Lovely little stay amongst the trees. Felt nice to get a little off grid and back to nature. The lodge was well equipped with everything we needed, Sarah our host was fab with communication and helped us with extra wood etc when needed. We saw lots of lovely bird life and my partner lucked out seeing three deer in the woods by our place!

An absolutely beautiful and relaxing stay at Sandpiper! From the moment we arrived we felt so at home, and were in awe of the beautiful design of the home and the views from the hot tub. We were celebrating a lot of exciting moments together and this was the perfect place to do it. I would definitely love to return here again!

Lovely cabin, spotless ! Great location. we loved the hot tub. Sauna is fabulous too, had a lovely facial from Jill, she's amazing. If we had any questions both Emily & Callum helped very quickly. look forward to our next stay x

A wonderful stay in a beautiful and peaceful location. The cabin had everything we needed and clear instructions for working the oven etc. the cabin was easy to find and immaculately clean. Lots of nice places near by with lots to do.

We had a beautiful night away for our anniversary and it was idyllic. The cabin was pristine and the surroundings so calm. Beautiful toiletries available and lovely robes to lounge in! Super flexible with check out so we could have a lazy morning! Thank you!

From the moment we arrived on the grounds this spot is so relaxing. The glamping pods are really well thought out and are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with different utensils and the pod itself self was brilliantly clean. We stayed in the pod Squirrel 🐿️ and we will definitely be returning customers. Hot tub was amazing and this was checked every day throughout our stay. Pod was lovely and warm, the scenery was fantastic and it was a perfect getaway, thank you.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! It was extremely private, modern and exactly what we were looking for — it truly ticked every box. The location was perfect, peaceful yet close to everything we needed, with food, pubs, and shops all nearby. The cabin itself was spotless, well thought out and very comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back again and will be recommending it to our close friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely beautiful, so peaceful, staff on site were friendly. The house is stunning so clean very modern. Hot tub is perfect size and very hot. Extra touches in the room such as free snacks teas coffees everything you need, perfect would definitely recommend for couples looking for a peaceful getaway!

A great place to rest after work, especially for those who love horses. Donna is a cheerful person who is always willing to help and tell you what to see in the area. Peace and quiet. I recommend the place.

I stayed a Peter's place for two nights. it's very close to the university. My stay was very comfortable and Peter is a great host. He is very respectful, welcoming and it's like being in a home from home. I managed to park on the road outside his place. I would recommend staying here. Great host, great location and very comfortable.

we had 2 nights at the caravan 2 adults 1 teenager and a dog and there was plenty of room, weve had a great time would highly recommend will definitely stay again.

Great place for a rest and relaxation. Horses and goats outside, kids loved it. Very cosy place for family evenings! Highly recommend it!

We stayed at the Lodge for 4 weeks due to a delayed house completion. The location is amazing in every respect. The lodge is more spacious than the pictures suggest - walk in wardrobes amazing for our extended stay. Well equipped, very efficient heating and hot water Long local beach walks with the cafe (great ice cream), literally 15m away. We did not use the entertainment complex but it always looked busy Thoroughly recommended

Lovely little Air B&B, nice quiet location, furnished to a high standard.

To stop off for a night to break up our travelling time from Scotland. This was a perfect place to stay, clean and tidy little pod(but still with plenty of space to move around). Beautiful surroundings, but close enough to restaurants and other amenities.

We booked a weekend stay at Hope Cabin, and it's the perfect place to get away for some peace and quiet with the dog. The cabin was fantastic, much larger than we anticipated while still feeling nice and cosy. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The surroundings were also very nice - we loved having the stream nearby and being able to watch the sheep in the neighbouring fields from the patio. We arrived after dark but the paths were well lit, and Brendon had helpfully provided a wheelbarrow to help us carry our bags up. Brendon was extremely responsive and friendly, and went above and beyond in helping with our queries during the stay. Would definitely love to return!

Really lovely place and plenty of space between the pods for it to feel private. Lovely quiet area with nice villages and walks about. Communication with Lucy was great and she messaged to let us check in early and out late which was really thiughtful.

Staying in Hail Hill was fabulous. Everything was exactly as described, great location, spotless accommodation. We had a great time, would 1000% return. The few queries we did have were answered almost immediately and with extra information to help us out. Sinead and Brendon left us some little treats in the cabin which was such a special little touch. Would recommend for anyone wanting a lovely peaceful little trip in a clean cute environment. Thank you!

We have just got home and have had the best two nights. The kids loved the cosy dome tent and the gym, as well as waking up to horses on the fields opposite. We loved the fact that there was a green area in the middle that was a lovely space for the kids to play and we could still see them. The pods have everything you need- I’ve never stayed in any with such good cooking and shower facilities!

Absolutely amazing stay! Carole was so helpful and kind, we met at her bungalow and then walked up to our lodge. She showed us around inside and showed us how to get hot water etc. the lodge was spotless, so clean and smelt lovely! We were surrounded by horses and even had sheep & lambs a little up the road! Carole even came over and brought her pony Jan to say hello and let us brush her. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s everything you could want and more! Not far of a walk from hamsterley forest and a 5 minute drive to Wolsingham village & hamsterley village. We will 100% be back in summer and book out both lodges! Thank you again Carole, we had the best time. Perfect first getaway with our nearly 2 year old. Plenty of space for a travel cot in the single bedroom too!

John’s hut was one of best places we have ever stayed. We had the best time there and found it to be super clean, so cosy with the hottub and log burner. We toasted marshmallows and made our dinner and breakfast on the hob outside and we had beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise too! Can’t wait to come back - what an amazing place!
