O apartamento é bem localizado com ponto de ônibus em frente ao prédio. Me senti em casa, com tudo o que necessitava no apartamento. Muitos mercadinhos próximos, cafeterias. O apartamento estava bem limpo e organizado e a comunicação com Tamari foi super tranquila que respondia rapidamente as minhas dúvidas. Recomendo!!!

Beka is one of the best hosts we have ever met. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned, and Beka was very understanding and accommodating. The apartment is excellent, with a modern and stylish renovation. It is bright, warm, and has great water pressure. There is a dishwasher, and all appliances work perfectly. Plenty of bed linens and towels are provided. The soundproofing is perfect – we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. There is also a large balcony. We stayed in several apartments in Tbilisi, and this one is probably the best! :)

I had a great experience living in the apartment which is in a very convenient location, with everything I needed nearby—supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and more. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they were always responsive, helpful, and very friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it!

We spent a week at Georgy’s apartment and was more than satisfied! Georgy is an incredibly hospitable and responsive host. He was always available, ready to help with any questions. The apartment fully matched the description—it was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung, zentral gelegen & ruhig. Tolle Aussicht!! Maya war jederzeit erreichbar. Matratzen & Sessel im Wohnzimmer haben leider ihre beste Zeit hinter sich.

I was genuinely impressed by how clean and well-maintained this place is. It actually looks even better in person than it does in the photos, which is a rare find. Everything was spotless, and you can tell the owners take great care of the space. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!

Ninoさんは、とても親切で柔軟に対応してくれました。彼女は自家製ワインやフルーツ、ケーキなどをプレゼントしてくれて、私はとても嬉しかったです。家は清潔で広々としており、過ごしやすかったです。冬で外は寒くても、家は暖房が効いているところも素晴らしいポイントです。私は1ヶ月ほど滞在してリモートワークを行いましたが、WiFiは問題なく、キッチンの横のデスクで快適に作業できました。トビリシの中心部ではありませんが、近くにメトロやバスがあり、簡単にそこまでアクセスできるので問題ありません。ありがとうございました！

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

I stayed at the place for two nights. I enjoyed my stay, felt safe and the room is in a nice area of the city. It was not ideal with the height, but it was manageable for me. Very kind people as well. will definitely come back one day

Ана и Амиран — замечательные хозяева. Они тепло нас встретили, порекомендовали интересные места в окрестностях и сделали всё, чтобы наше пребывание было комфортным. Жильё оказалось чистым, светлым, тёплым и очень уютным. Оно расположено на первом этаже, а хозяева живут на втором с отдельным входом. Благодаря собственной огороженной территории мы чувствовали себя уединённо и не пересекались без необходимости. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания и приготовления пищи. Особенно порадовал камин, дрова для которого можно приобрести на месте. Также понравилась возможность заказать вкусный завтрак. Место тихое, граничит с женским монастырём Самтавро. Потрясающие виды на храмы особенно красивы в вечернее время. Для нас было важным, что хозяева приветливы к животным и приняли нас с нашей небольшой собакой. Плюсом стала возможность парковки на закрытой территории. Всё было отлично! Мы обязательно вернёмся.

Второй раз останавливаюсь в этом прекрасном домике. Благодарю за гостеприимство, Георги - очень заботливый, предупредительный хозяин. В доме было все необходимое, не оказалось только тапочек, которые мне сразу же принесли. На кухне есть все необходимое, спать было тепло, улица и дворик тихие. Люблю Вере и вернусь еще не раз!

host is friendly and easy to contact. the location was good.. near to lots of places. like 5 to 7 minutes away to old town tbilisi. theres supermarket close to the place. bars also 15 minutes walk. fabrika hotel is an art place that 10 minutes walk. theres boutique and resto to dine and drink with. even the arab street is near. also walk away to rustaveli avenue good place check out. the location of ninuca place was strategically good. her place was cozy and comfortable. set as utalirian where all you need to stay for a week was there. you can cook, wash clothes. heater is always working. there clothes heater also for towels that makes your towels and jackets dry and hot. basically nice place. AMAZING. Thank you ninuca.

Actually I travel a lot. I use Airbnb to get more authentic experience. Sometimes I am really lucky and discover amazing , unique places , accommodations, this apartment hosted by Maia was one of those special places. No matter how you get to Tbilisi, you have had a long day , to arrive such a perfect , cozy, peaceful and friendly apartment, which is very trendy and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. I felt like a home and it was a great start of my journey. The accommodation is located in the heart of capital Tbilisi, cafes, restaurants, markets and sightseeings are around, also, there is no problem to reach Metro or public transport. Maia is a brilliant host and was able to create a real impact on my stay in her apartment. Through her vast knowledge about Tbilisi, the history and surroundings, she could enrich my experience greatly. Everything was brilliant, high class! 100% recommend! Book if you want to feel real Tbilisi.

We stayed here for 6 months or so. It was our home in that time and we will always have wonderful memories there. The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants, and it is a short walk to Rustaveli. Great bus access. Our hosts were generous and kind. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Great wifi. You will enjoy staying here very much :) Everything was wonderful for us

J'ai passé un bon séjour et dès qu'il y avait un souci l'hôte était réactif. L'endroit est bien situé et proche de tout. Seule chose que je pourrais reprocher ce serais peut être le manque de lumière naturelle et l'aération qui peine un peu mais étant au sous sol c'est normal de pas pouvoir faire mieux. Un bon endroit qui est très adapté pour un court séjour
