amazing experience.

Minerva’s place was very spacious with room to spread out. The lot backs up to a wooded area and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Minerva was quick to respond to messages and very thoughtful to leave a massive basket loaded with treats and fruit, and even some staples in the fridge! As we left the rental to go back home, my teenager announced, “This was a good place!”

Uche has a beautiful place that is awesome in every way. The cabin is superb and the view is outstanding!!! Five stars all the way, would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway.

This was one of our favorite stays ever. We loved the house, the neighborhood is beautiful and it was easy to get to. We also loved that all of the cabinets and drawers were labeled to make it easier to find things. Would definitely come back.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Lily Pad Properties. The hosts were very flexible, and the place looked exactly like the pictures. It was comfortable, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. If you’re in Conway, I definitely recommend checking it out!

Priscila's place is great to take a break and relax in the hot tub while listening to birdsong in the peaceful neighborhood. I appreciated the coffee and kitchen setup. This is a great area in Little Rock I keep coming back to see. I'll definitely stay here again if it's available.

Clean home, comfortable bed, very quiet neighborhood, great communication. If you are a sensitive sleeper, curtains were not light-blocking. But so quiet otherwise it is very peaceful.

My husband & I celebrated our 7 year wedding anniversary in this beautiful cottage!! Everything was perfect! The cottage was so clean and cute! We will be back when we can stay longer.

We loved our stay! Everything was so nice! And a beautiful view! I would recommend visiting the Beaumont Gift shop as well!

We honeymooned at this lovely little cabin in Hot Springs and had the best time! The space was private and peaceful. There was another cabin somewhat close to us, but the fencing and separation made us feel like we were alone. We absolutely loved the little waterfall and sounds of nature at night. Just a 10-15 minute drive into town and we were right in the hub of Hot Springs with much to do and explore. We. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the house! My kids LOVED taking turns in the second bedroom with their own massive bed and television. My son adored the friendly dogs that kept coming to the yard. I loved watching the birds from the porch. We rented pedal-boats from the bait shop and had a blast. The house is huge but simple, the neighborhood is humble, and it was everything we needed to decompress for a couple of days. The house was impressively clean. Elena was a delightful host. She has the house filled with sweet little touches, she was understanding when we had to change our plans a bit, and she even let us know about local events.
