Julie is an outstanding host! This house is perfect for any getaway. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and STUNNING outdoor area with a gorgeous pool. This is 3 FULL baths and 1/2 bath!! Two kitchens! Two family rooms! You had space! It made you want to relax! The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance you would need. It was private. You could really escape and get away. Woodbury and the surrounding towns were jampacked with things to do. There were many places to choose from to eat. Such a variety from steak, seafood, pizza, and American fare pubs and other specialty restaurants. Lots of variety/antique shops, flea market, wine/liquor stores, convenience stores. Just a short drive into Southbury you find more shops, antiques, restaurants, bigger, grocery store, etc. We also drove to a few other neighboring towns. All under 45 minutes. Friendly people! We had a wonderful time! Price is fabulous, house/outdoor area is A+ value! Thank you Julie!!

We stayed at Ryan's place while visiting family in the area over the holiday weekend. The place was comfortable and clean and the bonus of being able to bring our pups was the best part. The dog park down the road was amazing and the locals were very friendly. The location was great, very convenient to shops, grocery store, gas etc. Overall we had a great time. Thanks again, Ryan!

Yellow Door House was a fantastic stay, paired with an even more incredible host. The house itself was well-furnished and clean, with plenty of extra house supplies for us to use. Kathleen was also impeccable as a host, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience; one of our party left behind a water bottle, and she was so accommodating as to ship it back to us. I could not recommend this place more!

A lovely house in a private location. Our kids loved the games, watching movies on the projector, and watching deer from the window. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was comfortable.

From the neighboring farms to the stunning sun and moon sets to the safely fenced in yard and warm inviting space -Austin’s place in Hudson is a treasure. Hearing the horses whinny and seeing the cows at the fence was a dreamy country experience. Austin was beyond helpful from before I arrived as well as during my stay - he has earned the title of Super Host! Going into Warren St was amazing. Le Perch, Savonnas Trattoria and Bobba Louis were a great way to fuel up after shopping in the cultured eclectic variety of shops in the area. I would return in a heartbeat and felt melancholy while packing because I honestly wished I had booked for more than one week.

Blue Haven was perfect for our group of 8 plus 2 dogs. The upstairs had 2 master sized suites with King beds and small sitting area with a shared 3/4 bath that had double sinks. On the main level was a bedroom with a queen bed and another with 2 twin beds and a full bath (shower+ bathtub). Backyard is fully fenced in with ample seating and an outdoor gas fire pit where we roasted marshmallows included in the beautiful s’mores care package from our host! Sea Bluff beach is a bit far to walk but a quick 5min drive. We visited the Bird Sanctuary and Silver Sands Beach as well downtown New Haven, all within 20min drive from the home. We really appreciated the fact that the unit was fully stocked with plenty of supplies: flatware, paper products, cleaning, garbage bags, linens etc. The pillow tops was so comfortable and our guests all slept well. The long driveway fits 3 cars tandem, 2 on a slight hill. Washer and dryer units are in the basement. We had a fantastic stay and would come again

Second stay at this place. Love the location as it is convenient to my family, walking, and eating out. We actually used the kitchen to cook this time. Nice layout, reasonably well equipped. Not a fan of Keurig so really appreciated the pour-over holder and filters.

Great place, pictures are representative. The whole place is huge and just a perfect place to stay. Location is amazing, walkable to the New Haven green and loads of restaurants and bars. Martin is a great host and leaves very clear instructions which is really helpful. Would definitely stay again. Only note- floors/ceiling seem quite thin so the upstairs neighbours could hear us and we could hear them at certain points of the day. But that did not dampen our trip at all. If anyone is visiting we highly recommend Trinity on orange street, amazing Irish pub with sports and classic pub grub. And Georgie’s diner in west haven - classic American diner style with great food options.

Bill and Megan are amazing hosts. Very professional, and they take the extra step to make every aspect of your stay smooth and comfortable!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha and Robert’s place. Convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. The place is spacious and cozy. Samantha and Robert provided us with everything we needed.

Very nice place and location is amazing. We were grateful that our host provide some basic amenities - coffee, shampoo and condtuoner, etc. Made our visit easy and very pleasant. Thank you!

This was not my first stay at Traci's AirBnB and, much like last time, I would gladly stay again.

Mark was very responsive and accommodating! Very close to Wesleyan, comfortable home, everything you need.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

Oomi was very helpful and the house was peaceful as well as walkable. I nice place to stay.

Camila was a great host, very responsive and always helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy and cosy and made us feel at home very quickly. Location was good, walkable distance to New Haven Green and its surroundings. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend Camila’s place to anyone planing to spend some time in New Haven.

Sheryl was great. I was in town for a conference and my schedule got thrown off by traffic on 95. She was very understanding and flexible with making my arrival time work. Once we met to get keys and a quick tour of the place she remained a phone call away but otherwise left us to enjoy the space. The other inhabitants of the place were very laid back and nice - that being said I was so busy with a conference that I was barely around. Not the Ritz but a HUGE savings over staying at any hotel downtown even if it's not right downtown. Splurge on some cabs and you are still saving money.

We had a really nice time at Elizabeth home. The place was immaculate, and had all the comforts of home. I was having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, messaged Elizabeth, She got back to me within five minutes, and the issue was resolved. It was simply a reset on the router. I will certainly stay here again if I am back in the area.

Muna is an awesome host. She is super responsive and always gives us good advise. We had a long stay and the place is very warm, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent location with everything you need, we had a wonderful stay and family vacation at her place. Thank you once again Muna, we look forward to come back again!
