The views were amazing from every window. No window coverings allowed full access to the sunset and sunrise. The accommodations were quaint and unique and one of a kind. We were greeted by two friendly dogs and a few cats. It felt like home. We definitely would visit again the next time we are in the area.

Wendi is a fantastic host and the house was amazing. It had everything you could ever need available and was extremely peaceful to be surrounded by nature. The property is also not too far from a major city where you can find many grocery stores and shopping if needed.

Joan and Paul’s Spruce Haven cabin is definitely a haven, even in winter. The wood burning stove was already going when I arrived and the cabin was nice and cozy. Joan was always super quick with communication and took me on a great little orientation walk of the property when I got there. The property is absolutely beautiful and the proximity to Calgary makes it an easy, peaceful escape. I can’t wait to go back in the summer to make use of the outdoor shower, hot tub and cold plunge.

We love staying here. It’s everything we need it to be and Nadine is a fabulous host! She has made such a welcoming and quant space that feels like home. There are even treats left out that our kids enjoy immensely! Thanks Nadine for your kindness and for the lovely stay.

This place was so incredible! We had an absolutely private wonderful weekend in the outdoors. Without having to rough it! The tent, bed, the heater , linens, blankets all top notch. Having a coffee and tea in the morning with the view toward the lake was quite the treat. We bbqed most the weekend. There is a cute little fire table on the deck outside the tent that is easy to use. By the beach there was a fire pit already set up to go. Much appreciated. We took advantage of the kayaks on the lake and the trails that were lit up through the property with little lights. It was idealic! The out house was by far the cutest and cleanest I've ever seen. Complete with a water basin so you can wash your hands properly. The outdoor shower was a solar hangiuselllĺin a private area and partially enclosed. Which was so nice to have set up instead of trying to find privacy for your own. Our dog had the time of her life there with us. She had every bit as fun as we did. We'll be back! Recommend!

What an amazing experience! This house was the perfect spot for our family of 5 to vacation. As soon as we got back, we started talking about returning soon. The house is such a great spot and perfectly appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. There were books and games and a pool table to keep everyone busy. There were several scenic trails on the property that we all loved exploring. It was absolutely perfect. It’s about an hour drive to Calgary. We went twice during our stay so that we could enjoy the Calgary Stampede. It’s about 2 hours to Banff - we did that trip one day, too. The rest of the time we spent enjoying the house. There are grocery stores about 20 minutes away. We were able to stock up on everything and bought some delicious steaks to cook on the grill. It was such a great trip. Would highly recommend!

Cute little home out in the beautiful countryside! Adam's instructions about everything was perfect and the house was adorable! It gives "grandma's house with all the cousins over" vibes IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE! Super quiet and peaceful spot. House had everything you needed (including bags for grocery shopping that SAVED me) and it felt like I was staying with a family member. Had a few "fly" issues, but that was on me for leaving the door open while I was unloading the car so BE SURE TO CLOSE THE DOORS/WINDOWS or you will be fighting flies while making dinner haha. 10/10 stay, will definitely be coming back!

We had a great stay in Sundre. We were visiting family in the area and this spot worked perfectly. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Daniel was very friendly from the start and was easy to communicate with along our stay. Would recommend his main house cabin. Peaceful firepit and quiet place to relax.
