Our stay at Chelsea and Mathew’s cottage was top notch. The communication and instructions on all things related to the cottage were detailed and clear. From prior to booking and throughout the stay the communication was excellent. The house was clean and well kept, charming and welcoming. The bonus features of the wood burning stove and hot tub made this a must stay location for us and we couldn’t have been happier with what they added to the overall experience. I highly recommend the spot for its proximity to Black Mountain, what the house offers and the hosts were fantastic. We’ll be back for sure!

A great house and location right on the water. We arrived well after dark, Tom came and met us at the property to make sure we got situated. Plenty of room for a family of four and more. We enjoyed the boats and fishing and hiking in the area. The game room was nice to have on a rainy day. The kitchen has everything you need. Really enjoyed our long weekend here.

Nice private area, close by to a few small-towns for groceries, gas, etc. Property was very scenic and often only sounds that could be heard were birds. Slept 5 comfortably and never felt crowded. 10/10

This trip was more than we could've ever wanted! The property was lovely and the hosts were more than accommodating and made sure everything was as comfortable as it could've been! I'd recommend anyone to book with these hosts and I will definitely be booking again!

This bnb was super nice and clean. Exactly like the description. Hot tub was a plus. I’d love to stay again in the summer to enjoy the lake.

Milan’s place is a great value! How wonderful to find a place where a family of 10 can gather WITH pets! Room to spread out for movies, a game of pool or hot tubbing. It’s a space for lots of people…and lots of people mean lots of wear and tear. Even with that reality, Milan’s home reflects thoughtful care and consideration for groups who want comfortable together time. SO convenient to many White Mountain area attractions. We would definitely return and we thank you for a perfect space to make happy memories!!

This stay was peaceful, quiet and the perfect getaway! It was close to North Conway and the outlets so there was plenty to do and the house had a home-like feel. It was chilly at night and we were able to light a fire inside, enjoy some streaming and got to enjoy our time away (two moms getting away)! Overall, it was a great place! Chris was wonderful, responsive and supportive. I would book again!

This was a great get away. Right on the lake with the convenience of using their kayaks, row boat, and peddleboat. Also had an array of life jackets for everyone to be safe. Scenery is beautiful, location is peaceful! We read, kayaked, played pinpong in their basement, sat around the firepit and listened to nature! The house is exactly how you see it in the pics, plus better! The home is spotless and has everything you need! Host Heidi is very responsive! They even have many board games and puzzles to play. Elizabeth was a wonderful host and her home is perfect for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The house was spotless, well appointed, and very cozy. The short walk to the beach and town market is really convenient. Her rental is a perfect home base if you’re visiting Portland or exploring the Maine coast nearby.

This place is perfect! The house is so cute and cozy we didn’t want to leave. The hosts left a hand written card and a bottle of wine for us when we arrived, which was so thoughtful. Beautiful views and tons of privacy. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Wow, what a perfect house. Our favorite ABNB yet!! Some hi lights enjoyed by all 6 guests include comfy beds, room darkening shades, 3 full baths, coffee/drink area separate from kitchen. It was our 1st time to lake Ossipee, but it will not be our last! We swam, kayaked, fished etc. the lake was so clear and clean and warm. The scenery was spectacular. Robert was a great host and we would absolutely rent again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this lake cabin! It's nestled right on the water, making it a perfect spot for peaceful mornings and unbeatable fishing. The sunsets over the lake are absolutely stunning — a real highlight of the trip. The cabin itself has a rustic charm, filled with unique vintage touches that make it feel cozy and full of character. It's quiet, far enough from the city to truly relax, but still conveniently close to town if you need anything. A wonderful place to unwind and make lasting memories with family. Can't wait to come back!

Great view and cabin was actually clean. Peaceful week on the lake. The area was fun. Found the alpaca farm open in the weekend close by and got to feed them. Picked the best apples we've ever had at Libbys U Pik not far from cabin. Shopped at the Limerick market and found Shaines of Maine icecream. Tried Black Rasberry and Grapenut yummy on both. They had lots of other specialty items. Fried chicken was great too. Also shopped close by at the Ye Old Sale Shop and found some wonderful vintage treasures. Had a great time at the cabin and surrounding area. Would totally come back this summer to get on the lake in the kayaks when its warmer and have another great week. The porch is the ultimate lake porch. The cats and ourselves thoroughly enjoyed the lake view all week Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We found the place very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The crate for the dog was very helpful. They were very flexible with the check-in time and we really appreciated it.

My boyfriend and I had an outstanding time at Helens cozy spot. We spent all day kayaking and canoeing in the beautiful lake. We absolutely loved this home and will miss it dearly. We'll hopefully be back another time. The dishwasher amenity was a life saver! We also hiked up Mount Willard via Crawford's notch (much to my surprise my boyfriend proposed up there!) This will be a get away I will never forget. Definitely stay at this lovely lake house.

Perfect peaceful and private cabin with easy access to the mountains. The whole place was extremely clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and provided plenty of hang out space between the two living areas. Mark was super accommodating and allowed us access to the grill as well. We had a wonderful weekend!

If you love being near a peaceful and beautiful ocean setting and a cozy cottage vibe this is the place for you. Renee is nearby and very responsive if you need anything. Otherwise, you can just enjoy the setting and easily take yourself to the nearby restaurants or cook for yourself. A short walk to my favorite beach on earth. Check out the sandbar at low tide.

Dianne’s place was just right for my small family of three! The place was clean and well kept and had all the amenities one could need and even more than we expected. There was some construction going on at the house next door, which was a bit disappointing, but just a reminder that the house is in a community and not to expect complete silence at all times. Dianne was very responsive and kind, and all in all we had a very lovely time.

Don’t tell anyone about Shelley’s place! We want to be the only ones to be there!!!!! We had a beautiful time ! Me, my daughter and her 2 yr old son. The lake is soooooo clear and relaxing. Canoed every day. Loons in the lake everyday. Went and picked blueberries and went to the children’s museum😃 Close to Portland! We’ll bring the Daddy next time! Thanks Shelley

The Broken Compass is the perfect little get away! We loved sitting down by the fire pit and having our meals on the great screened in porch out front. The beds were comfortable, the home is well decorated and free of clutter, and they had everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day. Had a slight issue at check in, but John was super responsive and proactive in helping us out and the rest of the trip was excellent. We absolutely will come back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Debbie’s cabin. The interior is tidy, simply furnished and decorated with Debbie’s nice paintings. The heater worked well, but it was a little noisy. Luckily we didn’t need it through the night, so we were able to enjoy the peace and calm of the quiet lakeside location. Nothing like waking up to the view of that pristine lake. Some mornings it was so still it reflected the trees. We loved that. Water pressure was a little touch and go, but overall not a problem.

Marina’s little cottage is a gem which we highly recommend. It is situated high above the peaceful and quaint lake providing interesting views. The sunrise while sitting on the dock was a favorite. A great place to get some reading done without everyday distractions. Everything was clean, neat and organized! The new kitchen was a treat! For a small place it is very spacious inside, beds and sitting areas comfy and everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Marina gets an A+ for communication. We may be back next year and will recommend it to friends and family. Please don’t hesitate to book this place for a relaxing getaway.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was so quiet and peaceful. Vianna was responsive and even left us a little treat which made the stay all the better. very clean and the kitchen had everything! some spices, coffee, creamer etc.. highly recommend for a quiet getaway.
