A large wall mounted TV and Sirius XM in the cottage. Also a back deck for morning coffee and relaxation! Located in the heart of Blue Hill village. Walking distance to Art gallery’s, coffee shops,Blue Hill Library, Blue Hill book store, fine dining and the town park! Also, Kneisel Hall is just a short ride where you can hear beautiful Chamber music! Take a day hike or a quick hike through Parker point trail to the local grocery store, go kayaking on Blue Hill bay or take a drive to Acadia National Park for the day. This is the perfect spot to experience Down East Maine, the way life should be! Nearby towns include Stonington, Deer Isle,Ellsworth,Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park,Castine, Camden, Brooklin Belfast, as well as many other quintessential coastal towns! If you like straight lines & central air, we recommend a hotel. A private entrance with your own entry hall bedroom w/ table, closet, & small hall leading to the bathroom w/ shower. Small fridge with freezer, hot water kettle, coffee/tea, 2 electric burners, toaster & microwave. Firepit in large yard. Close walk to river.

Organic Farm Artistic Eco-Loft

We truly want Everyone to feel welcome here! Bar Harbor is a scenic 45 minute drive away. There is great hiking/xc skiing in our huge back yard (Sunrise trail/Maine reserve land) Rustic farm apartment with full kitchen. Farm veg can be bought in season, sometimes eggs& our own wine, jam, hot sauce, maple syrup. Just ask! Can accommodate 6 folks, one in a cupola! Hot shower & heat. There is a sawdust compost toilet-Easy to use & no smell! We recognize we are on unceded Wabanaki land. 🙏🏼

Rustic lodge nestled in the woods, on 60+ acres. Close to Bangor, coastline, and 50 miles to Bar Harbor. Large eat in dining area with plenty of room for family and friends. Outdoor fields for games, grilling, access to Maine wildlife, with plenty of parking. Private master bedroom w/bath. Large community areas to enjoy time with friends and family. At night spend time by the campfire and take in the stunning night sky. Party and events are not allowed at this time due to COVID-19 policies.

Finding Joy

This lovely apartment is above our garage. You can come and go as you please. We have created a place for peace and solitude. Sit on the deck or look out the dining room window and see the woods and wait for the birds and wildlife that may be wonder through the yard. There is coffee and tea available, along with basic breakfast supplies, if you wish. Keyless entry allows for you to come anytime after check-in. Please note, you have to be comfortable with stairs to access the apartment.

The cabin is tucked into the woods providing opportunities for all day wildlife and bird watching. It feels secluded but is minutes away from Belfast, Lincolnville and Camden. We are a little over an hour to Acadia National Park and two hours from Baxter State Park (Mount Katahdin highest mountain in Maine). The cabin is extremely cozy and has well supplied kitchen. There are several outside seating areas with fire pits and a screen porch for a”morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Our 1847 farmhouse is centrally located on Mt.Desert Island. A private entrance leads to an upstairs, sunlit, suite with a queen bedroom, living room with futon, private bath, and kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker. The house and stable, which once served the livery needs of Mt. Desert, are located on one of the major island roads. Acadia NP, Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor and the 'Quiet Side' of MDI are all close by, but be prepared for summer traffic.

The Cottage at the McCobb House

Freshly renovated inside and out, the cottage is your private Maine camp. Located on an acre and a half of wooded grounds, and surrounded by forest, the cottage feels secluded, but it’s only a mile to the restaurants, shops, and waterfront attractions of bustling Boothbay Harbor. With hiking trails in the Pine Tree Preserve that adjoins the property and the Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve a five minute walk up the road, you can also explore nature and enjoy the solitude of the woods.
