The house was really spacious and clean. Had everything we needed for the most part. Ms.Konul was very helpful and responded quick. Most restaurants and places we wanted to get to were very accessible from this location which helped our trip planning😃

Но, благодарю, нашему хозяину все прошло очень четко, легко и спокойно. Наш хозяин заранее уточнил детали перелета, встретил нас среди ночи, отвез, заселил. Квартира очень тихая, просторная, было все необходимое, чай, кофе, вода. Белье было безупречное. Также, хозяин подсказал всю необходимую информацию, где покушать, где найти, что нам было нужно. Нам было очень комфортно чувствовать себя в этом жилье. В следующий раз, только к вам! Спасибо большое и удачи в работе!!!

We had a really great time in Taleh's apartment. Beautiful, cosy, spacious, stylish, full of everything what you need for comfortable stay. Warm floor is just amazing especially in winter. Playstation for kids were very useful. Protected area, all cafes, restaurants and shops are around the neighborhood. And also very close to city center, you can get there even by walk, it's about 15-20 minutes or by taxi that is very cheap. Our holiday was lovely and we felt like home. Thank you again for all your help Taleh! Hope we'll back again!

Rufat er virkelig høflig og hjælpsom. Hvis der opstår et problem, vil han prøve sin bedste til at løse det uanset om i hvilken tid du beder om hjælp. Boligen ligger i den 16. etage, hvor to elevatorer er hele tiden klar til at bringe dig deroppe og ned. Boligen ligger meget centralt, hvor du har adgang til de fleste berømte steder. Der ligger to små supermarkeder, samt bageri og grønt handler dernede i en afstand til 2-3 minutter til bygningen.

Very nice and charming studio, located right in front of the park and a short walk from all the cafes/restaurants you would want. Communication with Leyla very pleasant and timely. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa came with all the amenities as listed. Elvin was extremely friendly and helpful. Villa was in secluded location and offered privacy. Would recommend to others and definitely will stay here again.

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

My first trip to Baku and Azerbaijan. It was COP29 so super busy and all accommodation in very high demand. I was very fortunate to find Orxan’s apartment. What a blessing. Very close to downtown and the old city. Great views across to the Caspian Sea. Wonderful areas for walks. And very safe walking locally to and from great local restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend this location and what a fantastic host. Super considerate and helpful at all times. Thank you, Orxan. 🙏
