The response time was quick from the Host (Alan). Everything was perfect as shown and described. It was really a cute and small property free from disturbance, pollution and mesmerizing views during the sunset. I loved how patiently they built this house. Host proactive approach and smile just made my day. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and colleagues if they're planning to visit Cochin. You may also visit the Nearby Backwaters and fish farming ponds for sightseeing and boat ride. But the thing which I didn't like was the market for groceries is quite far, so you need to walk atleast 1-2 kms to get there. But keeping that aside I would recommend you just simply grab it. Happy Land is a fantastic place to stay. The property is new and fresh and in an incredible location. As an alternative to Munnar, this is a quiet and peaceful haven to relax or explore. There is so much to do and see, whether that be hiking, visiting waterfalls, birdwatching, seeing wild animals or just taking in the scenery. Shabab is a very proactive and supportive host who was constantly available; nothing was too difficult. He even took us in his car to the local shops to get provisions whenever we needed anything! He also was very hospitable and even got us treats from his own bakery during our stay. He had arranged for a car and a fantastic guide, Mani, to take us around the local area to view waterfalls, animals, etc. He took us north into Tamil Nadu and guided us with local knowledge. Definitely worth staying here if you have the opportunity. Don't be afraid to let Shabab and Mani make arrangements for you to see the sights, you won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at LBS Farms !!! Great location, in the foot hills of western ghats.. The Villa was spotless with all the amenities we need for a comfortable stay. Farm walk was delightful, allowing us to explore their lush coconut plantations.. Hosts Pradeep & Sindhu both were very responsive & very friendly.. The caretaker Dadhul was also equally kind and attentive .. Before checkin I have requested them to arrange for a campfire & Barbeque setup.. they have organised perfectly well.. In actual we felt & lived like our own farm.. I would definitely visit again as it’s my favourite spot in the whole of Coimbatore.. we highly recommend this Traditional farm style villa to everyone…

Jestin was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was cozy and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring the city. The garden is a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffee. Kudos to our host for maintaining it so beautifully. Jestin family's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. nice place. good swimming pool . the caretaker and his team made sure they cleaned the swimming pool and only then they allowed us to use the pool. food was awesome. the owner was good in assisting us with local attractions. on the whole a good owner with a perfect team to assist him . Great hospitality. Will definitely come back .
