Our in town location gives our guests a three minute walk to the harbor and downtown Bar Harbor. One dedicated parking space, fridge, TV, WIFI. Located on the third floor.

Guest room in a private home

My home is located in a small town on a dirt road and very private. The rt 1 coast/ocean is about 25 minutes away and offers lighthouses, lobster and Maine hospitality. This guest room has a full size bed that is stacked with pillows and an antique quilt, dresser and closet space. The bathroom boasts of a shower as well as a claw foot bathtub should you wish to lay back and relax. There is a television, and an air conditioner in the warmer months as well as a ceiling fan as an alternative.

The Acadia NP Visitor Center, the start of the Park Loop Rd and downtown Bar Harbor are within 2 to 5 miles. Drive into Acadia or to the shops, restaurants & excursions of Bar Harbor or from late June to mid Oct, catch the free Island Explorer shuttle from the end of our road.

Our place is very accommodating for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and for bird watchers.

Rustic Cabin on Maine Farm

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful farm. The cabin has a great connection to nature. It is quiet, cozy and a romantic place to watch the sunset. The cabin has a queen bed in the downstair bedroom and a double bed in the loft. The couch also folds-out to double bed for the children in the sitting room. The cabin does not have any heat, but we provide loads of comfy blankets and warm tea to make sure you are comfortable.
