I think Indy’s place will be the benchmark that other future properties are compared to. The place was squeaky clean, quiet and very nicely appointed. There wasn’t one detail that was overlooked. Indy thought of everything. I highly recommend Indy’s if you are staying in Boston.

This was a perfect setting for me in cold February. Close to where I wanted to be and close to the beach where I grew up. The apartment is a streamlined resting place in a busy visitor's schedule: all needs met in advance. I'm so grateful to Emily for being flexible when I needed to change my schedule. This place is so great I'm reluctant to share it with others.

Jonathan's place was outstanding. It had everything we needed for a week in the Boston area with our two kids. We felt right at home. It was walkable to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. There was ample street parking for our rental car. Jonathan was very communicative prior to and throughout the stay. He and his wife were super nice and gave great recommendations. And there was a bonus neighborhood cat who came by every day for a visit! 5 stars, we would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great rental that I’d highly recommend! It was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in, and was also well-stocked. I was thrilled to discover a high chair and a sound machine, as well as plenty of linens and pillows. The house was supplied with enough toilet paper and paper towels for our stay, as well as laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, a clean sponge, and more. We got in late at night and really appreciated finding some bottles of water and chips waiting for us. The host, Mandy, was very quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating.

Regina was very responsive and patient with my many questions and comments re: parking, check in, air freshener/odor from the previous tenants, and more. My son and I stayed 4 nights and played at the park across the street almost every day. The (LEED certified) building was clean and quiet. Entry instructions were easy to follow. Saturday night street noise in late April was minimal. Nighttime street light was fine. The shower water pressure was "eco-friendly," but plenty hot. We found free parking 1 block away for all 4 nights. The neighborhood felt safe. We walked to the Kendall Sq. T station, Science Museum, riverwalk and several restaurants. Note: If you need a Charlie ticket/card, only one of the Kendall Sq. station entrances has ticket vending—don't give up! There is an amazing ice cream place a couple blocks away, (Toscanini's). We sampled nearby bakeries (Tatte, Boulangerie, Bakey), and highly recommend Bakey for any of the babkas or "broissants." We'd love to return.

El apartamento es cómodo y tiene lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. Ya es la segunda vez que vamos y no estamos arrepentidos.

My groups stayed at Trang’s home for 2 night and our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very clean and spacious. Check-in instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Would definitely stay again in the future if we ever find ourselves in the area.

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Tiene: paradas del camion cercanas, tiendas de servicios a unas cuadras, y si te gustan las actividades al aire libre; un parque grande y una deportiva muy cerca. Solo algo retirado del centro de la ciudad, aproximadamente 45 min en transporte público.

Great place to stay: close to busy Washington Street with all kinds of shops, but the house on Poplar Street is quiet. Egla and Sokol are very relaxed and responded quickly to the questions I had. They and their house contributed to our lovely stay in Boston! Thank you for that, Egla and Sokol!

A great base while my child attended a sailing course at Duxbury Bay Maritime School. This is a lovely area. Bogs, salt marshes, beaches. The house was very clean and beds super comfortable. Sunset over the pond is beautiful ! Advertised as max 8 people though there is only bed space for 4. Having said that, there is plenty of space in the house for more people with air mattresses. Only other comment is that there is not much in the kitchen. Nespresso machine but no pods. No other coffee maker that I saw. Salt and pepper in the cupboard but nothing else. No pasta strainer. Small things that didn't overall impact our experience but worth mentioning.

Great location near Ferry to go to and from Boston without being stuck in traffic. Quiet, secluded. Lots of rooms to sleep. A toddler/baby crib perfect for our family. Lots of TVs to use. Easy access to local family-friendly restaurants. Nearby to World's End and a short drive to Plymouth, MA. Overall would recommend.

Grace has a beautiful house! Everything was super convenient, handy and easy for us as first time Boston visitors. We had a great time at Grace’s home, definitely will come back again. For both the city and Grace’s hospitality:)

Stayed here for 10 days my family and wife sister and kids, we had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the place though it was so nice. After being out all day long we enjoyed coming back to the house to relax at the end of the day.

My husband and I stayed at Kaitlin’s place for 4 days. She was a friendly and welcoming host who was always responsive and checked in with us. It was easy to find and check in to the Airbnb. The Airbnb is located conveniently near the airport (we were able to walk to the terminal) and the Blue Line of the subway. The description matches the place very well, it was a cozy space and perfect for a couple. Although the bathroom is small and there is no full kitchen, a minifridge, microwave and coffee machine were available and all we needed for our stay. There was a drying rack available to hang our towels. We had a great time!

Reda's place was very nice and had everything we needed. Would stay again!!

We stayed at Marian & Avanish's place for a spring trip in Boston and it was a wonderful experience! We were 4 people and the unit felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean, well-stocked and made you feel right at home! We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to future guests!

Anyone that books this location will feel at home and comfortable during their stay. The pictures of the location are exactly as you see it. During my stay, I did pick up a few groceries @ a market and was able to cook food with the amenities that were available. There is also a convenient store within a minutes walk from the property. The location was safe and quiet during my stay. I recommend this location to future guests.

I booked this Airbnb as I was attending a wedding at Piers Park in East Boston! It was so close and it was only a 6 minute walk away! Upon arriving Jay, the property manager met us at the Airbnb to go over how to run and find everything in the Airbnb, which I found to be super helpful! Not only was it helpful, but it was so nice to meet Jay. He was so sweet and he gave so many great recommendations! This Airbnb had it all! I truly could not have asked for a better place to stay ☺️

We loved Shiela’s place! It was the perfect spot that was centrally located and the rooms / bathrooms / living area were a great place to hang out and sleep!

The apartment is in a great location, very clean, spacious and parking was big enough for our Ford Explorer. Its 5 mins away from the metro station and isnt far from city center. A great deal and the host was always responsive and with good vibes. If back in town Ill definitely will try to stay here again. Thanks Lorena!

On a quiet residential street, but close to many dining places and Whole Foods grocery store. A short distance from Jamaica Pond and Emerald Neckless parks. Nice great room with a fireplace and a big dining table. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay.
