The place is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, the caretaker and cook were very kind and helpful. Stunning views from the property and a very peaceful to be. Lovely garden (definitely ask for the herbal tea the cook makes from the Thai Basil, Lemongrass leaves in the garden, it was quite refreshing. The monsoon is probably the best time to stay at the home. Do ask about the food prices because that was one expense we hadn't thought of and had either missed reading in the listing or was made aware only after the booking. One other issue was hot water due to electrical issues caused by monsoon so we couldn't use the jacuzzi despite the best efforts of the caretaker (much appreciated <3). I highly recommend spending 3-4 days to fully enjoy the home :)

The house is extremely cozy and very well-maintained. Even the decor was so elegant and simple. I had such a lovely weekend here.

The serene surroundings, with abundant fruit trees, fresh vegetables, and lush greenery, made it feel like a slice of paradise. My only regret is not having my children with me, as they would have been delighted by the natural beauty and charm of the property. This property truly feels like a home away from home. The space was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by a lovely lawn and peaceful environment. Govind was an excellent host, always available to assist whenever needed. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay with friends at Abhijeet’s. Abhijeet was super responsive and flexible with our arrival. They staff made scrumptious meals and accommodated special requests for the small children in our group. Highly recommend this peaceful villa for group trips!

A perfect weekend gateway for family and friends. Beautiful place surrounded by lush nature.. The checkin was smooth and caretaker were really great and cooperative. The food was delicious, they catered to our every demand. All in all a great stay. I would recommend this to my connections, and we will definitely visit this place again 😄

The staff went above and beyond—helpful, humble, and incredibly accommodating. Everything was spotless, and the house was impeccably clean. We had so much fun in the pool, which was a highlight of the stay. If you're looking for a peaceful escape, this place is a must-visit.

We had family get together of 16 people here. We had a great time. Huge spacious villa with attentive staff and on-site cook. The natural views are beautiful. Highly recommend

GP Farms is one of those places where you get exceptional service. The staff is very welcoming. The amenities are superb. The place as a whole is a package which is very well crafted. We will definitely map this as a place to revisit very often. The owner himself (Geet) is very proactive and approachable. He has been in touch at all stages to assist us through out the process. Would definitely recommend this place for friends and family outings.

It’s a great house. One of those dream homes that we want to live in at some point in our lives. It was very close to Sula so that made our whole trip fun. We played catch and badminton and the lawn is big event to play a game of frisbee as well! Lots of fun

This house is a dream. Buuuuut the garden is the actual best part of it. Not forget the personell, they do a great job at making your stay awesome. Everything from communication to food was outstanding. My doggo will never forget this incredible time. Thank you!

It's a beautiful secluded place... Beautifully maintained house by the owner, and was very comfortable place in a gated community. Open Bathroom, asthetic interiors, barbeque set, swimming pool and big varendahhh, beautiful! The host was always available on the call and was very helpful for anything needed. Overall it a great weekend stay, worth the price we paid.

This Arnav's property between Nashik and Trimbak is awesome one. We 25 members group visited recently for a night stay. Simply everyone fell in love with property, location (right on main road), scenic (a simple walk is enough to refresh your senses). Care taker Krushna is so humble and helped a lot with many things and available anytime for anything we needed. Arnav, the host is always attentive and keep coordinating with us all the time, gave lots of suggestions. His suggestions helped to plan a perfect itinerary with senior citizens in a jam packed schedule and rains (ofcourse we wanted Maharashtra's best in monsoon) Most importantly food was delicious, opted for dinner and next day morning breakfast.

Great place to stay

the location of the place is terrific and is surrounded by lush greenery and tomato and grape farms. the property itself is a very big one with lots of outdoor space and parking area. the place is fully equipped with all kitchen and dining utensils. we went there for a couple of days and we had a blast cooking for ourselves and having a good time around the bonfire which was arranged well in advance by the caretaker Mr Madhukar. the host was extremely cooperative when we informed that the head count had increased by four people and he arranged extra mattresses for us. the place is highly recommended if the group is moderately big. kudos to Mr. Kaustav for being such a generous, understanding and a responsive host and thumbs up to Mr. Madhukar, the caretaker.

Secluded property with stunning views. Needs maintenance, but features charming decor and a lush garden. Perfect for those who crave complete solitude.

This is the great place amidst sheer nature. There is absolutely no sign of any sort of pollution. Good for a family or from group of 10 to 20. Owner has good taste of decor and the property is gives you a feel of some villa in Europe or America. They maintain nice lawn where you can spend days and days enjoying games, chats with your group. Caretaker, Shivaji, is very helpful. He and his family help us throughout our stay. It is any day my top most preferred location around Mumbai for my future get aways. Thank you!
