Beautiful decor, full of character & a brilliant location to local restaurants. Stayed for the bank holiday weekend, which 7 of us fitted comfortably with everything you needed incl WiFi, coffee machine etc. Brilliant communication throughout & very generous gift hamper on arrival. This was an excellent base for the Southmead/Filton area. And it was very well served by busses to other parts of Bristol. The flat was easy to access and Maria-Florina was generous in supplying tea, milk, biscuits etc. Highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Bristol. The space is elegant, modern, and immaculately kept, with a spacious open-plan living area and two generously sized double bedrooms—one with a stylish en-suite. The underground parking was great, and lift access throughout the building made getting around very convenient. The best bit was probably the exceptional location. Being right in the city centre, everything Bristol has to offer—vibrant restaurants, shops, harbourside walks, and cultural landmarks—is just a short stroll away. This apartment offers a perfect base with both comfort and connectivity. I'd would highly recommended it and I would look to stay here again.

The studio is clean and tidy and has everything you need! The check- instructions are clear and really like the 11am check-out time as it isn’t too early! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone else.

Excellent stay! The place was quiet, clean, safe, and perfect for my family. The owner was very responsive and communicated quickly. My children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. All the amenities were in good working order, which made our stay even more comfortable. Nice stay in Bedminster, Bristol. Very quiet and relaxed area. About 20min on the bus to central. All the facilities were good, comfy and easy to use. Felt like home. Communication was always fast and very friendly. Highly recommend for a stay in Bristol.

Great stay, in a modern and clean apartment close to city centre and its attractions.

This was a return visit after 5 years. The place had lost none of its charm. A cosy, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean home from home for a few days. There was a welcome pack of breakfast and tea things and lots of information on places to go and to eat. Even the dog was welcomed with some snacks of her own. There is no wifi- but for me this was a plus! If you are looking for a complete retreat, somewhere cosy to curl up with a good book- this place is perfect. I am planning this to be my annual bolt hole for a great post winter reset. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

The way the pictures look, are exactly what you get when you turn up. Such lovely features to the room as well! The added touches of the Jenga and UNO was so nice to do whilst in the room and books to read are a lovely feature! Very cosy and homely too! Being so close to the town centre was definitely a bonus!! Everything is walking distance…Would recommend this to anyone looking for a weekday/end get a way for a home away from home.

Really nice flat, conveniently located for our visit to family in Bristol. We needed to message Ollie to clarify a couple of things which he resolved for us quickly.

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful house nestled in a lovely corner of Bristol. The city is an easy walk away, but the flat is nice and quiet. The flat is a lovely rustic little place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Norman was very responsive to all my questions, and very helpful with working out things like parking. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Another lovely stay at Cath’s. I stay for work and it is close to the station to get to the city centre, feels homely and the bed is really comfy!

Would definitely recommend for a stay in Newport. Amazing space and great sound system and Blu-ray Discs for a cosy evening in! Up a steep hill but short walk into the city centre.

Jay was a lovely host, very responsive. The place was absolutely beautiful too, looks like the pictures and so close to the city centre. Definitely going to stay again :)

Great stay in a beautiful apartment, a real home from home. The place is spotless, secure and totally hassle free. Next time I’m working in the area I will definitely look to book the same place again. Highly recommended and a great find.

Great location with an easy walk into the city, the free parking is a great addition and really appreciated! All three apartments were well equipped and suited the whole family (age ranging from 5 months up to 60) The only thing to note is that there are stairs up to all the apartments, but there is enough space at the bottom of the stairs to leave a pushchair instead of carrying it up. The hosts were very responsive and helpful all the way from booking to checkout.

Let's start with the positives.. Lovely, modern and settled in straight away. All electrical appliances and kitchen appliances work Easy and accessible to visit the surround areas. Responsible host, very helpful and receptive. Our stay was very well priced, we arrived a day early at our accomodation (By accident) in which was effiticely resolved and was able to check in early (additionally paying for another night, still very cheap) Onto the not so positives.. (There are not many) Unfortunately the fittings and fittings to the bathroom door are not fitted well. Door handle is hanging off my 1 screw, does not close properly which creates no privacy alongside a half a used lock sticking out at head out on the door frame. (Not very safe) Toilet roll holder could be fixed to the wall more securely as it is at an angle. Unfortunately all door handles inside the property were all loose and not fitted well. There is graffiti on the inside of the cupboard fridge door. Table leg is bodged

This was our second stay at The Pad and it won’t be our last! It really is a home from home and a luxury one at that! It had everything we needed and in a great location. Jane is a great host, very responsive, kind and helpful. Thanks again 😊

We had a great stay here - the place was really beautiful, and comfortable too. Location was fab, and contact was quick/straight forward with Billy and Rosie - would highly recommend staying here!
