This place was so good! AMAZING VIEW! This was just right AND they let us check in early. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from sitting on the couch or at the table, nice coffee bar and snacks, comfortable bed, clear instructions, and SO MANY extra pillows and blankets, which makes me happier than you could know! It really had everything we needed and being on the ground floor was definitely a plus since my husband was on crutches. It was a really great stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends & family.

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. Everything was as noted and very clean. The bed was comfortable and beach access was close and easy to get to. We enjoyed the very private back yard and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Although it’s not luxury, we loved this place. When staying at an Airbnb, I just want a clean, cozy place to come home to with the right amenities. Ken’s had it all and the view was amazing. It was right in town making it walkable to restaurants, shops, walking paths and the ocean. It’s only a short drive to the Devils Punch Bowl State Park and several other state parks and beaches. I will definitely be back.

This house is wonderful for families with kids of all ages. The arcade and hot tub were a huge hit with Grandkids! There is an ocean view from the entire middle floor, so peaceful and relaxing. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. Just a couple of blocks away are 2 small bakeries and several assorted gift shops, easy to walk to from the house. The home was very clean. It also had many games and children’s books available. Coffee was provided, nice to have that. Jessica was responsive and easy to communicate with :)

We had such a beautiful stay. Cozy cottage was perfect in every way. We are foodies and the kitchen is well stocked. Thank you Vince!

Paula's place was among the best airbnb stays I've had: The house was pristine, well-appointed (with ample linens and towels, and great quality pots/pans/kitchen tools and dishware), and the location can't be beat — literally just a couple blocks from the Bayfront and walkable to the Yaquina park with beach access. Really loved this spot, and hope to stay here again soon!

Such a great stay... our third time in this lovely spot. This is the first beach house I check for availability when we decide to head to the coast. Aimee is an amazing host... responds quickly, very accommodating, and super cordial. We will be back, again.

The photos don’t do this home justice. The home is beautiful and spacious. The views as soon as you walk in are breathtaking. The home has everything and anything you could need. We felt instantly at home. We 100% will be coming back! This is such a special spot and we are beyond happy.

Not enough space to say how perfect this place was! Quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean, loaded with amenities, tastefully decorated, uncluttered, and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped, and the two fireplaces added to the restful ambiance. Just a very short walk to the beach which never had anyone on it!!!. One of the few places on the west coast where you can have a fire on the beach and although not directly next to the surf you can constantly hear it from the house. Having the outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus (although we never used it), and the surround garden is so pretty and peaceful. Ample off street parking for 3 vehicles. There is even an outside spigot to wash off those sandy feet and toys. The house is adjacent to the Oregon Park's "Sitka Sedge", one of the best hiking trails in the area which gives new meaning to the term "enchanted forest". Kayakers will enjoy Whalen Island recreation area just 1 mile from the house; just be sure to check the tide charts! Just perfect!

This was a beautiful place for me and a group of my friends to escape to. The beach access was close as well which was amazing. The inside was stunning, spacious and looked just like the pictures. The two decks allowed us to enjoy the beautiful beach will staying cozy at home. All nice of us were in awe of the view from the upper level. The hosts were extremely responsive and answered any and all questions in a friendly manner. Checkout was also extremely easy which was greatly appreciated! I would come back to this place and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice little get away.

Great location, easy walk to beach with beach supplies included, several delicious restaurants easily accessible. The inside was very unique, trendy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

Our family had a lovely stay, we enjoyed the ocean view and the ease of getting onto the beach easily. If you bring your groceries with you, you could park once and walk to everything! Some places have minimal pots/pans/utensils but Leah provided a well stocked kitchen that I appreciated for our cooking needs. We walked everywhere! To the gift shops, restaurants, Blue Pig Bakery (try their cinnamon roll!), and even Coast Park for their playground. We would love to return, thank you!

We really enjoyed this quiet Nye Beach condo. It was clean and well equipped in all areas. Excellent communication with the host and a view that can't be beat. It is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and other Nye Beach shops. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

Again, we had a perfect mini-vacay! I love this little-slice-of-heaven condo! We walked everywhere. The food court was great, the weather was typical beach weather...but who cares, we had a blast. The beds are VERY comfortable. The view of the estuary & beach are peaceful. I love the easy beach access, too. Great hosts; they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We will be back soon, that's for sure!

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.
