Very spacious rental in a quiet neighborhood in Brooklyn. My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable here. The kitchen had everything we needed & was modern and clean. There's even an extra beverage refrigerator if you need one. There are some extras that either the owner or previous guests have left such as syrup, PB, salt & pepper, vanilla and a few others that I can't recall. The bathrooms are all remodeled and lovely. Water pressure in one was great, one was not, even when the other one was not in use. Two of the beds were comfy, one was just ok. Linens were fine. If you need wash cloths, bring your own & if you like a towel for your hair, bring an extra. The downstairs is a bit cooler than upstairs so I'd recommend bringing slippers. They have throw blankets which were very nice to have. Nice TV & comfy couch. It rained most of our trip so we could not enjoy the patio. We drove so having a dedicated parking spot was clutch! Overall, I would recommend this rental

Delighted we picked Martha’s place for our stay in Queens. The place is exactly as described. Clean, comfy, and in a good location for exploring the city. Would def stay again if visiting NYC.

The only suggestion I have is to add a small microwave so guests can heat up food and coffee, except for that the place ,as well as the occupants including the cat Taco are amazing and kind!

A beautiful, spacious apartment in which we felt very comfortable. Everything is very well maintained, there are beautiful pictures on the wall. Greene Avenue is not very busy, it is quiet at night. The subway station on Myrtle Avenue is about 10 minutes away, from there you can quickly reach Manhattan or Williamsburg.

Richard is a fantastic host. We loved his house it was beautiful and exquisitely designed. The house is homely and tastefully decorated. It had a well equipped kitchen for my kids allergies. The heating was excellent as we had a very cold spell. My kids even enjoyed the piano that was there. The house is located close to subway. It feels very residential. Unfortunately due to unexpected events we only stayed 3/7 days but it was still a beautiful house to stay in. I would highly recommend Richard. He was helpful and responsive all the time.

We had a great time staying in Bed-Stuy in Elizabeth's brownstone. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, was easy to find street parking, and the interior was beautiful. Great coffee shop near by and walkable to many bars, stores, and transit. Elizabeth was very responsive when we had questions. The beds were very comfy too. Thanks for having us for the week!

Thank you Elizabeth for hosting us at your wonderful Harlem home. We felt like we had a true New York experience. The home was lovely, the location was great being so close to the subway and we had a lovely time. Elizabeth was always very responsive both before and during our stay and the check in process was so simple. We would definitely recommend Elizabeth’s place for a New York stay especially if you have a big family!

Our family of three (4yo) had a great time at this Bed-Stuy brownstone. It was convenient, spacious, and well stocked. We were able to get everywhere we needed to go easily and come home to a restful place. Bowen and Vanessa were friendly and communicative. They seem like they would be some really cool people to know IRL!

Our first time staying in Bay Ridge and this was the ideal location. You can easily walk to whatever you need or hop on the subway. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is spacious and clean and the host was responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend.

Sean y Cliff fueron muy amables, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Si te gusta un estilo antiguo, te va a encantar este lugar, Sean nos contó su historia familiar. La casa queda a 5 minutos del Path, por lo que te puedes mover fácilmente a NY city. Sean nos dio indicaciones claras para llegar, además nos indicó cómo ir al aeropuerto nuevamente. Cassandra’s home was perfect for what I was looking for. Spacious for 2, easy to find and get to off the subway. Her home was clean, smelled nice, great amenities in case we needed them, which was super appreciated! It was quiet for sleeping and overall convenient and a good price for what I needed for the weekend. Would stay there again.

Great stay! The apartment at 366 W 118th was easy to find, clean, and located in a quieter part of the city—just steps from Morningside Park and a short walk to Columbia University. We didn’t have a car but noticed street parking nearby. It felt safe, with easy access to the B/C and 1 subway lines. We loved exploring the neighborhood—Bo’s Bagels, Levain Bakery, and Row House were fantastic local spots. CTown Supermarkets had everything we needed. Would stay again!

I’ve never stayed in Brooklyn so Miriam’s place was a real find! Located in a very central and interesting area of Fort Greene I could quickly walk to subways, great fruit & veg markets, parks, cafes & also access Manhattan. Based on Miriam’s suggestion I went to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens & was able to see the spring cherry blossoms. Miriam is very kind & helpful and was very flexible about check-in time & keeping my large suitcase until my later flight. I appreciate being able to stay in her lovely home & being greeted by her dog May when I arrived to her place! Would definitely stay there again!

The brownstone was in a great location, close to subway. We loved the urban feel of the neighborhood but it might not be for everyone. There can be some noise if you’re sleeping in front bedrooms. There are a lot of stairs and for someone who is not in shape or has a bad knee this might be difficult. Three levels plus stairs from sidewalk. The house itself was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for those who enjoy cooking. We loved open concept as we were a party of 8. I think it’s worth the price to be comfortable and have the whole family together. Vs. hotel. We loved our stay in Brooklyn. Highly recommended Brooklyn Tea that was two blocks away.

Logement agréable, spacieux et bien décoré. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour s’y sentir comme chez soi! De plus les transports (bus et métro) sont rapidement accessibles. Dennis est un hôte très agréable et réactif. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Douglas and Monica were truly exceptional – they were proactive in reaching out, incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and offered great local recommendations. The location being right across the street from the park and the convenience of having restaurants and other amenities within easy walking distance was fantastic. We were impressed by the stylish decor, the high-end quality finishes, and the meticulous attention to detail for your convenience and enjoyment. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at Christinas place over Christmas. The house is as gorgeous as it looks and we felt right at home. The train station and ferry are in walking distance and great restaurants are just around the corner.

Was looking for a charming and peaceful stay and Silvio’s place was perfect! It’s right off the main Street so it’s super walkable and quaint, but also peaceful and there was no traffic or pedestrian noise. The place looked exactly like the pictured and it was very clean and had all the amenities. The back patio was so fun to hang out on and it was nice to have a full kitchen when we wanted to cook in. Silvio was super responsive and gave great recommendations! Would come stay here again if in Brooklyn!
