We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

I had a really wonderful stay at Dionisia. A perfect setting for me really as the location was ideal. Communication was brilliant from the host and I would definitely consider returning as I felt right at home here. A really natural feel to the place. Loved it!

Katerina has been an excellent host, always available. The accommodation is conveniently placed near the most beautiful beach in Kefalos, well furnished and equipped. I do recommend

What a fantastic place this is and couldn't fault anything about it. 5 mins walk to the beach/bars/shops/restaurants and has a great swimming pool with enough sunbeds for everyone and the sun shines on the balcony most of the day until it goes down in the evening. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to stay and I'd say you'd struggle to find anything better in Kardamena.

Es ist ein perfektes Haus in perfekter Lage. Sehr sauber gepflegt und alles in einem Superzustand. Am ersten Abend wurden wir mit einem kompletten Abendessen inklusive Kuchen und Getränken im Kühlschrank überrascht. So ein tolles Airbnb hatten wir noch nicht. Alloggio situato in buona posizione, centrale e ottimo per visitare l’isola. Ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi, meglio però avere un mezzo se si vuole girare: il parcheggio in questo caso è proprio sotto l’appartamento. Pulizia perfetta, letto comodo e un bel terrazzo, forse solo la doccia un po’ piccola ma non è stato un problema. Jiannis è un host molto ospitale con grande attenzione affinché gli ospiti passino una bella vacanza. Cambio asciugamani ogni 2/3 giorni e volendo anche cambio lenzuola. Frigorifero rifornito, una coccola! Inoltre sono presenti nella casa prodotti di pulizia, prodotti per la cura della persona, olio sale ecc. Siamo stati bene! Grazie Jiannis!

Mark's place is fantastic. He is very responsive and always happy to help. He even welcomed me personally which was very much appreciated. The place is a bit further away from the city in a calm region. I hope to visit it again.

It was an amazing stay in Viktors House Tatiana. i definetly recommend this to everyone 😃 enjoy the peaceful mornings or the beautiful sunset - with a view of the Sea, the big Olive garden and Kos 🌞 It is a wonderful place where you find the peace but still close to Kos town and all the facilities.

Lieu magique. Nous avons adoré: Faire la sieste au son du piano; la présence des gentils chats dès le matin; la cuisine extérieur; la plage remplies de cailloux spectaculaires juste à côté; le ciel étoilé; la jolie décoration; la bienveillance de Renata…

Beautiful house in amazing location, about 50 meters from beach which you can easily access through backyard. It was easy to keep the house at comfortable temperature, AC in every room worked great and blinds in both bedrooms are great addition to keep the sun out during the day and keep the room pitch black during nights. Many restaurants and local stores nearby so you have access to most things you'd need just by quick walk. If you want to explore whole island you can rent a car and park right beside the house. Only minor negatives for us was hard mattress and noise from the cars/bikes passing by during night which can get fairly loud even with all windows closed. But this is to be expected considering the location. All in all it is great place to stay and I'd recommend it to everyone wanting to visit Kos island.

the apartment is wonderful. located in the village of kefalos and near to many wonderful beaches, surely the most beautiful beaches of the the island are here. the house is clean, complete of everything you need (and more), i'd say that the house is more beautiful than the pictures. we had lovely breakfast and dinner in the terrace, with its incredible view. we definitely recommend, and surely we will back again!!! ps the hosts gave us many suggestions (and we followed them at all!), helping us also when we needed a doctor for our daughter

Nuran Hanım’ın evinde geçirdiğimiz 6 gün gerçekten çok güzeldi. Ailem ve ben çok rahat ettik. Denize 2 dakikada ulaşmak, bize özel pavilyonlarda ek ücret ödemeden denizin ve güneşin tadını çıkarmak büyük konfordu. Ortamda sessiz sakin tam olarak aile konaklaması için idealdi. Ayrıca Nuran Hanım’ın sıcak misafirperverliği bizi çok mutlu etti. Sanırım Datça’da bir dost kazandık. 😇 Herkese tavsiye edeceğim 🌸💓🌸

Meyve ağaçları içerisinde size özel bir daire. Üstelik büyük otellerdeki denize yürüme mesafesindeydi. Oldukça konforlu bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Teras harika sessiz ve size özel.Bir kaç sene içerisinde daha da iyi olacaktır. En önemli not Ekin Hanım’dan müsade aldıktan sonra yanınıza mutlaka bir meyve sıkacağı alın,burada taze meyve suları ile kahvaltı ve kokteyller harika olacaktır. Bölgedeki restoranlar lezzet olarak yeterli değil, (Ovabükü,Hayıtbükü,Palamütbükü dahil) deniz eh taşlık ama çok sakindi. Datça merkezde mutlaka bir yerde oturup,ayaklarınız suda bir şeyler için.(Ancak fiyatlar abartılı (Nisan24 Kalamar700-20’lik1.000) Yakındaki Palamutbükün’de kiosk ve şok market bulunuyor, yine de merkezden alışverişimizi Ekin Hanım’ın uyarısı ile yapmıştık.Evin hemen yanında bir markette mevcut. Güzel bir tatil geçirdik kendisine teşekkür ederiz.

Ev tam da anlatıldığı gibi hatta daha iyi açıkçası bu kadar özenli ve temiz beklemiyordum. Mis gibi çarşaf ve havlular herşey düzenli ve her ihtiyacımız vardı ev sahibi çok ilgili her sorumuza anında cevap verdi ve yardımcı oldu. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğimiz bir ev çok teşekkür ederiz. Deniz’e yürüme mesafesinde yürüyüş yolu ve çevrenin sakinliği de muazzam tavsiye ediyorum

Zweifellos die beste Unterkunft, in der wir bisher waren. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war sehr sauber. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Fliegennetze, Duschgel, Shampoo, Parkplatz und vor allem regelmäßige Geschenke des Gastgebers in Form von Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten sind nur ein kleiner Auszug der Vorzüge dieser Unterkunft. Wir durften sogar viel später auschecken, als es angekündigt war. Super nette Gastgeber, mit denen man sich nett unterhalten konnte, wenn man sich über den Weg lief. Danke für den Strand-Tipp Lagada Beach, unser Lieblingsstrand! Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, schöne Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war jeden Morgen aufs Neue ein Highlight. Sollten wir Kos wieder besuchen, werden wir keine andere Unterkunft als diese in Betracht ziehen.

Anna is echt een uitstekende host, reageert heel snel en is erg behulpzaam. Ik heb Anna helaas niet persoonlijk kunnen ontmoeten, maar alles was perfect in haar woning zoals op de foto’s. Anna had zelfs de moeite genomen om de airco alvast voor ons aan te zetten en wat boodschappen voor ons achter te laten zoals brood, cornflakes, melk, sap etcetc. Alle huishoudelijke spullen waren in het appartement te vinden. Er waren zelf spelletjes aanwezig. Het appartement was super netjes en schoon precies zoals de foto’s. Gewoon perfect. Jammer dat ik er maar 1 nacht verbleef.

Na het lezen van de fantastische reviews hadden we hoge verwachtingen en het was zelfs nog beter! We beleefden een fantastisch tijd van aankomst tot vertrek. Vasilis en Manolis ontvingen ons persoonlijk, hartelijk met een rondleiding door het mooie verblijf, een koelkast met lekkers verzorgd door Nia. Er lag zelfs een welkomsgeschenk, zo attent! Het verblijf netjes, knus en alles was voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. We sliepen er heerlijk! Stil, airco en de matras was top! Het gezellig terras was perfect om maaltijden te nuttigen. Met sfeerverlichting s’avonds. Maar wat deze plek echt heel bijzonder maakte was de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de familie. Voor de verjaardag van mijn man hadden ze zelfs een verrassing. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar maar gaven ons ook ruimte. De perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, griekse gastvrijheid een warm thuis gevoel, goede ligging tussen de locals. Vasilis, Manolis en Nia zitten in ons hart. Tot snel en oprecht bedankt voor alles 🙏🏻 🫶.

Wow! What a welcome. We requested an early check in which was agreed immediately and we arrived to find Akis waiting for us. The fridge had been filled with water, juice, bread, cheese & meats and there was coffee and tea and much more provided. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. Both spacious double bedrooms had quiet, efficient air conditioning units and a furnished balcony. The apartment is situated just behind the rather pricey Ikos resort. Kastri Island could be viewed from the balcony and the beach is a short 600m stroll away and next to some beautiful old church ruins, great for photos. There’s an abundance of great restaurants and bars within easy reach but the apartment is really peaceful. We were also allowed to use the pool in the apartments opposite which was a real bonus! We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay there again without hesitation.

l'alloggio di Filoxenia è stato davvero piacevole. Dimitris che ci ha accolto e spiegato tutto della casa, ci ha anche dato diverse informazioni su spiagge, luoghi e ristoranti oltre ad essere sempre disponibile via wa per ogni tipo di informazione e sempre reattivo. La casa è ideale per 2 persone, l'accesso è facile e a disposizione c'è un ampio spazio dove poter parcheggiare auto, scooter o bici. Non abbiamo mai usato la cucina ma era ben ordinata, pulita e ampia. Bagno forse un pò piccolo, manca qualche mensola dove poggiare le cose, ma comunque comodo. Camera da letto con accesso anche al balcone come in soggiorno, ha un comodo letto. Balcone ampio dove poter distendere ed anche rilassarsi un momento bevendo vino, che ci è stato regalo come benvenuto, immersi nella natura, non vedi e senti traffico. Le uniche cose che senti sono le cicale, gli uccelli e le galline del giardino <3. Puoi arrivare nel centro di Kos in 8 minuti in macchina. Davvero super consigliato.

Πολύ καλή επιλογή για διαμονή στο Μανδράκι! Τα πάντα είναι προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια και έχει γύρω πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό! Ήσυχο περιβάλλον και γειτονιά! Αυτό που ξεχωρίζει σίγουρα είναι η τέλεια βεράντα του με θέα την Παναγία την Σπηλιανή!

Uns hat es in dem AirBnB sehr gefallen! Es sah auf den Bildern etwas größer aus als es tatsächlich war, ist aber kein Problem gewesen. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und ohne Auto ist es schwierig, irgendwo hinzukommen. Zufuß hätte man in die Kos Innenstadt 30-40 Minuten gebraucht, zum Strand 20.

The property is amazing place. Peaceful, relax, you can watch sunrise and you can hear cockerel sound in the morning:) Also sunset is amazing view! You can find everything in the flat. We were 5 people as family holiday. We loved loved. You will need a car to drive in Kos town. I would %100 recommend. The best!!!
