Lazy Days Cozy Camp

A quaint little riverside camp on a section of St. George Lake in Liberty, Maine. The camp has a charming kitchen with big kitchen attitude(no dishwasher) with dining area, and a connected living room. The screened porch allows for a bug free, outdoor feel for coffee in the morning, a place to read a book or lounge. This camp sleeps 4 people comfortably in two bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room for one other. There are three kayaks(one being a double kayak) available to use.

Easy commute east to the coast and the must-see towns of Rockland, Rockport and Camden or west to our capitol, Augusta. One hour and forty minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia national park.

Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

They love Freedom for its quiet & natural beauty, & would love to host people at Halcyon Ridge who also want to escape the noise. Stargazers will be delighted: low humidity, expansive view of the southeastern sky, & next to no light pollution, make for wonderful viewing. Rest. Relax. Recharge.
