This home was super cute! Our little family felt right at home inside and out. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and very close to many stores and restaurants. We had a great time playing games inside and cooking together in the kitchen. Our girls had a blast roller skating down the street without having to stop for a lot of traffic. All communication was clear and detailed which is much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

Penny's is a very sweet place great for anyone looking to explore East Nashville. Had everything we needed for two people visiting the area. The outdoor courtyard area is lovely and well kept. The house is in a great location, extremely walkable, quiet surroundings. Penny is warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful, peaceful setting with space to walk. The house was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and Emily was always quick to respond. We will be back the next time we visit family.

The living room and kitchen were a great space for our family to hang out after spending the day in Nashville. The location was peaceful and the shower had good water pressure. The third bedroom bed was not as comfortable, but the other sleeping accommodations were good. The hosts were quick to reply and very friendly. Overall, great stay!

Perfect location for old gals overnight to Leipers Fork. The house is spotless with comfy furnishings, linens, etc. Hosts were responsive prior to visit with our few questions and all was above expectations! Peaceful surroundings and awesome firepit if you enjoy the outdoors. Close to Foxe and Locke and Leipers Fork Distillery. Thanks Keith !!

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time staying here and although it was a bit rainy all week we still had a blast!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Ryan was a great host! He was quick to respond and extremely accommodating to our group! At first the building was a little confusing but Ryan gave super clear instructions which helped us locate the building with ease. The Airbnb was super cute and clean! It’s just like the photos! The location was perfect as it was walkable to everything.

Cute, cozy & clean cottage. We saw a friendly herd of deer as we left. Navigating the driveway took skill to turn our compact car; the video helped. We walked the boardwalk from the Mallard Point Park in Hendersonville to Moby Dicks for delicious seafood and friendly service.

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. Very relaxing, rustic cottage with all the modern touches. Beautiful location I came in early spring, so the trees had no leaves, but the cabin is surrounded by trees with a fire pit. Very nice place for a rest.

Our five-day stay provided our family of 4 with needed peace and relaxation. Grace and Martin are the ideal hosts for us; they respected our privacy, but were available when we needed anything and welcomed us into their lives. We loved being far enough away from Nashville to avoid the crowds and close enough to head to the city for the day. We especially loved the animals, the art, the porch and the comfy beds. Can’t recommend this property enough!

We enjoyed staying at the cabin very much. It is located in one of the prettiest locations in Tennessee. Leiper’s Fork captures the real TN while being within 20-30 minutes of Franklin, Thompson Station and Nashville. I would highly recommend Margaret Ann and her property.

We had a great stay at Kyle’s place. It was secluded and private but not a far drive from the local town and restaurants. We made great use of the beautiful fire pit and were very thankful that Kyle provided firewood for us. Would definitely stay here again

I had some trouble with the key lock box and Mark & Amanda were able to respond right away. I did not end up needing their assistance after all, but just knowing they were able to respond so quickly was wonderful

We had a great stay at Billy Goat Retreat! Jill and LJ are great hosts. Very responsive and made sure everything was going well for us. We enjoyed the fresh eggs everyday, visiting the goats and relaxing hot tub. The cabin is extraordinary and we hope to return someday. You won't be disappointed here, just book it.
