this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

We recently stayed at Lisa’s condo for spring break, and it was super comfortable, cute and well stocked. The bed was comfortable, there were power reclining seats, a small desk, flat screen TV, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and she even provided beach towels and chairs. It is not oceanfront, but is in a gated beachfront community and the beach was a short walk away. We were delighted by the personal touches: a welcome note with goodies, charging station for our devices, nice supply of towels and even K-cups. Lisa was a gracious and responsive host. We would definitely recommend her place and stay there again!

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Have stayed here multiple times and great like always. Super clean, right on the beach, and lots to do nearby. This is always our go to and favorite spot in Jax Beach, thank you for a great stay.

Our second year at Leslie's place. It's located 3 mins from the beach. They have a tent, beach chairs, toys ... we didn't have to lug all that on the plane this year! Will highly recommend for a family with kids ... and we hope to keep coming every year.

Great place, very clean and spacious. I loved the balcony. The neighborhood was very quiet and really close to the beach and park. I loved that they had items for the beach such as chairs, beach mats, and balls. I will definitely stay here again, the next time I am in the area. Host were very responsive

My husband had a kidney transplant and we had some follow up appointments at Mayo. Mandy’s place was perfect for us. 😊 It had an amazing view with a short walk to the beach that was so peaceful. We loved the beach, home, scenery, and location tremendously. I wholeheartedly recommend Mandy for a wonderful host and the place was excellent!

Overall, good location and nice indoor environment. This place is at a great location basically right on the beach, easy to walk straight there. Not too much city traffic noise to pollute the ocean ambiance but still close enough to restaurants, stores, hospital, etc. The inside of the place is homey and big enough for several guests if they’re willing to share beds. Lots of kitchen appliances are provided for staying in your make meals. Great for a quick beach vacation!

Perfect place to stay right on Jax beach. Updated, clean and modern. Sunrise from the balcony. Lots of great options to eat and drink in walking distance.

THIS PLACE WAS GREAT. EXACTALLY AS DISCRIBED AND THEY EVEN THOUGHT OF HAVING LITTLE CONDIMENTS IN THE EVENT YOU FORGOT SOMETHING. BEING RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND HAVING THE CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS, BEACH TOWELS, AND WAGON TO TAKE ALL YOUR STUFF TO THE BEACH IN WAS GREAT. DEFINITELY A "5 STAR" FROM ME. THANK YOU

This condo is perfected located on the beautiful Sawgrass property and we enjoyed a both a round of golf and lunch at the TPC. We came to Ponte Verde for access to Mayo Clinic and this location was fantastic for that purpose yet gave our family a beautiful vacation feel in a lovely new condominium. The pictures do not do the property justice and Rita was very easy to access and made our stay pleasant from start to finish. I’d highly recommend!

Can’t beat the ocean view from the 2nd floor. Would definitely rebook! Appreciate all the leftover spices and extras in the kitchen that made preparing a meal feel like home. We paid it forward with bottles of water ready in the refrigerator for the next guests. Hope housekeeping will leave it there :) Only 1 my minor ask/observation, no paper towel, just an empty roll. Otherwise, everything perfect.

I booked these accommodations for my manager and another work colleague so that they could attend a PGA Event at TPC Sawgrass and the process could not have been more seamless and smooth. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. Though I did not travel to the accommodations myself, I was told that space matched the description and photos, was clean and tidy, and was totally ready to go upon arrival. When not attending business events, my manager found the space perfect for taking virtual meetings and working remotely. I was also told that the cheese plate that was waiting upon arrival was very much appreciated as well. I happily recommend these accommodations to anyone else visiting the area.

We've rented units in this building previously, but this was our favorite unit by far. This is a well-appointed condo with gorgeous views and owners who clearly strive to take care of their guests. The unit has comfy beds, pillows and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, and an array of bath toiletries. And, it's always great to rent a condo with a full-sized washer and dryer, kicking a/c and hot, well-pressurized showers. We liked the property so much that we extended our stay. Lastly, communications with Brooke couldn't have better. Very proactive and helpful. Terrific stay and we will definitely rent again. Thanks so much for a great trip.
