Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Damir sehr genossen. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt lief die Kommunikation sehr gut und vor Ort hat er uns viele Tipps gegeben. Untergebracht waren wir (5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund) in zwei Wohnungen - eine größere und eine kleinere, in denen alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden war. Zudem war alles sauber und ordentlich. Damir wohnt mit seiner Familie direkt darüber, war also jederzeit für uns erreichbar und dennoch hatten wir unsere Privatsphäre. Das Haus hat ein großzügiges und gepflegtes Grundstück mit Pool direkt vor der Tür, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und einen super Grillplatz mit überdachter und beleuchteter Sitzmöglichkeit, den wir oft und gerne genutzt haben. Vielen Dank, Damir, dass wir unseren Urlaub bei dir und deiner Familie verbringen durften!

We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. Der Gastgeber war suuuuper nett. Immer bereit Auskunft oder Hilfe zu geben. Es gab gute Tips zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, und Sehenswürdigkeiten . zur Begrüßung eine nette Platte mit Schinken und Käse, Wein und Brot. Das Grundstück ist ideal mit Hunden zu bewohnen, ein kleiner Markt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in Allem ein guter Platz um sich perfekt zu erholen

Such a wonderful place to stay. The sweet house is so peaceful with beautiful surroundings, scenery and views. We were made to feel very welcome and the bunnies were the highlight of my daughter's holiday. Hammocks, outside chairs and loungers dotted around the garden meant you could find the perfect spot at any time of the day to relax or eat a meal. We BBQd on the fire pit and watched the sunset over dinner. The kids enjoyed the trampoline, the small pool and the ball games. The house is very comfortable and well equipped too. Highly recommend.

Biserka and her family's house was perfect! Biserka and her family are very friendly and always there if you need something or have a question. The house is in a quiet location and has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The house is really tasteful and beautifully furnished down to the last detail. The cleanliness is perfect! The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Air conditioning available. TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The best thing was the kitchen, which is fully equipped and you can prepare your meals like you would at home. You rarely find something like this. The house is a dream and everything is really perfect! You can't have it better. I can only recommend the location to everyone! We'd love to come back. We say thank you to Biserka, Vjeko and Alen for their hospitality. The house is also ideal for families with 2 to 3 children. And animals are allowed too. You can only give full stars as a rating here.

Beautiful and secluded but cosy place close enough to Plitvice Lakes. Had all the amenities to have a comfortable stay. My missus loved the coziness and decor of the RA House. Jasna and Ivica provided clear instructions to find the place and whole check in and check out process was seamless. Would love to be back again in the future.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt und wir konnten den Pool leider nicht nutzen - dafür aber den Whirlpool :) Haben eine tolle Zeit als Familie hier verbracht. Wir wurden auch kulinarisch von Laura verwöhnt - vielen Dank dafür!

We had a wondeful stay at Maja's place. The house is even better than on the pictures. The location is great, very quiet and not far from lot of places. The restaurant downstair is great. Maja was very helpful and supportive. Highly recommended!

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Pool in sehr ruhiger Nachbarschaft! Das Haus ist relativ neu, schön möbliert und mit sehr gepflegtem Garten. Alles gut klimatisiert! Sehr bequeme Betten! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca 15min auf einem geschotterten Weg (Fahrrad und Kinderwagen tauglich!) Kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe! Alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht!

Wir durften als größere Gruppe rund zwei Wochen bei Ivan zu Gast sein und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus, Pool und Außenbereich entsprachen den Bildern, der Ausblick auf Labin (besonders am Abend) ist herrlich. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. In rund 10-15 Autominuten sind idyllische Strände zu erreichen. Ivan hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes Tipps zu Stränden, Veranstaltungen und Restaurants gegeben und sogar einmal selbst für uns gekocht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We were allowed to use Robert's house for a week with 5 people. The house looks exactly like the pictures and even more beautiful. Robert is a very helpful person who is spontaneous and very flexible. Quick answers, helpful tips and quick solutions to problems make him a great host. He also recommended some activities and restaurants. It is a pity that the location of the house does not allow many activities on foot, but it is absolutely ok. You should be prepared to explore the nearby places by car. All in all, we had a great stay and would use Robert's house again at any time and recommend it to others.

Erg rustige locatie. Prachtige omgeving. Wel wat verder van de kust gelegen, maar daarvoor hadden we dit net gekozen. Voor ons dus een pluspunt. Het zwembad was een meerwaarde voor onze kinderen. Het appartement was erg ruim, zeer goede bedden. We hebben genoten van de vele buitenruimte. Een extra wc-rol was welkom geweest. 1 rol voor 3 dagen/4 personen was een beetje weinig. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Wonderful and private garden, which was completely surrounded by a fence (important for our dog). Nice pool, relaxing. Igors son is a fantastic cook, we highly recommend booking dinners there as often as you can.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The villa is a peaceful retreat with stunning views that are truly breathtaking. We had a absolutely amazing holidays with my family of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 kids age of 4,8,11,11,15) All 4 The apartments are great and very clean with all necessary accessories (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge air conditioning and more). The accommodation is pretty spacious and comfortable with amazing Patio. What we loved is the fact that we were all together in one Villa but we all had own space too. 
 We also enjoyed spending time in the pool. Kids had the best time ever! 
 The nearest large supermarket is a 15 minute drive and closest beach 8 minutes drive. The contact with Eda and her husband is very good, they will help with everything. Such a lovely and kind people! 
 There were parking spaces in front of the villa too. 
 We had an amazing time and would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone! My all family had best time ever!

Gianna ist ein wunderbarer Mensch. Die Kommunikation mit ihr ist einfach und angenehm, sie ist jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus bietet einen großartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Pool ermöglicht ausreichend private Nutzung – wir waren sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, und vom Platz her hat es perfekt gepasst. Billard und ein kleiner Tischtennistisch stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung, wenn man Lust hat zu spielen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa zehn Autominuten entfernt. Śmrika ist ein schönes, ruhiges kleines Dorf. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Der einzige Nachteil waren die Matratzen – sie sind sehr weich und lassen sich leicht mit der Hand eindrücken. Außerdem gab es keinen Bettwäschebezug, sodass ich neue Bettwäsche bei Lidl kaufen musste. Ansonsten war alles sehr bequem. Vielen Dank, liebe Gianna, für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Unsere Woche in dieser wunderschönen Airbnb-Wohnung in Kroatien war einfach unvergesslich! Die Lage am Waldrand war perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Natur genießen möchten. Die Wohnung selbst war ein Traum – mit drei großzügigen Schlafzimmern und zwei modernen Bädern bietet sie mehr als genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Es war wirklich alles da, was das Herz begehrt, von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu gemütlichen Wohnbereichen. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Die Gastgeber hatten eine liebevolle Wurst-Käse-Platte und erfrischende Getränke für uns vorbereitet – eine Geste, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Das absolute Highlight war der private Pool, der nur uns zur Verfügung stand. Unser Sohn hat hier sogar das Schwimmen gelernt, was für uns zu einem unvergesslichen Moment wurde. Diese Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, und wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an die wunderbaren Gastgeber.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserer Schäfermix Hündin hier für zwölf Tage. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und verlief unkompliziert. Nada war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Im Apartment hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig und man hat nicht weit in die Stadt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super Restaurants in der Nähe. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Maja die Vermieterin ist super nett und antwortet immer schnell auf Fragen. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen perfekt geeignet und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung.

From the second we arrived to some cold beers in the fridge, which were quickly put to good use, to the ninja grill we all want to buy now. Thanks for letting us be a rowdy bunch of university boys. Had a great time at Apartment Koraljka. The host was super sweet, fluent in several languages and responded to chat messages instantly every single time we texted her. The place is spacious, comfortable and very clean.

Jadranka’s house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is the perfect place to relax and have a break from the daily life. The communication was very smooth and Jadranka warmly welcomed us in person. A few things to keep in mind: you need a car to access the house and explore the surroundings. The house is well equipped, but don’t forget to bring your own basic products (salt, pepper, olive oil, detergent for the laundry). The swimming pool will help you cool down on warm days (even if the air conditioning in the house is already a big plus!). Overall a very nice stay!

We had an organization crew of global sport event with 15-20 people to systemize, and Bojan's place was just what we needed! The location is just outside the Krk town so it's extremely quiet and convinient for many people to use it in the same time, regarding to lots of parking places, lots of beds to sleep in in the different locations of the property like backup houses, tents in the forest and alike. The best stuff around this place is that it has lots of toys included in price like sauna, jacuzzi, motor bikes, bikes, outdoor gym with equipment and weights and indoor gym with mats for stretching or group sessions, not to mention that proffesional kitchen with cook available to us every day was very very convinient. All in all, would recommend this property for everyone looking for not-everyday and special environment accommodation! 5 stars!

A szállás kifogástalan volt, otthon éreztük benne magunkat. Egy 5 honapos kisbabával és egy kutyával érkeztünk, a kisbabánk kapott Nikicáéktól egy utazó babaágyat ( ami egyébként nem volt a leírásban, de kedveskedni szerettek volna nekünk). A szállás jól megközelíthető volt, szép kilátással. A házigazdák nagyon kedvesek, minden kérdésünkre azonnal válaszoltak írásban és szóban egyaránt. A ház udvarán van egy kutya, aki eléggé sokat ugat, ha idegeneket lát, de abszolút jólnevelt, barátságos. Amikor ugatott a kutya, Nikicáék azonnal rászoltak, mindegy hogy reggel 8 vagy este 11 óra volt :)
