I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it exceded all my expectations! The property is surrounded by greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Every corner of the villa was clean and it had all the amenities you could ask for. Waking up to the sound of birds and hens with the fresh air was an absolute highlight.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property in BKC for a month while relocating to Mumbai! The apartment was modern and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, from a spacious living area to a fully equipped kitchen. The pool and gym facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The location is ideal, being close to the airport and major business hubs. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Mumbai. The host was also incredibly accommodating!

We were a family of 6 staying 2 nights at The Villa by the Sea to attend a wedding in Madh Island. This place suited our needs. There was plenty of space to sleep and keep our belongings. They also made arrangements for our driver to have access to a bathroom to freshen up during the two days he was with us. Shagun and Ronald were both very responsive to my inquiries and the staff at the place we're friendly and accomodating. The place is clean, breakfast of anda pav, aloo bhajji and poha was delicious and the lawn and pool were great ambience to relax in. The beach is also literally right across the road if you choose to take a walk during low tide.

Friendly host, clean premises and nice locality

I had a wonderful stay at Mimosa, It's a perfect fit for a family & friends with beautiful views around it, it’s spacious with good sound system & cozy lights in bedroom…care takers were absolutely helpful & took care of my family well in every way. It also got huge terrace & it’s perfect at night with mild lights to share ghost stories with cousins, pool is the attraction of this villa as it’s clean well maintained…highly recommend to visit with your loved ones!

This was my third visit to Sanjai’s place, and it was just as enjoyable as always. I’ve been here before with friends, but this time, I visited with family and our dog. It’s perfect for a relaxed getaway with either! Loved the walkable neighborhood and the beautiful sea views. The house is well-designed, with plenty of space indoors and great outdoor areas by the pool and terraces. The caretaker, Sitesh (Bobby) was very helpful and always available. My pet isn’t usually comfortable with other dogs, but PUBG, their dog, was so friendly that ours felt at ease too, which was heartwarming. Highly recommend this place for a quick getaway near Mumbai. The BnB does have a set of rules and a security deposit, but that’s what keeps it so well-maintained. Will definitely be back! ❤️

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The club is definately a place worth visiting. Would definitely book again!
