Wow! Rana was such a lovely host. This apartment blew me away. Everything about it was perfect. It was so big, everything was incredibly clean, there were TVs in each room. Kitchen was big enough to cook in. I could have stayed here a month! Felt like a nice home. Area is so good. Most peaceful neighborhood in Egypt. So quiet and peaceful and nice area to walk around, exercise and shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Rana met us for check in and she was so helpful and responsive. A perfect place!

I had a wonderful stay at this Apartment for a month. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to call home during my stay. The host was very friendly and always available to assist with any questions or needs. The apartment is in an excellent location, on one side in a quiet street and on the other side across from a supermarket and within walking distance of the main street. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for cooking. Konstantinos was available for any question and request.

We had a fabulous time at Uno Apartment on the beach in Tilos. Right on the beach. Just a few steps from our patio to our very own beach loungers. It was perfect. Beautiful bay for swimming and a choice of restaurants literally next door. The apartment is bigger than the photos suggested. Ample room for the two of us to spread out and with the patio table and chairs for eating along with loungers and easy chairs outside we were spoilt for choice. Angelos father Pantilos was in hand to greet us and service the apartment during our stay and generally chat! Washing machine facilities too which was really useful as we are in a 3 week trip. Kitchen was simple but adequate for breakfast prep and light meals. Will definitely be booking again! Thank you x

I stayed in this property for a week and I was very satisfied. It’s right next to Rehab Souq, so it was easy to grab a bite at Ibn Sham Restaurant or Al Haty Restaurant it grab groceries or toiletries etc. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host and his son were communicative and helpful.

El departamento fue muy cómodo. Pudimos cocinar y descansar muy bien en la noche que estuvimos. Hacía frío en el desierto pero la habitación contaba con buena calefacción y muchas frazadas. Se puede llegar caminando muy fácil a comercios y restaurantes. Said fue sumamente amable, nos vino a recoger al otro hotel donde estábamos y también nos llevó luego del check-out a tomar un tour a unos kilómetros del alojamiento. Muy recomendable.

Das Haus von Ilias liegt wunderbar ruhig, abseits der Touristen-Hotspots, aber dennoch nah genug an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für unsere kleinen Kinder gab es extra Spielsachen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Und der Außenbereich war einfach herrlich zum Entspannen. Ilias hat uns mit Gemüse und Wein versorgt. Einzige Minuspunkt, die vielen Moskitos, die es trotz umfangreichem Schutz an Fenstern und Türen irgendwie ins Haus geschafft haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir nochmal nach Kos kommen sollten.

Mohamed is a great host. he take hospitality to the next level by have amazing helpful supervisor and cleaning and housekeeping team they left the place full of equipment and accessories including fresh fruits and basic grocery . he did his best to make our stay as good as we expect. she even offered a free late checkout for us. and stay by himself and his team to very late hours just to give us more time. this is the entreprene mentality we all looking for. thanks Mohamed and see you again for sure.

Die Küche war nicht ganz optimal ausgestattet für das regelmässige Kochen, doch Steven hat uns gleich alle gewünschten Kochutensilien besorgt. Wir verbrachten erlebnisreiche wie euch erholsame Ferien auf Gozo

Esperienza meravigliosa. Prima ancora di iniziare il soggiorno Claudio si è dimostrato attento e pronto nelle risposte. L'accoglienza di Valerio è stata impeccabile, sempre disponibile, ricco di indicazioni e suggerimenti, il suo sorriso e gentilezza ci hanno fatte sentire a casa. Appena entri nella proprietà ti senti in vacanza: l'atmosfera è di relax totale e ogni particolare è curato con grande attenzione. C'è il giardino con alberi di limoni e piante grasse, la piscina con lettini e ombrellone, il bbq, la veranda, un patio sul retro con vista sui mandorleti e il grandissimo terrazzo arredato sul tetto con vista a 360° sulla campagna e fino al mare. La casa è accogliente, pulita e non manca di nulla. La cucina è rifornita con tante pentole e stoviglie. Molto apprezzata la presenza di acqua, caffè, zucchero, sale, condimenti, scottex e carta igienica. Si dorme benissimo grazie ai letti molto comodi, l'aria condizionata e il silenzio che circonda la proprietà. Torneremo sicuramente!

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

Mr. Abdo is a great host. Villa is too clean and combination of a ancient house with all new high quality renovation. very peaceful and calm place.

Un petit paradis ! La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description, et même mieux que cela. C’est une maison ancienne, traditionnelle, mais en même temps très confortable : la salle de bain est grande, la cuisine bien équipée, le coin salon très confortable, et l’étage (où se trouve les deux lits) est extrêmement agréable, avec ses quatre fenêtres ouvertes aux quatre directions. La maison est au milieu de la campagne, la terrasse ombragée l’essentiel de la journée donne sur des vignes qui appartiennent à la même famille. Il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule (voiture ou scooter) mais tout est facile ensuite car l’île n’est pas très grande : on est à la plage en 3min, au port en 15min. La localisation est très pratique pour explorer l’île car certaines des plus belles plages se trouvent plutôt au Nord de l’île. La famille qui possède la maison (deux frères et leur père) est enfin d’une très grande gentillesse. Souvent le matin ils nous déposaient des fruits frais de leur verger !

Die Wohnung besticht mit Meerblick und der ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Zum nächten Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, mit dem Mietwagen erreicht man schnell weitere Strände, Restaurants und schöne Ausflugsziele. Das Bett war super bequem, die Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Praktisch fanden wir die Waschmaschine. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sehr gut und professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We LOVED our stay on Naxos -- the cherry on top was our stay with Giannis. The view from this apartment is truly stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! It is very walkable, while still feeling private and quiet. Giannis was a great host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Giannis!

L’alloggio é stupendo, molto curato e ben rifinito: ordine, pulizia, facilità di accesso e flessibilità per gli orari di check-in/check-out. L’appartamento ha una vista stupenda, situato all’ottavo piano di un edificio di fronte al mare tra il porto turistico e playa de malapesquera. Difficilmente dimenticheremo il nostro soggiorno, reso indimenticabile anche dalla qualità dell’alloggio. Grazie di cuore per averci dato la possibilità di soggiornare qui. The accommodation is wonderful, very well-kept and well-finished: order, cleanliness, easy access and flexibility for check-in/check-out times. The apartment has a wonderful view, located on the eighth floor of a building facing the sea between the marina and playa de malapesquera. Excellent - the hosts, accommodation and location, all excellent. Sia, communicated at time of booking and before we set off and provided instructions along with a map to easily locate the apartment. She met us on arrival and talked us through the accommodation and provided a local map with suggestions on. Sia also provided a lovely welcome pack that included something for breakfast. Sia and her husband were available to assist if required. The accommodation was very clean and as per the details and photo's. It's location is in a quiet area and with a good view of the bay\sea towards Chania in the distance and the mountains. Golden Beach, Yannis Beach and good restaurants are within a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Regular buses to & from Chania, which takes about 15-20 minutes. Well worth a stay at this location.

Die Wohnung von Robert lag in einer guten Gegend, guter Ausgangsort für diverse Restaurants, Bars etc. Robert war sehr bemüht um unser Wohlergehen, hat uns diverse Ausflugstipps mitgegeben. Der Parkplatz zur Wohnung war goldwert, da die Parkplätze in Malta rar und keine Tiefgaragen vorhanden sind. Die Wohnung selbst ist nicht mehr im neusten Zustand, hier und da gab es Mängel, aber im Grossen und Ganzen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter.
