The apartment was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—such a cozy neighborhood with a beautiful park and a supermarket nearby. Plus, it’s just a 15-minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

We booked this place as a spur of a moment thing to arrange a space for meeting few old friends after many years. The place was nice and spacious, with all the ACs keeping the rooms chill. Kitchen is well equipped with a fridge , microwave, water purifier etc. There were really nice restaurants around the apart frWrom the tawa pulao, pav bhaji and chats around. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at Marita Apartment! The 1BHK was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The private patio was a lovely bonus perfect for relaxing in the evening. Mita was incredibly accommodating, kindly allowing us to check in earlier than planned. The house was spotless and perfectly situated in South Mumbai, just a short walk from lively spots and the beautiful Chowpatty Beach. Both bedrooms offered lovely sea views, which made the stay even more special. House was cleaned daily and there was a filtered water dispenser for clean drinking water. Wifi speed was good to attend video meetings for remote work. Outside area is crowded and smelly but once you are inside then it's completely different world. I had the pleasure of meeting Mita during check-in, and she was wonderfully helpful—sharing local event tips and even taking us for a special darshan at the nearby Laxmi temple. The location truly lived up to its description, with easy access to some fantastic neighborhoods perfect for exploring on foot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this place again if available during our next visit. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay. The place is near Kihim beach at a walkable distance. The property was well lit and is secure. We enjoyed our stay here.

The house and space is beautiful, well kept and surrounded by huge garden and sea facing as well. My family and pets had a good chill time and loved the space. Awas Beach is walkable and minute away. Over all the place has good and safe vibe. The host was gracious to provide is clear directions prior so was easy to find as well. Def would recommend for all looking for chill and relax place while enjoying the sea view.

Delicious food, the most polite staff, a big backyard with a pool and a variety of plants, indoor and outdoor games, proximity to the beach. This place ticks all the boxes of being a perfect option for a homestay in Nagaon. Thank you Shubham and team for making our trip memorable.

This place is truly special. The previous reviews don’t do it justice. It’s in the most beautiful location literally right on a pristine, secluded beach. It’s surrounded by nature - trees, flowers, chirping birds. The stars and the moon at night. You can bear the waves crashing from the living room. I didn’t see any neighbors the whole time. It is seriously paradise. The caretaker is wonderful, the host was responsive and helpful. I was able to order food on Zomato delivered in 30 minute. It was easy to get an auto rickshaw to take me into Alibaug town one day. The house itself is simple, not luxurious, but it’s clean and has everything you need.

The host Preeti and the care taker were extremely cooperative and helpful throughout the stay. The location and the villa is apt for a big group.

Excellent place.. if you are coming to Alibaug to relax, look no beyond than this place.. this is a huge private property where this bunglow and surroundings area (pool, outside garden) only takes probably 1/4 of the total property.. so you can fully relax / enjoy outside / walk / chill in the lap of the nature without any worries.. easily can spend 1-2 days fully.. the bungalow from the inside is royal/ vintage, you are bound to get a feeling.. caretakers are always there and extremely professional and cook excellent food. amenities are more than sufficient and well designed/ thoughtful. pool is also huge by length, though felt that the water didn't have chlorine (like public swimming pools) and hence the water is a bit smelly and the surrounding has lot of mosquitoes due to so many trees and all. however, we enjoyed the pool so much.. overall, i believe if you are looking to relax only don't search for anything else.. trust me you are going to have a great time here..

Had a comfortable stay!

The property totally matched with the pictures. We had a last minute late checkin and Zaf was prompt in responding and arranging an exceptionally smooth check in. Felt right at home. The interior decor is superb and well maintained. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Central location for the Colaba area. The apartment is a great retreat in an otherwise hectic area. Don’t trust google maps to take you to the given location. Waterfront tower apartment building is the landmark to look for. Opposite the post office. Checkin was easy. Masqood was easy to contact and responsive. Sizzling Chinese is a great restaurant very close by.

It was a wonderful stay at Dipti's place. Everything was pretty well maintained and as mentioned in the property description. Beautiful and very peaceful surroundings. One thing which can be improved, there were spider webs almost everywhere in the patio.

Divya has kept the place very well, wonderful aesthetics and perfect for a weekend getaway. She gave us clear instructions how to get there and provided all the numbers of nearby eateries. Overall a nice a peaceful stay.
