A beautiful space with stunning views of the ocean! The building itself is understated, but the condo is great! Beautiful open floor plan with ocean views. While it’s not a penthouse as described, it has many amenities that make it unique and enjoyable such as the hot tub and double balconies. It is clean and quiet. Everything is updated. I think the description is an over-sell, but still a great place and we really enjoyed our stay.

Barry’s place was even more beautiful than pictured, and we got to meet his nice cats and dogs. He had many recommendations about where to eat and things to do. The beach was just across the street, and we were able to see a rocket launch during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

My fiancé and I wanted a weekend getaway and also went to a Mets game (we won!). The place was just as described. Very clean and it felt like we were right at home. The pool looked clean and the hot tub was amazing. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. This is a place we would not only recommend, but come back to in the future! Loved our stay and will definitely be back

This place is perfect! A true piece of paradise in southern Florida! My wife and I were looking to spend a relaxing, anniversary weekend, sitting back, with no agenda, just enjoying some privacy, surrounded by nature. We got exactly what we were looking for here. The property is beautiful! Trees, plants and flowers everywhere. Everything was maintained perfectly. We had a fire pit, tiki hut, hammocks, hot tub, kayaks, and the entire pool to ourselves while we were there. We spent quite a bit of time just sitting out on the boat dock in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the cool breeze and watching the wildlife. There is a TV in the tiki hut that you can watch while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting at the bar having a glass of wine. Inside you have plenty of everything that you need to feel like home while you're there. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you left anything behind. We highly recommend this place and will plan another visit for sure

The home was clean, confortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area.

This was a quiet place in a condo complex that had everything we needed, including a nice pool. It's a reasonable walk to the beach and bars and restaurants.

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!

Liz and Chad have a beautiful guest house with a private back patio and fire pit. We loved going out on the dock behind the owners home and having coffee in the morning while watching the waves, boats and even caught a glimpse of dolphins! Even though the dock is a shared space there is an easy private walkway to it and we felt right at home like it was our own space. We would definitely stay again. It’s a very quiet peaceful location.

Rebecca's place was perfect for what we needed. stayed for the weekend while setup for a show with our food truck. Best part was location with her place being right across from the park the show was held at. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice stay for our family of four. We came to FL for a youth baseball tournament, and this house truly helped us feel like we were on vacation as well. The pool was very nice and large with 7ft deep end. The four bikes available was a nice bonus and made trips to the beach more manageable than walking. All management communication was clear and crisp. Would stay their again for sure.

Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Beautifully decorated with a homey feel. Amenities for every age. Nice and easy walk to a quiet beach. Towels, chairs, coolers and toys for the beach were provided. 2 kayaks and all the safety equipment are there to use as well. The backyard area is awesome as well! There was nothing that this home didn’t have to offer. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

We absolutey enjoyed our stay in may 2023. The house is a gem, so colorful and perfect to stay with children. You have everything you need and the kitchen is very well equiped. The communication with Trish was great and we'd come back anytime.

This was our 3rd great stay at Jim's place. The space is cute and clean and we loved being right on the beach! Great restaurant right down stairs. Will definitely stay with Jim again!

Carmen's place was better than what the pictures showed. Very clean, very comfortable bed and furniture. Great directions, easy to check in, and our host responded very quickly to any questions we had. The beach was a very short walk and wasn't crowded any of the times we went. We used the different amenities; played tennis, basketball, ping-pong, and golf. The main pool was opened at the end of our stay and is very nice with live music during the happy hour at the poolside tiki bar. Great place for our family to enjoy with something for everyone in the resort. A great host and we would stay here again!

This was the perfect staycation for our family from out of town that joined us. The house smelled slightly of cigarettes when we came in the front door. Even with the most sensitive noses, we hardly noticed it after a few minutes. The kitchen is fabulous and fully stocked! Tons of towels too. It’s a nice, open floor plan. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone and we were all comfortable. The garage is turned into a game room and has all the fun stuff. Now let’s get to the backyard. WOW! The landscaping is breathtaking and we sat outside for hours and just stared at the water. We even saw a baby alligator near our dock! The house is equipped with a dock and lift. However, I wish that part would have been more informative. While the channel is extremely deep, even in high tide, we could not get the boat onto the lift. It’s extremely shallow. If you’re planning on bringing a boat, I would go over the specifics. We couldn’t fit it and we only draw 1 ft. Besides that, zero complaints!

Susan is such a friendly host. The place is just as described, and the location is great. Safe neighborhood, only a nine minute bike ride to the historic downtown area. The instructions to get inside were clear and easy. Even though the pool is a shared space, we rarely saw Susan, as she gave us our privacy. I liked how the bathroom had a side door to the private patio area with the propane fire pit. The bedroom is huge and the bed is super comfortable. There is also a shower which was convenient to use after returning from the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention the chocolate croissants that were left for us upon our arrival. Delicious, and such a nice touch.

First off, the place was spotless upon arrival, and equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, from games, fully stocked kitchen, access to anything needed for the beach or relaxation. Hosts were super responsive and proactive in provided instructions and being helpful throughout the visit. The home was very spacious and able to accommodate us well without feeling cluttered in the home. Great pool and serene relaxation on the patio. Don’t walk, run to this booking if you’re even considering it. Looking forward to come back next year when my son has spring training for baseball.

Was definitely one of our favorite airbnbs so far! Mike and Diane are great hosts! Their airbnb was stocked with essentials above n beyond! Diane is very quick to respond if you need anything. The airbnb was very clean and cutely decorated! Also the location was perfect! We walked to the beach every day we were there! 😊
